We told our waitress and her response was "oh no! I'm sorry, let me get the manager because she'll want to talk to you. She's just downstairs." The manager showed up and after a brief description of the issue, apologized and took that food off our bill. We felt sincerely cared. To add to their sweetness, we always forget to take pictures. A separate waitress took great photos for us....and happily greeted us when my cousin returned to grab her purse she left behind 15 minutes later.
