I've had drinks made wrong multiple times. I've had drinks remade and I had to come back 4 times one time. I've asked for refunds multiple times and they said it would be processed within 2-3 weeks it's been like 2 months now and I never got my money back. I called and asked they said they can't do nothing abt it. everyone is rude half the time. bad service half the time its old cold food. it's just bad over all worst location in Belton. read more

horrible service. lady came up to the window and said nothing then handed me the wrong order.... then said she couldn't remake it because they were about to clean the machine..... i order it over an hour before they closed so there should be no reason they couldnt remake me the shake! I paid for a medium shake and got given a mini sunday it really isn't that hard to read an order!!!! ridiculous and inexcusable. definitely will NEVER be coming back. -with love! read more

All I can say is WoW! I went there and ordered two double cheese burgers; waited 20 minutes for food and tipped the car attendant. First, the car attendant had short attitude and didn't even give thanks for the tip ( seriously) some workers believe it required to tip them smh . Secondly, I checked my burgers before driving off, and they cut one of the meat patty in half to make a up for meat patties..of course I got a refund thru another employee that I brought this to their attention. She mentioned that the manager told the cook to cut the burger in half since they were short on meat. Unbelievable!!! This manager teaches employees cheater and poor work ethics! read more

Price for a large shake was posted in their menu in my parking spot at $5.69. They charged me $7.29 and then defended the discrepancy. Bye bye Sonic. Never again. Oh yeah, your Reese's flavored shake tasted like vanilla. Dairy Queen gets my future business. read more

I think it's reprehensible that a food establishment would have their restrooms closed and say it's due to covid. Really? You think being able to washing your hands would be encouraged. Nope not at this place. They suggested we use the restroom across the street where we weren't spending our money to go there and wash our hands. The restaurant across the street had their restrooms open. We know what's going on...cheap franchise owner trying to save money (cheap scrape) and keep their restrooms closed. Let the guy across carry the expense. Besides the food sucks. read more

Worst sonic there is. Slow service when when ordering ahead. Has gone so far down hill..

They messed up my order, so I decided to go to the drive thru and they messed up my order again. They're speakers do not work, and you can barley hear the person. read more

Always a hit!! Love the concept, great, friendly staff, good food, & specials. It's fun! After 8pm milkshakes are half price. Everyday there's a happy hour with specials. Always a fun experience read more

Went here for take out , amazing staff and amazing service , took care of me and my buddy well. Food was great and fresh.

Just drove in and we were probably the third car there with it being late. I'm only giving two stars because the car hop with light purple hair was so nice! Two of our burgers were wrong. After mentioning, the car hop took it back to have it fix. During the time we watched another car hop eat - I'm sorry if this seems harsh but instead of chowing down make sure your orders are leaving correct. Our car hop comes out super sweet and apologizes. We get home (5 minutes from sonic) our bread is soggy and COLD!! Oh and MY BURGER WAS STILL WRONG! Won't return. read more

I made a mobile order for pick up at 6:20 am. Drove into the lot and there were NO lights on at all. Place looked closed. I called about 10 min later to see if they would pick up to cancel order and was given attitude by a young lady saying well we saw someone drive in and leave. I then spoke with the manager and let him no there were NO lights on his establishment at 6:20 am. This store is supposed to be open at 6am. read more

As a connoisseur of Sonic, I gotta say this is my favorite location. The people that work here are always really nice and they never give you bad soda (this is a problem at other locations). Good location off 35, too. If you come here at night there are cats walking around, an added bonus! read more

3 times in one week and every time our order was incorrect. They also 'do not have' sweet-n-low, but do not consider it to be an issue because splenda is the 'same exact thing.' Edit to add that they cannot comprehend 'easy ice'. read more

I waited 15 minutes for a route 44 water. I clicked the button again and the guy said he's bringing it out. I wait 5 more minutes and am brought a medium water. I told the girl I had ordered a route 44, she said no problem she'd be back. I wait 10 more minutes and still nothing. I waited 30 minutes for a water and ended up just driving away. Seriously ridiculous. read more

Dear Mr. Sonic, I am a white/Hispanic woman in america who believes that this sonic is Have a lovely day or night, there was a nice lady who sat down with us and had a enjoyable time date her 5 out of 5 but rate the fast food service here 0.5 out of 5 In America read more

First time I've been here where the gal taking my order was curt and and just short of rude. When she didn't repeat my order she cut me off with short resoonsss when I tried to review my order with her. All was evident when my order came out incorrect. Thankfully I checked the order carefully before I left. The car-hop, however, was very polite and helpful read more

This location never opens before 6:30am. Probably the most annoying thing about them. If you arrive at 6:15 their lights are still off. And even if they respond on the intercom they will talk you it will take another 15 mins until the grill is ready. Please have your staff arrive 30 minutes beforehand or even 15 minutes. read more

The only reason this place is getting a 1 from me is because for the 3rd time when I'm trying to order in the morning she lets me say one thing and then she cuts me off and completes my order when I'm not done. read more

I love to stop to get a sonic dr pepper. So we stopped and got one during happy hour. Does not taste good. Maybe the water is bad. :(

i was shocked to see that this location only had 3 1/2 stars, because it is the best sonic i have ever been to. i've even traveled up to oklahoma and kansas where the sonic is supposedly "better," but none of them top this sonic. i ordered onion rings, a grilled cheese, a corn dog, and two frozen limeades. the onion rings were crispy and fully covered in batter, fried perfectly. the corn dog had a crispy shell on the outside and a soft inside. the grilled cheese was perfectly cooked with finely melted cheese. the drinks were great and refreshing AND it was happy hour, so all of these items totaled to less than $10. our carhop was very nice and the food & drinks only took 7 minutes to be delivered to our car. i drive through belton every time i travel to austin, and i will be sure to make a stop here every time i'm in town! read more

Second time this week I've driven away auth no food...several days ago around 5 pm pushed the button waited waited pushed the button again waited waited waited..finally looked in the window and everyone was just chatting leaned back applying lip gloss..tonight around 610 pushed the button ordered my foot long combo and chicken wings..in a few minutes here comes the car hop with a small Brown bag..she reads the ticket ..yes that's what I ordered but I asked her how could a foot long Coney fit in a small paper bag? She handed me the bag and said check the order...seriously? But ok I open the bag and say it's a hamburger and fries..she takes the bag and leaves...I wait and wait and wait..at this point 25 mins has past..the lady next to me left without her food and I left as well....this place has major issues....I love sonic but I'll never hi to that one again...poorly managed. read more

Second time this month that my order was incorrect. No offer of a discount, free meal or even a free drink....nothing but a rather insincere apology. This location is convenient to work but I think I'll make the trip across town to the other location even though it's not convenient and I have to deal with construction. The food was good once they got my order right but the service leaves a lot to be desired. read more

Hi I was here on 10/14/15 8:00pm. I left my MK purse on the outside bench while eating. At the time of my departure from Sonic; I didn't know i left my MK behind with money , credit cards, etc. It wasn't until 10/15/15 at 3:30 pm that I realized it was missing. i search my car, and home for 2 hours. I began to just thing. I got in my car and went up to sonic just to see if it was there; I just thought it was lost in my home. The manager brought out my MK ! I hugged her. I had all items inside cash and all ! I praise God for Monica the manager and her employees! Honesty Counts! read more

I went to sonic, and waited for assistant at one of the drive thru's and waited 10 12 minutes and nobody respawn so we left. Always poor service, very slow, card readers never work, for some reason they don't offer the same items as any other Sonic (eg. bags of ice). If you have the option go to the other one in Belton. read more

The manager is horrible, I asked to speak to him over two instances now where they take their sweet time taking orders, he comes out and I assume he thought he would show off by screaming at me like its my fault, funny thing is he new exactly what other incident I was speaking of, ya know why ,cause he seen me standing beside my car that day about two and a half weeks ago, and instead of coming out and apologizing he just stood there and watched till I was pissed and left. So I ask do we need managers that act two in our community or ones that work their butts off to please? We dont need him. Also just in case the owners ever read these please email me back so we can talk.It would be great, I have other things I could say that are very damaging to your store manager and some employees. read more

This is close to work so stopping here would be very easy but.......this location is never really that clean and the staff tend to look frumpy and tired. The credit card machines at each stall never work and I feel pressured to tip since the car hop has to take my card inside and run it thus making an extra trip. I now drive 15 mins out of my way to use a different Sonic. read more
