This Chick-fil-A has really gone downhill. I used to come here 2-3 times a week, but lately, I always have to ask for my food to be made fresh because otherwise, it's cold. Today was the last straw. I waited 10 minutes for an 8-count meal, and when I got it, everything was cold - the nuggets, the fries, and even the drink was watered down. I even asked for light ice. Carolyn is super rude. I used to love coming here but the amount of interactions I've had with her makes me feel like working there is in fact not her pleasure. I tried figuring out when she worked so I could avoid her but it seems like that's just not going to happen, she is always there when I go. The first experience I had was me coming in about an order that had been missing an item twice. She was snarky about fixing it the first time and super snarky the second time, asking me why I went in the drive thru instead of going inside. I don't want to go inside! I got my order through the drive thru, get it right! The second time I was a passenger with my friend, and low and behold, she was missing an item of hers. We rolled back through, and she got the same treatment from this girl. It's looking like I'm not coming to chick fil a anymore. read more

So chic-fil-a is always good but the customer service at this location truly disappointed me , one the guy that took our order didn't give us are receipt when we asked and then they totally didn't put my sons 12 piece chicken wasn't in the bag and mind you we live in Belton so to come back takes a little more gas, you know what they offered us , a cookie for my son. Since moving locations, this location has been less than impressive. We come to this location 1-2 times a week due to how close it is to our residence, but it might be time to make the trip to the North 31st location. Today I received 10 nuggets in my 12 count nugget meal. I already feel self conscious that I order a 12 count with Large fries and a Large drink. This is not the first time that this has happened. Is this location trying to tell me something? Is Gwen Shamblin running this operation? Also, we have to add straws to our grocery order because we know this location will flip a coin to decide if they give us straws or not. Before we starting buying our own straws, I would just poor my drink down the sink with tearful eyes and a broken heart because I didn't know how I could consume the drink without the thin beverage pipe that is free with the drink. I hope this serves not as a gripe or complain, but as an accountability check to improve basic services that every other Location does exceptionally well. Love ya. read more

I am shocked to see CFA does not have all 5 stars. They have never gotten my order wrong and I go frequently. They get the cars moving through the drive thru so fast! I am sad that they aren't going to have the regular strips any longer only the spicy ones- but I got those and they were delish! I tried to tip and the girl would not take it-- so probably a olive -- but I hope y'all give these employees some good bonuses from time to time -- they really are polite! The south 31st street store in temple Texas was remodeled. The drive through looks great but beware, they removed a bunch of dining area seating---very stupid idea. I was going to eat inside but there were no tables available. I guess they care more about the drive through orders than they do about customers that like to come in and dine inside. I have always like Chick Fil A but over the last year I've had orders that are rarely correct. When you call it takes forever to get a manager. Now, you can conveniently order through the app, but still have to go through the Drive Thru to pick up your order- so you're stuck behind everyone just ordering!! The curb side is rarely open. The drive through is very backed up and one of these days a young teen is going to get run over running in and out of cars. They had one person pull up to wait for his food, but only a few feet in front of the drive thru window, so the entire drive they line was stuck behind him while he waited on food. We stopped this morning for the free breakfast this week (which is btw is awesome and such a great idea for marketing) there is no dine in area. Only outside seating and 2 drive thru lines. With this being said I've always gone through the drive thru and never used the outside patio/bathrooms BUT this morning my little needed to go so I figured chick-fil-a clean bathrooms.. sure! Nope. At approx 945 we walked into the women's bathroom and there is a high chair in the corner, dirty toilet, full trash can(S) and toilet paper/paper towels on the floor. After seeing a high chair being stored in the bathroom at this location I completely lost my appetite for the food. Man Chick-fil-a continues to wow me with their customer service and loyalty. I have a full time job with two young boys (6 and 8) and they both have birthdays in January. I wanted to bring the oldest lunch at their school but they have lunch so early. He requested pizza but none of the local pizza places that were open would do anything to help with a pizza that early, so in a frenzy I called chick-fil-a, and said "I know this is last minute but can you make a large (200 count) nugget tray within the next twenty minutes? And of course they said "sure!" Since I knew I could count on them, I also ordered later in the month for a party at home. They delivered on time and with a smile, and then came back about 30 minutes later with another small nugget tray and cookie tray because "they thought we could use it"! And this is not the first time they did this! Using the app or website helps and they reward customer loyalty! Love you chick-fil-a on 31st! The manager was extremely unfriendly and not accommodating to the establishments guests. An order was made and picked up by someone that was not assigned to the order and when I approached an associate about the issue, I was told they would not remake the order. No manager ever spoke with me to apologize for the inconvenience or provide the guest with any sort of compensation, however, I did hear the manager (larger short blonde woman wearing a blue button up) state that "she's not going to just remake any old order"... Completely unprofessional and rude. And this wasn't even my personal food. I've worked in management for years and this is not how you run a restaurant. One meal would not have broken the bank for Chic-Fil-A. When you as a company do not have any system in place to validate external orders being picked up, the establishment should provide a replacement. Leaving the orders out for just anyone to pick up is to some extent convenient, however, if you as a company are not willing to replace orders when issues like this arise, you should eliminate that risk. read more
