All I can say is WoW! I went there and ordered two double cheese burgers; waited 20 minutes for food and tipped the car attendant. First, the car attendant had short attitude and didn't even give thanks for the tip ( seriously) some workers believe it required to tip them smh . Secondly, I checked my burgers before driving off, and they cut one of the meat patty in half to make a up for meat patties..of course I got a refund thru another employee that I brought this to their attention. She mentioned that the manager told the cook to cut the burger in half since they were short on meat. Unbelievable!!! This manager teaches employees cheater and poor work ethics! read more

Just drove in and we were probably the third car there with it being late. I'm only giving two stars because the car hop with light purple hair was so nice! Two of our burgers were wrong. After mentioning, the car hop took it back to have it fix. During the time we watched another car hop eat - I'm sorry if this seems harsh but instead of chowing down make sure your orders are leaving correct. Our car hop comes out super sweet and apologizes. We get home (5 minutes from sonic) our bread is soggy and COLD!! Oh and MY BURGER WAS STILL WRONG! Won't return. read more

I made a mobile order for pick up at 6:20 am. Drove into the lot and there were NO lights on at all. Place looked closed. I called about 10 min later to see if they would pick up to cancel order and was given attitude by a young lady saying well we saw someone drive in and leave. As a connoisseur of Sonic, I gotta say this is my favorite location. The people that work here are always really nice and they never give you bad soda (this is a problem at other locations). This location never opens before 6:30am. Probably the most annoying thing about them. If you arrive at 6:15 their lights are still off. And even if they respond on the intercom they will talk you it will take another 15 mins until the grill is ready. Please have your staff arrive 30 minutes beforehand or even 15 minutes. read more

i was shocked to see that this location only had 3 1/2 stars, because it is the best sonic i have ever been to. i've even traveled up to oklahoma and kansas where the sonic is supposedly "better," but none of them top this sonic. i ordered onion rings, a grilled cheese, a corn dog, and two frozen limeades. the onion rings were crispy and fully covered in batter, fried perfectly. the corn dog had a crispy shell on the outside and a soft inside. the grilled cheese was perfectly cooked with finely melted cheese. the drinks were great and refreshing AND it was happy hour, so all of these items totaled to less than $10. our carhop was very nice and the food & drinks only took 7 minutes to be delivered to our car. i drive through belton every time i travel to austin, and i will be sure to make a stop here every time i'm in town! read more

Hi I was here on 10/14/15 8:00pm. I left my MK purse on the outside bench while eating. At the time of my departure from Sonic; I didn't know i left my MK behind with money , credit cards, etc. It wasn't until 10/15/15 at 3:30 pm that I realized it was missing. i search my car, and home for 2 hours. I began to just thing. I got in my car and went up to sonic just to see if it was there; I just thought it was lost in my home. The manager brought out my MK ! I hugged her. The manager is horrible, I asked to speak to him over two instances now where they take their sweet time taking orders, he comes out and I assume he thought he would show off by screaming at me like its my fault, funny thing is he new exactly what other incident I was speaking of, ya know why ,cause he seen me standing beside my car that day about two and a half weeks ago, and instead of coming out and apologizing he just stood there and watched till I was pissed and left. This is close to work so stopping here would be very easy but.......this location is never really that clean and the staff tend to look frumpy and tired. The credit card machines at each stall never work and I feel pressured to tip since the car hop has to take my card inside and run it thus making an extra trip.
