This is a review of the drive-thru only. Unlike at most other locations, when I got to the order window, a real live person asked me if I was using their app--it wasn't a recorded voice. I liked that. On top of that, her voice was clear and the video screen was working well. At the window for payment, the employee was friendly with a smile. At the food pickup window, the employee was courteous. My food was freshly prepared and hot and made exactly as I should expect from McDonald's. We did a online order and when we got there they told us to pull up the waiting area. We waited 20 minutes for them to tell us they could not make us McFlurries and 5 minutes later came out with our food. This location needs more people working in the morning!! It gets busy at this location and the manager told me that they wont allow her to have more people so there is just 2 people working during this time! What kind of sense does that make?? They're losing money rather than making it because they can't get things right for us morning hard-working people. The line is always backed up and the service is horrible! The WORST. Drove through during a trip and ordered a kids meal. Unfriendly worker claimed there was ketchup in the box. Nope....BBQ sauce. Looks totally different than ketchup, btw. Had to get back into the drive through line and wait because the dining room is closed. After the person in line in front of us completed their extremely complex order, we pulled up and were then told to go wait in 1 of 2 designated spots for our ketchup. Waited about 10 minutes while the person in the other spot who got in behind us got their food and left. Finally....ketchup! For starters, if I could give a 0 star review I would. My family & I were headed home from a trip in Austin, and my 3 year old niece who JUST got potty trained was scream crying for 15/20 or so minutes because she had to pee. My sister stopped at this location, the doors to the lobby were locked, 3 young girls who were employees were sitting at a booth just watching her and my niece was crying, and my sister was trying to ask if she could use the bathroom, and all those girls did was sit there and LAUGH at them. How disrespectful little shits can you be? Sorry for my language, but I was infuriated, how cruel of humans can you be? A male worker came to the door and told them they aren't allowed to let anybody in, and he'd get in trouble if they did. I know McDonalds is practically a monopoly and this location is one of few with a play place...but to be told by the staff that the Manager will not let them sell a large drink? Really...maybe he or she should just place my order for me. Brought the grandkids for happy meals and all I wanted was a sweet tea. Guess the better option is to spend my time here dragging the kids from the play area to refill my cup. On a positive note the food was hot for a change. It's what you would expect of McDonald's: cheap fast food and good fries. The place itself is pretty clean and the workers are nice. Their burgers do seem a little smaller than other places but the taste is still the same. Good place to satisfy that fast food craving. Mickey D's has some of the best fries. read more

The morning manager on 9/4/22 at this location refused to refund an order that was double paid! My order was paid for by the car in front of me out of their generosity and the drive through rep taking payment wasn't aware of it and re added the order and then payment was taken. When we drove to the next window the rep said "wasn't that nice of them to pay for your order?" I was like what?? I paid for my order after she re entered the "lost" order." She asked the manager to refund the order and they REFUSED. What the hell kind of person ruins someone else's kind gesture like that? A horrible person--that's who! Didn't have time to argue over it as we were headed to a friends funeral service. Talk about ruining an already difficult day. read more

A terrible experience for what was supposed to be an easy coffee order. I even recorded a video to show that one single car held up the line while they "chatted" with the lady at the window. I'm not sure what the circumstances were but they could've asked he lady to go inside to resolve whatever issue was holding up the line. I sat there with a crying newborn as I watched these two people clearly have no regard for anyone else in the drive thru window. When I finally pulled up to the window, there was a manager there and I brought up the issue. This review is not about the food or the facility. We didn't have any issues with neither. As a matter of fact the lady that took our order was extremely sweet. The reason for the low rating is that this particular location does not have a diaper changing station in neither one of the bathrooms. I mean this McDonald's is either brand new or has been fully updated. It also has a large play area for kids. Returning from Chicago, we stopped at this Mickey Dee's. I very seldom go to Mickey Dees as there are several fast food joints I think are better. (Not any more so keep reading). Well, on an impulse I stopped by and ordered a crispy chicken sandwich, fries and a mocha frappe. This is the first time I've tried their frappe. I was not disappointed! What a value and it tasted good! The food was hot and my fries were crispy and tasty. Worst ever McDonald's I have ever been to!!! My fault for returning all the time hoping that the day will come when they actually can get my order correct. It never fails. I ask for no pickles and extra onions, and I get home and there is either a)no pickles and no onions or b) no onions and extra pickle or c) extra pickles and onions. I don't know why they cannot get this right. Not once or twice but every single time I go there. So today I said I am going to just ask for extra onion and I will take the pickle off to not confuse them and for once get my order right. Nope!!! I had no onions at all!!! And my husband ordered no onions and he got extra onions. So if you want your order correct, I suggest you go to another McDonald's or another fast food restaurant. The bad part of it is when I call to complain yet again, I never hear the sound of apologies, just the same ole' "do you want to come back". Hmmm, no I live 12 miles away. NOT following Covid19 guidelines - I pulled into this McDonalds this morning between 11am-1pm and social distancing guidelines are not being followed at all. It's a disgrace. I saw customer-employee hand to hands, no face masks, no gloves and multiple employees stacked on top of each other at the drive-in window area. When asked to either not provide a receipt to me or stage food outside, I was greeted with harshness. These 20 YO's may be more immune to this virus but there is a significant population of local At-Risk citizen who can't fight it. Love the new renovation, the new play area is gorgeous and indoors with AC, I'm sure it will be crowded in the summer. Our first time dining in, staff was very nice and courteous, place was clean and not at all crowded even though we came right at lunch time. Drive thru line wascrazy and here's the kicker, my double fish filet sandwich was perfectly assembled, as advertised. It's the first time I was so proud of Mac Donald. We're definitely coming back to dine in here, inside is beautiful and the colorful furnitures just changed the ambience of the place. Kudos! read more

I'm giving 5 stars because if you're coming to McDonald's, you already know what food to expect. Our food was hot and fresh and we came at prime lunch time. Lines were managed efficiently so the wait time was short. A manger actively supervised the cashiers and service the entire time. Restaurant was clean as were the bathrooms. Outside playscape, with was perfect for us as I traveled with a 3yr old and 5 yr old. Staff was friendly and I saw orders delivered to tables.
