No indoor seating. No restrooms. Very busy place but lines move fast. Staff are usually courteous.

Regular, good service. Drive thru takes a bit of getting used to, but even though it is tight, they move very quickly to get you your order. I don't think I can recall any time they have messed up my order, and they are always friendly. read more

The manager was extremely unfriendly and not accommodating to the establishments guests. An order was made and picked up by someone that was not assigned to the order and when I approached an associate about the issue, I was told they would not remake the order. No manager ever spoke with me to apologize for the inconvenience or provide the guest with any sort of compensation, however, I did hear the manager (larger short blonde woman wearing a blue button up) state that "she's not going to just remake any old order"... Completely unprofessional and rude. And this wasn't even my personal food. I've worked in management for years and this is not how you run a restaurant. One meal would not have broken the bank for Chic-Fil-A. When you as a company do not have any system in place to validate external orders being picked up, the establishment should provide a replacement. Leaving the orders out for just anyone to pick up is to some extent convenient, however, if you as a company are not willing to replace orders when issues like this arise, you should eliminate that risk. read more

i was helped today by a new employee named kerynn. she had 10/10 customer service. i would recommend going here.

So excited they're finally open for dine in!! Hubby and I enjoyed our meal and was followed up with great customer service!! Laura is a wonderful employee!! We will definitely be back (: read more

Friendly. Clean. And, as always, delicious food. We had the usual #7 upgraded in size with a lemonade. And the fresh berry salad and new coffee drink. All was fresh and delicious. read more

I truly think this is a wonderful restaurant. Although there is one manager I have had issues with all the others go above and beyond. Love using the app and love that they are so willing to help out with the community. read more

Still mad! They cut the best coleslaw ever, and lemon pie, from their menu. Don't hardly ever go there anymore.

Could not use reward points cuz system was down. It's frustrating that I have so many points but cannot use them!!! Still a friendly staff tho & good food. read more

Food was good but the service was horrible we were waiting for our food and it was taking forever so we went to the window and they said we're getting to it and our bag was right there so we asked for it and left read more

I love chick fil-a but this is the Worst one I have ever been to. They mess mine and my wife's order up everytime. All I wanted to order was an original chicken sandwhich, sweet tea, a number 2 with bacon and unsweet Arnold palmer, and a large chicken noodle soup with extra crackers..... ended up getting double of everything and getting the drinks all wrong. Normally I wouldn't write a bad review about just this one incident but it's everytime I go there it's something else. read more

I was surprised at my visit today. I called the location by the High School to see if they were doing teacher appreciation freebies. They said yes. So a friend of mine suggested we go for lunch. To save time, we went to the one by the mall. Since they are both owned by the same person, we thought both doing it. When I pulled up and asked if they were doing teacher appreciation, the person taking my order snapped "No, we're not." When I mentioned that the other location was and they were giving away breakfast, he said, "Well, they weren't supposed to." It was not the usual, cheerful experience I have come to know and love about Chickfila. No one even thanked us or said "my pleasure." read more

Chick-Fil-A need I say more. It's delicious and now they have grilled chicken bites. A great protein food that is low fat. This is the place to go for special chicken that is fast. read more

I LOVE Chick-fil-a chicken, they are right when they say "we didn't invent the chicken, just the sandwich"!! The chicken sandwich is GREAT with the spicy salad dressing, yummmm!! If you haven't tasted the chicken minis for breakfast, you are TOTALLY missing out. That is as long as the bread is nice & soft, with the honey glazed on top & fresh hot lil chicken bites; they are to die for. The lemonade is also the BEST! This location has two drive thru windows which comes in handy during the busy lunch rush. read more

This place rocks, and you can tell by the crowds there all the time..food is always hot and fresh. Staff is very friendly. I always support Chick fil a for not only their great food, but for their christian values as well. read more

No issues here. They have 2 drive-thrus, so the line moves fairly quickly, the food is hot and fresh and the staff is very friendly.

The design of the building is horrible. Also the buns are not fresh. They need to renovate. It needs to be a actual building that has AC and sits people inside of the AC building. My chicken sandwich did taste good however, I had barely any chicken in it. I can tell that this Chick-fil-A is more concerned with how much they spend rather than the customer experience. I would not want to spend my money to a place that has those values. read more

Worst chick-fil-a is ever! I can came during breakfast and my chicken biscuit was cold and my hash brown was so greasy. The n I had to go back through the line to get my mom some more creamer and I told the team lead about my food and she said okay I know! I just drove off! read more

Another fantastic experience....Fast friendly service and hot fresh food!!! And, the order was correct....all the other fast food drive thrus need to take some notes!!! Keep up the great work! read more

I go to this chick-fil-a, on average, once a week. It's the quickest drive-thru and it seems they keep thinking of ways to make it even faster! Great service and employees are always nice. read more

I usually always have a good experience at chickfila. But this time was horrible. They completely messed up my kids order. And made no effort to make it better. Look at receipt and look at order. Only thing they got right was the milk. Horrible service. read more

Chick-fil-A - Ordered grilled nuggets. Fruit cup. Book. And got none of it. - Fast Food Near Me - Temple, Texas

Normally, I visit this Chick-Fil-A about once a week. The service is great, and they get my order right. Today, I drove up to the store, and the drive through line extended to the street. "Oh great," I thought. I figured I would just get in line and bear it out. However, the manager had formed a third drive through lane, and the cars were moving quickly through the line. It's things like this that make me want to come back and frequent businesses. It shows they care about my time. I don't want to wait in a long line for fast food, and Chick-fil-a knows this. They are willing to do what it takes to accommodate their customers. I appreciate the effort, and they deserve five stars. read more

The food isn't bad but the service is horrible! Several times I've been there and my change has never been correct. If you do this to every customer no wonder your profits look good... plus quality of how your employees talk to its customers is poor. read more

Ok so I never write reviews but this chick fil a actually has the best service ever. We walked off forgetting part of our order and Jeremiah literally chased us down to bring it to us. 11/10 read more

We have been going to this location for just over a year because it is so close to our apartment. This is THE WORST SERVICE I have ever experienced. That is not an opinion based off one or two visits; it's based off of several visits. I have been in the morning, lunch-time, afternoon and night, and I have been every day of the week, again, because of the convenience factor. The ONLY thing that this place can do consistently is mess up. The fries are always either stale or undercooked. They have forgotten items. Put the wrong items in the bag. Multiple times drink cups are given to customers with their sides soaked in drinks. Getting regular sandwiches, even though we paid for spicy or deluxe sandwiches. Chicken nuggets have been given to us as small, hard, inedible pucks. They always miss something on our order. They charge out the you-know-what to have lettuce and tomatoes added to a sandwich. If I order a "spicy sandwich with a large fry and large drink" they ring it up as individual items unless I specifically say combo or meal. We have gotten cold food. Tonight, we waited 15 minutes for food and they still forgot something. If upper management is reading this, something has to change. This one location is ruining the image the company stands for. read more

They should have NEVER moved across the street. Service is exceedingly long now at the drive thru, and frankly it's not worth waiting for anymore. Went by this evening with REALLY short lines to order two large teas with light ice. I watch Mercedes input my order on her tablet and it was cottony. Got to the podium to pay cash and the man there took my money, CORRECTLY repeated my order but when I got to the pickup window, the woman handing out drinks out said "two teas with EXTRA ice!" The girl outside said no, it's two teas with light ice! They argued about what the order was, swearing one tea was light ice and they remade a second glass with lighter ice. Both ended up with WAY TOO MUCH ICE. I never once had this issue in all the years they were across the street all while running 3 lanes and a walk up window! The wait for two teas was still over 5 minutes from start to finish with little to NO lines. I will not go back until they figure it out and cheer up a little. And I absolutely will not sit in lines at lunch out to the back parking lot only to be merged into one lane with one window. Simply no longer worth the wait. read more

Stopped here last night on the way back to Houston. The food was good but the service was mediocre. We didn't receive straws, condiments and our drinks had no ice. Likewise, the wait was long for being a drive thru only. Lastly, the men's bathroom outside had no paper towels. read more

Well, everyone's complaint about Chick-fil-a is that it is just a little expensive, but I say you get what you pay for. Chick-fil-a always has the best quality food, and it clearly has the best customer service in the restaurant industry. We love you, Chick-fil-a, and we thank you for being such a great place to come for family dining. The outdoor eating experience that this particular location has to offer is pretty great! If you want the playground, you can go to the north Temple location. read more

Love this Chick-fil-A! They're always quick and the food is always good. The employees are also always polite.

A great experience as always. There was a fork, a napkin and a straw in my bag. I ordered 12 grilled nuggets, they gave me 13. The fruit cup was fresh and the grapes were super firm. read more

This is the worst Chick-fil-a I've ever been to. The customer service is horrible. They are slow to get food out and have no interest in correcting issues that arise. No management in sight either. read more

I have visited this CFA about 4 times within the past month for breakfast, and every time I do so the food is terrible. I usually get the 3pc sandwich and every experience I've ever had with them they are burnt tasting or like a charcoal taste. Service is great but the food quality has always been terrible for breakfast. No problems with lunch! read more

Chick-fil-A - Burnt as always... - Fast Food Near Me - Temple, Texas

Well this is officially the first poor review I have ever given a Chick-fil-A. Very simple chicken nuggets were a day old crunchy not tender not moist absolutely pathetic. March 22, 2016 1 PM whoever is running that kitchen needs a major redirect. read more

Best place to eat in Temple if you enjoy sharing your table or meal with black birds. A recent health inspection revealed many concerning violations at this location(none related to the birds). I work less than 1 mile from this chick fila and by the time I got back to work my stomach was rumbling. I'll stick to the location on north 31st st in the future so I can play at the playground. read more

I went there this morning and we had three separate orders and they messed up all three of them. Order large drinks and got mediums, order chicken minis and got chicken nuggets. They need check what they are grabbing and not be a dumb ass. I corrected the lady taking my order twice and they still got it wrong. Blows my mind. read more
