I was pretty disappointed when I went here going through the drive thru and they told me that they were having problems with their (STARBUCKS) app and that they cannot grant me my birthday drink. I of course couldnt leave empty handed so I bought a Peppermint Mocha Frappaccino. Oh well - At least I got something before I left. I dont know about this Starbucks or maybe overall general Starbucks. I didnt have the time to chase these people and say HEY YOU GUYS didnt give me my birthday drink. Unfortunately I can't have pike black coffee. And I rather have a pore over of something else. But they always have a problem having to go out of their way to make me a plain cup of coffee. I don't want a latte I don't want espresso. They proceeded to tell me every other coffee I could have but a pore over. They told me I couldn't get it in the drive through and I would have to come in the store. I am disable and getting in and out of my vehicle is not that easy at this time. Was super excited to try the new pumpkin cold brew and did a mobile order because I had my Work kid with me. I arrived and 12 minutes after the order was put in I was handed my coffee but not my bakery items. I then had to wait longer and was so excited to take a bite of my pumpkin muffin for it to be straight out of the fridge and not warmed. I come here because location is close by ,this is the second time they mess up my drink . today was 1/2 off Tuesdays naturally I came to order my go to Venti iced White chocolate , oatmilk, blonde espresso, extra Carmel drizzle lined inside cup and topped LIGHTLY!! with vanilla sweet cream and Carmel drizzle on top . Instead I got no drizzle in the cup , she was about to top with whip cream I said I didn't want whip so she scoops it out with a spoon , then spills out any whip floating in cup out leaves me with hardly no drink , then barista guenevere she then adds more oatmilk to compensate, I said you spilled out all my coffee , keep in mind the drink cost 13$ but w/discount it was 9$ and change still expensive. For that price I expect a delicious flavorful aesthetically pleasing experience if I wanted a sloppy drink I would've went to McDonald's read more

Going to this location is risky due to parking area. It's Starbucks so can't say food is good since they feel microwaved sandwiches are worth more than a basic coffee. If you order delivery they will tell you that pup cups are not allowed. Didn't realize that people paying more to get their products were not worthy of the same treatment as the ones standing over the employees breathing on them. I agree, it's hard to rate a starbucks. Yet I like this location for its nice environment. It's always clean, the usual starbucks, friendly staffs. I do see a long starbucks drive-thru all the time, so I figure it may in fact be faster if you go in. Just like every other place, customers come in waves. If you got here during the peak wave, no luck. I normally come here to go online and enjoy a relaxing afternoon to do nothing here. There really isn't anything to do in Ft Hood or Killeen. So relaxing seems to be the only "activity" unless you got family and friends around. There are 4 power outlets next to chairs for customers: 1 by napkin counter, 2 on the right side of wall behind the chairs (as you walk in), 1 behid the sofa in the left corner next to the entrance door. By sitting inside all the time and see how the staffs work, I have to say that they do try very hard to make drinks for us as quick as possible. read more

I drive by this Starbucks every single day because I live literally a mile from it. I'm not realToday, my husband and I just left this Starbucks and probably won't be back again. While at the drive thru, I order a turkey bacon sandwich with tall vanilla ice coffee with sweet cream and my husband orders smoke bacon sandwich with a tall regular coffee. We pay close attention in using the correct terminology that is associated with drink sizes at Starbucks (tall, grande, venti). Today was extremely difficult because as we ordered the tall for my husband's drink, the lady responded with, "Do you mean a small?" So, my husband quickly replied, "Yes, a tall". After going back and forth for a few descriptive variations, the lady say, "Small is a tall." and with great frustration, my husband yells, "WE KNOW". A few feet later, we are met with the lady that took our order moments ago. She explains to us that most people don't know that tall means small. We expressed our concern with why she kept trying to confirm the drink size as a "small" when we kept saying "yes, yes a tall, we understand a tall is a small." I thought I was in a Dr. Sues book!!! As if she would be pleased for us to use the word small instead. Then my drink was missing the cream. The moral of the story is it's not that serious Starbucks, the whole world revolves around small, medium and large when it comes to sizes. read more

I did a mobile order and picked up at the drive thru. They were pretty fast....practically no one in line. Anyway, I ordered the chai frap with the maple pecan muffin. Now, mind you the mobile order identifies if you want the muffin warmed...basically that is the default. Needless to say, my muffin was not warmed. I should have checked prior to leaving. The drink tasted a little more watered down than I am used too. The Starbucks is located in a plaza, so be safe with maneuvering to parking spaces and going thru the drive thru. read more

Today was my second time going there and AGAIN i wasn't given my de I it card back. Such an inconvenience to have to stop and turn back around. My two drinks were also made wrong. Irish cream cold brew has cocoa powder on top(mine wasn't) . Mocha cookie crumble is a layered Frappuccino (mine wasn't) and topped with cookie crumbles(also missing). As a customer I should be able to go to any Starbucks location and receive the same beverage I ask for. read more

This is a nice place to study, chill with friends, or just getting a venti to go. Always a nice crowd, friendly service, and a reliable wi-fi. The location is situated in the middle of most establishments which make it an ideal stop. In addition, a renovation was just completed and it looks great. I do miss my study table spot and the comfy couch. But, the new setting maximizes the space. And now I have a new spot that overlooks the busy Texas highways and it's a stool seating, just what I prefere. read more

In just a few minutes of watching while my order was being prepared his attention to detail, efficiency all while explaining the steps to his colleague really caught my eye. Great job! How to justify a five star rating on a Starbucks -- Especially since I don't really like their coffee. This is for the employee that bused my table this past Saturday -- I left a calculator behind and spent the last few days backtracking where I might have left it. tada - when I asked at thecounter -- if anyone had found one - I told them when I may have left it - and what type it was -- manager goes to the back and brings it out. Horrible customer service. Especially the girl working the drive thru on Saturday June 14, 2014 at around 1:30pm (I'd call her out by name, but didn't catch it) and the one making the drinks. I went through the drive thru and ordered a Light Mocha and got a White Mocha instead. I went inside to get it swapped out for the correct order. No big deal because I can see how she could have misunderstood me. But when I asked her to correct the order, the barista got a nasty attitude and said I got what I ordered. Uh. No. She then proceeded to tell me that it was "Called a Skinny mocha...for your information" and then gave me a hot chocolate instead. No coffee in it. My boyfriend went in afterwards and ordered a Light Mocha...same wording...and got what he ordered with no bitchy back talk. So basically she screwed up my order a second time...on purpose and out of spite. Literally made me a hot chocolate while complaining about how I ordered the item wrong. Okay. I was in this place this morning, and like any coffee shop first thing in the AM, its suuuuper busy. While everything was super crazy,they got this dude ETHAN in there, hes super polite, takes our order, and while were waiting, I notice this guy is directing traffic with the staff, hes helping on drive through, manning a register, AND hes grabbing a mop and broom to keep the floor clean and safe because of a leaky pipe, all at once. He is still taking the time to greet every customer that comes through the door, and thank everyone individually for their patronage. Everything is GREAT this location. Staff are so kind and coffee served fast. But... I wish they dont start cleaning too early. I usually go there around 830pm to 930pm and chill... but they always start cleaning around 830 or 9pm already. I'm finally going to review after serval bad experiences at this location. I mean I know everyone has their good days and their bad but this Starbucks seems to have bad days all the time. This location and the one on Ft Hood seem to be competing for the worst barista drink making skills award and this Trimmier location already takes the cake for the worst customer service ever and both locations are super slow. I order my drinks from the app and walk in 10 minutes later and the drinks are still not even being worked on even when they're obviously not busy. Yesterday I ordered a pina colada Tea fusion and it was made all wrong and tasted bland with too much coconut milk. This Violate drink today is a it's a girl pink and is really sour. It looks like raspberries too and it's supposed to be blackberries. Meh just supper disappointed with the enthusiasm for coffee lovers here. I love my daily Starbucks fix and 9 out of 10 times if I go to either of these locations I'm just wasting my money. read more

The sweetest girls work the late night shift which are Alivia Adams and Hannah Bellel. I had to ask foe their names because not only did they make sure that my complicated order was done right but they had a great conversation with me over local food spots in the area. I go through the drive thru pretty much once a day. I have two toddlers & I would rather not go inside. My coffee is usually spot on, depends who's making it. Not as consistent but still delicious. drive thru is usually really fast. Today is my first time sitting in park in the drive thru after ordering. Love the service here. It's a smaller location that gets crazy busy sometimes, but they are always nice and swift, and they keep their cool. Lots and lots of outdoor seating to accommodate for the smaller inside, and it's nice and shaded. If I could give zero stars I would and that's extreme for me. I've worked at a Dunkin and I have friends who work at Starbucks so I know it gets busy and I am completely understanding for when you get those rushes and it may take a little longer. What I don't appreciate is six workers being there and only two of them working during a rush. The other four were talking and messing around not doing anything and I'm not exaggerating in the slightest. I was willing to overlook the amount of time my order took even though I was in a rush, but then the order was also messed up.
