Keep watch while they ring up your groceries, some of them are quite happy to double charge until you call them on it! Our standing "special order", that we've had for YEARS is going through another dry spell of not getting filled. Two weeks running, and only explanation is "a new guy in charge of ordering, I don't know what's going on". We're back into the zone of the special order just not getting filled. Frustrating. They are doing another major facelift inside, so stuff is again being moved around, and several areas blocked off. Hopefully improvements.

Today I had the chocolate fudge, vanilla, and butterscotch cupcakes and they were very good! I also enjoyed the Oreo "bronut" which was a soft baked chocolate cake donut with cream cheese frosting and Oreo crumbles, very good. But I REALLY loved their peanut butter cookie that was half dipped in chocolate. The cookie had that almost underdone (on purpose) texture which added to the enjoyment of the hard chocolate dipped covering. You can tell the owners have pride in their baking! Looking forward to trying their cinnamon rolls that they offer on Saturdays. Easy off and on I-35 in Troy, worth the stop!
