Been to this whataburger multiple times, they always take forever to get the food out in the drive thru and inside, but that's just whataburger in general. Then I found what seems to be a pubic hair on top of my chicken tenders. Not only that, they don't know how to whip up any damn fries. Went here on my day trip to Salado. Dining was open but my dog was w me so I quickly used the restroom which was very clean and went through the drive thru. I tried the green chili burger which had a good flavor. It is a bit on the spicier side not really for me but I imagine probably for most people. The meal was great the service was good. For the most part enjoy Whataburger's food in general but this location had some poor staff. First off they kept trying to get us to get the larger cup for our shake then when we ordered a chicken sandwich they added a meal with it even though we said not to. Stopped into the Belton, TX, whataburger and was greeted by a friendly young man. The staff there were sooo efficient and worked together as a team. The employee that handed me my order was so friendly and made sure that I received all of my condiments. We stopped here heading south. This one of the worst Whataburgers there is. Bathroom were filthy, food was bad. I ordered a bacon and cheese burger and only got the burger no bacon no cheese. Husband ordered a no. 1 with bacon, he did get bacon but guessing 15 pickles on his sandwich. They both were maybe lukewarm if that plus service was so slow. Fresh burgers, fast service, and great customer service, just like ALL of the other Whataburgers. Easy access from I-35 - note that it is located on the southbound side of I-35 but still pretty easy to come and go even if you are heading north. Just a little note - I had the avocado bacon burger on Texas Toast and it just wasn't as warm as it should have been. This was the ONLY issue I had and I ate it any way and was happy. Just thought I would mention it here - not worth deducting any stars though. I would stop by again in a heart beat! read more

What do you say when the Manger Richard tells the customer that it's not his fault if the delivery man doesn't get all the order that belongs to you? I Ordered food from Belton whataburger like we do 2 to 3 times a week and no big issues until tonight! I order food my son and daughter while my husband and go to his sister bday party and I get a call from my son saying that not all the food was delivered and if we wanted what we orderd I had to stop what I'm doing and go over to whataburger and pick up my order that I paid to have delivered so we could enjoy the night! So I called talked to the Manger Richard and was placed on hold when I explained what happed he told me they were busy and to call back in an hour! What wait what! I paid for a service that was not held up on their end. Richard began to yell and tell me that it is not their fault. So I asked so who's fault is it? He blamed the delivery guy even though they go and give the name of who they are picking up for. So who is in charge of getting the correct order to the customer? According to the manger Richard its not them! So be careful when ordering from whataburger chances are either you won't get everything you ordered and if you call and ask about it they will tell you call back in an hour or sorry not their fault.. Until now, Whataburger was just something I saw on the TV show "King of the Hill". I was curious, and somewhat intrigued, but I had no idea what to expect. Was it like an In and Out, a Steak and Shake or McDonald's. Well, now I know. First of all, this is a neat place. The staff was super friendly, and definitely on top of things. The girl behind the counter was sweet and helped me with my first order with no sneer, snarls or eyes rolling. I ordered a basic burger, fries and soda.
