This is a review of the drive-thru only. Unlike at most other locations, when I got to the order window, a real live person asked me if I was using their app--it wasn't a recorded voice. I liked that. On top of that, her voice was clear and the video screen was working well. At the window for payment, the employee was friendly with a smile. At the food pickup window, the employee was courteous. My food was freshly prepared and hot and made exactly as I should expect from McDonald's. Overall, this is a solid McDonald's drive-thru. read more

Worst Mc Donald's I've been to in my life. The next morning after I ate there my wife left me,she took custody of all three of our children. I ordered a 20 piece and they only gave me 19 and they forgot to give me my buffalo sauce. read more

I get that it's McDonald's and they're busy especially with the monopoly thing going on, but there is no was y'all forgot four apple pies. $3 extra dollars to only get half of the pies we ordered, and this isn't the first time they did this either. Usually they aren't bad at this but it's frequently. read more

Solid McDonald's experience. Clean facilities. This one has a play place so if you have kids great place to come give it four stars as only one soap dispenser in the men's bathroom had soap when I came in this morning and the parking lot could use some cleanup. The cashier was friendly and bilingual Spanish and English. And a couple employees smiled and greeted us customers. The parking is ample and there were two drive thru order lines. read more

Pass by this McDonald's for work all the time. So it's very convenient. Been here many times. Last time I saw a worker put his fingers in the chicken nugget tray. Sprinkle that sauce on that bad boy and go to town??? Okay. Then gets upset with me casue I said something. Well I went by there today (20 minutes ago) and got a nice juicy BUG in my drink. Hit or miss with this place always the night shift tho sadly.... read more

Opening line this morning in the drive thru was "you're gonna wait 5 min before I take your order" Under staffing maybe? Poor management? Either way, pretty sad to be this messed up during morning rush hour. Edit: the workers there appear to be understaffed but working hard. Management needs to fix things with manning read more

We did a online order and when we got there they told us to pull up the waiting area. We waited 20 minutes for them to tell us they could not make us McFlurries and 5 minutes later came out with our food. One of the burger I ordered came wrong, they added onions to my order when I took it off on the app. I am not coming back to this McDonald's. read more

Rude chunky blonde girl with ponytail early morning needs to get the bug out of her a.. My food was cold and they forgot my hash browns and when I told her she just grabbed the bag from me rolled her eyes started mumbling something. Never gets an order right. Boss ordered us food and they shorted us 2 20 piece nuggets. Terrible service. They obviously don't check orders or count! read more

This location needs more people working in the morning!! It gets busy at this location and the manager told me that they wont allow her to have more people so there is just 2 people working during this time! What kind of sense does that make?? They're losing money rather than making it because they can't get things right for us morning hard-working people. The line is always backed up and the service is horrible! Coorperate needs to allow this location to have more people in the morning! It should literally be an easy stop on the way to work, but yet I have to wait 10-20 mins just to get help and then have to wait longer to get my food because the line is so backed up because they don't have enough people working to handle the work load! read more

The Home Style Burger made me sick to my stomach with one bite. Too much mustard, it was the only thing I could taste. French fries were blah also. I don't know why we keep going back. My husband loves the nuggets. I am however never eating there again. read more

The people who work they some of them are so mean and give you bad looks .they NEVER get the order right.

I didn't get the 10 pack of nuggets I ordered and paid for. Also I ordered honey mustard and received honey. Always check your bag.

The WORST. Drove through during a trip and ordered a kids meal. Unfriendly worker claimed there was ketchup in the box. Nope....BBQ sauce. Looks totally different than ketchup, btw. Had to get back into the drive through line and wait because the dining room is closed. After the person in line in front of us completed their extremely complex order, we pulled up and were then told to go wait in 1 of 2 designated spots for our ketchup. Waited about 10 minutes while the person in the other spot who got in behind us got their food and left. Finally....ketchup! Advice: check your bag yourself before you leave the drive through line! read more

Messed my order up completely up charged me on everything. Lady had a rude attitude as well. Won't be eating here ever again. Fix ya stuff McDonald's read more

They don't have a diaper changing table. I feel like this is a must especially if they have a play place?

Complete and utter incompetence. I don't usually eat fast food or review fast food places because I figure they're par for the course. You generally get what you expect. We waited 20 minutes, through two wrong orders, and still walked out with the wrong food. And asking to get the coffee you ordered? Forget it! It took three different people to finally get a cup. Ridiculous. And we weren't the only ones. There were people who waited longer than us. read more

No urgency to help waiting customers, I stood in line over 5 minutes with no one in front of me

literally no part of my order was right today. I spent $11 and nothing was correct even though they read it back to me twice. I even asked at the window if my ketchup was in the bag and she acted like I was stupid and said "yeah whatever you ordered is in there." and im missing one hash brown, my sausage cheese biscuit had egg instead of sausage, and my egg mcmuffin without cheese suddenly has ham. the worst is the biscuit which is just a pile of egg and cheese and bread. so disapppointed. read more

No issues here. This location is very convenient for me as I'm exiting I35 on the way home. Typical McDonald's fare. Cheap food and fast service. This place knows how to mix my iced caramel coffee just the way I like it. (I'm looking at you Yuckbucks!) Two drive-thru lanes to get you on your way faster. read more

If you were working 9/29/22 at 8:18 pm, just quit, you clearly hate your job. You would think by your attitude that you and your nana make the sauce in your own kitchen and you have to lug it 10 miles to work, or that we were asking you for your ancient ranch secret. News flash, if a customer orders 30 nuggets, they might ask for sauce. Anyway, your customer service sucks and they should have you mopping or cleaning bathrooms, somewhere you have no interactions with customers. read more

I know McDonalds is practically a monopoly and this location is one of few with a play place...but to be told by the staff that the Manager will not let them sell a large drink? Really...maybe he or she should just place my order for me. Brought the grandkids for happy meals and all I wanted was a sweet tea. Guess the better option is to spend my time here dragging the kids from the play area to refill my cup. On a positive note the food was hot for a change. Not to mention that the app doesn't work so the wait was over 10 minutes for the food once we made it through the line at the counter. So disappointed! read more

It's what you would expect of McDonald's: cheap fast food and good fries. The place itself is pretty clean and the workers are nice. Their burgers do seem a little smaller than other places but the taste is still the same. Good place to satisfy that fast food craving. Mickey D's has some of the best fries. read more

For starters, if I could give a 0 star review I would. My family & I were headed home from a trip in Austin, and my 3 year old niece who JUST got potty trained was scream crying for 15/20 or so minutes because she had to pee. My sister stopped at this location, the doors to the lobby were locked, 3 young girls who were employees were sitting at a booth just watching her and my niece was crying, and my sister was trying to ask if she could use the bathroom, and all those girls did was sit there and LAUGH at them. How disrespectful little shits can you be? Sorry for my language, but I was infuriated, how cruel of humans can you be? A male worker came to the door and told them they aren't allowed to let anybody in, and he'd get in trouble if they did. That's ALL those shits had to say in the first place instead of laugh at my sister & my crying baby niece. Disgusted with this place and people. read more

I keep seeing all these reviews and all of these people are trippin. This McDonald's ain't ever let me down and i go at least 3-4 times a week. And don't even get me started on the caramel frappes!!!! They are the best here! But for real omm this place is amazing! read more

The morning manager on 9/4/22 at this location refused to refund an order that was double paid! My order was paid for by the car in front of me out of their generosity and the drive through rep taking payment wasn't aware of it and re added the order and then payment was taken. When we drove to the next window the rep said "wasn't that nice of them to pay for your order?" I was like what?? I paid for my order after she re entered the "lost" order." She asked the manager to refund the order and they REFUSED. What the hell kind of person ruins someone else's kind gesture like that? A horrible person--that's who! Didn't have time to argue over it as we were headed to a friends funeral service. Talk about ruining an already difficult day. read more

A terrible experience for what was supposed to be an easy coffee order. I even recorded a video to show that one single car held up the line while they "chatted" with the lady at the window. I'm not sure what the circumstances were but they could've asked he lady to go inside to resolve whatever issue was holding up the line. I sat there with a crying newborn as I watched these two people clearly have no regard for anyone else in the drive thru window. When I finally pulled up to the window, there was a manager there and I brought up the issue. She clearly had no people skills as she was absolutely rude and blamed the lady in the car in front of me. Customer service is not this locations top priority nor is people skills especially for a manager. read more

McDonald's - I recorded a video to show how long I waited and what we saw as we waited. The video is too long to post so here's a snap shot. - Fast Food Near Me - Belton, Texas

This review is not about the food or the facility. We didn't have any issues with neither. As a matter of fact the lady that took our order was extremely sweet. The reason for the low rating is that this particular location does not have a diaper changing station in neither one of the bathrooms. I mean this McDonald's is either brand new or has been fully updated. It also has a large play area for kids. I mean considering the level of advertising this franchise does towards children, it's inconceivable to me that this location, as of today, does not have a diaper changing station. read more

Returning from Chicago, we stopped at this Mickey Dee's. I very seldom go to Mickey Dees as there are several fast food joints I think are better. (Not any more so keep reading). Well, on an impulse I stopped by and ordered a crispy chicken sandwich, fries and a mocha frappe. This is the first time I've tried their frappe. I was not disappointed! What a value and it tasted good! The food was hot and my fries were crispy and tasty. In my opinion, McDonald's food quality has improved quite a bit. plan to frequently visit - when my weight loss diet permits! read more

Worst ever McDonald's I have ever been to!!! My fault for returning all the time hoping that the day will come when they actually can get my order correct. It never fails. I ask for no pickles and extra onions, and I get home and there is either a)no pickles and no onions or b) no onions and extra pickle or c) extra pickles and onions. I don't know why they cannot get this right. Not once or twice but every single time I go there. So today I said I am going to just ask for extra onion and I will take the pickle off to not confuse them and for once get my order right. Nope!!! I had no onions at all!!! And my husband ordered no onions and he got extra onions. So if you want your order correct, I suggest you go to another McDonald's or another fast food restaurant. The bad part of it is when I call to complain yet again, I never hear the sound of apologies, just the same ole' "do you want to come back". Hmmm, no I live 12 miles away. McDonald's in Hawaii was my first job. It is not that hard people!!! Kids stay in school and go to college. Or perhaps they need a college degree to maybe just once get my order right!!! read more

NOT following Covid19 guidelines - I pulled into this McDonalds this morning between 11am-1pm and social distancing guidelines are not being followed at all. It's a disgrace. I saw customer-employee hand to hands, no face masks, no gloves and multiple employees stacked on top of each other at the drive-in window area. When asked to either not provide a receipt to me or stage food outside, I was greeted with harshness. These 20 YO's may be more immune to this virus but there is a significant population of local At-Risk citizen who can't fight it. I have also reported this store to the Bell County Public Health Dept for investigation. read more

Love the new renovation, the new play area is gorgeous and indoors with AC, I'm sure it will be crowded in the summer. Our first time dining in, staff was very nice and courteous, place was clean and not at all crowded even though we came right at lunch time. Drive thru line wascrazy and here's the kicker, my double fish filet sandwich was perfectly assembled, as advertised. It's the first time I was so proud of Mac Donald. We're definitely coming back to dine in here, inside is beautiful and the colorful furnitures just changed the ambience of the place. Kudos! read more

Quick service, tasty fries, and friendly staff all made a pit stop to grab a bite to eat on the way through town a lot better.

I'm giving 5 stars because if you're coming to McDonald's, you already know what food to expect. Our food was hot and fresh and we came at prime lunch time. Lines were managed efficiently so the wait time was short. A manger actively supervised the cashiers and service the entire time. Restaurant was clean as were the bathrooms. Outside playscape, with was perfect for us as I traveled with a 3yr old and 5 yr old. Staff was friendly and I saw orders delivered to tables.
