Everytime I come to this location it's sooooo slowwww , This has got to be the slowest Dutch bros in our area , currently in line for 15 mins and have not moved and I can't leave due to cars infront and behind me , the brorista came out and took other vehicles orders infront of me , adding an extra 2 cars in front who got here after me ... I'll continue going to the harker heights location read more

If you're a Dutch Bros fan you will love the location in Killeen. Standard Dutch faire of coffee, sodas, chai, and energy drinks. Dutch Bros offers protein coffee and plenty of sugar free options if you are more conscious about your drink choices. The staff here is super friendly. They'll offer a quick chat while you wait for your drink to be made. They all seem really happy to be at their jobs. I don't know if it's a passion for coffee or just making small talk, but they are clearly into it. The atmosphere is great at this place. I always just do the drive through and I am sent merrily on my way. It's great for a pick me up of the caffeine and the mental health kind. I am not normally in the area, but when I am I try to make a pit stop here. read more

Dutch Bros Coffee - Large salted caramel protein coffee - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Killeen, Texas

I'm in love with there blended ice options you have a fan and the employees brings life to the establishment and brand

Honest review, I go to this location specifically all the time. The drinks are great and the workers are super nice, however, they have terrible line management. Sometimes they block off one drive thru lane which is great because it forces customers to go in some type of order. But often when they have both lanes open they'll only take orders from one lane and it causes customers to get angry, especially at each other for some reason read more

I came as a friend raves about this place, so here I am. I was greeted by a friendly young lady who informed me that this was not their full menu and to go online. Well as there were cars behind me I asked her for recommendations and I ended up getting the golden eagle and my little person got the cocomo, both were medium iced and we paid almost $9. So my drink was bland - even with caramel in it, it didn't taste sweet at all. Also there seemed to be a lot of ice in the cup. I had my little person who is a foodie and a respectable critic, tell me that my drink was "meh" at best. You had to really stir it up to get the caramel syrup for any taste. He enjoyed his drink much more. As a matter of fact he said it tasted better than the coffee from Seattle. Overall it was good but I can't say I'm running back any time soon. read more

I love coffee and generally I love Dutch Bros. This location was slow and terribly rude. I'm not on leaving bad reviews but I feel this was warranted. I wouldn't come back to this particular location. I also found the coffee to be extremely watery and about 3/4 full. Why do they fill the cups with ice so much? It's annoying. Coffee was gross and straight milk. So disappointed. read more

Fantastic service and drinks as usual. It's always refreshing to see the nice employees especially early in the morning. read more

me and my boyfriend frequent this dutch bros location and it's by far one of if not THE best dutch in Central Texas. The quality of the drinks paired with how nice the employees are always makes my day brighter, employees like Kanu and Spencer are some of the nicest and funniest people you will meet they are always bright and positive and never cease to make me leave with a laugh. If you're looking for a dutch home I can promise you that this is the right dutch for you. :) read more

Let me start with the customer service is phenomenal here!! They look like they're happy to be working there unlike 95% of other places where people look miserable. The coffee was pretty great. I got an iced annihilator and it was decent, would have liked it to be more strong but still good. My friend got the white chocolate chai latte with oat milk and let me tell you.....mind blown. So freaking good! Overall very impressed with this place. We also got stickers of the day!! So cute read more

Starbucks who??? Love this place. Great vibe from the staff too! Some of the drinks taste similar but great coffee and great service!

I absolutely love this franchise. This one is awesome, and the coffee is as incredible as any other DB location. The service is so friendly and fun, and I am thrilled they've opened in Killeen. The location is a little crowded due to an HEB gas station right next to it, but I think it should be fine once the hype and everyone's excitement dies down a bit. The Cocomo with soft top is to die for! For those unfamiliar with DB, give it a shot! It's the best! read more

This place is beyond amazing! Yes, their lines can be a bit long at times, but there's good reason for that. Their coffees are delicious. Their staff has always been outgoing and friendly. My wish is that they bring one to Copperas Cove. Starbucks needs some competition and Dutch Bros. would give it to them. Love Love Love Dutch Bros!! read more

I am not a fan. I like the taste of coffee and I felt like I got sugared milk. The ordering process was efficient and they have a very varied menu. Just wasn't my cup, literally. They do hav an item called muffin tops, which is exactly what it is and they were huge and yummy. Prices are on par with starbucks so must likely won't be returning. read more

Overall I've never been to Dutch bros until living here and the coffee has always been great and correct every time I really appreciate that! The only problem I have is the workers there I feel as tho are a little too friendly I like a little chat but I'm really there just for the coffee and they will talk to people in front of us for a good minute when there is a long line to fill orders and get carried away. I will still go to get coffee but don't expect me to have a full on conversation with you read more

Simply amazing, their drive-thru is always busy and long but moves very swiftly! Their cold brews are the best!!!

Last night I may have had a Horrible Service from Dutch Bros which I call being Brianed but this morning Josh the manager of Dutch Bros was more than happy to help me out. Even though I only had two drinks out of the five orders correct made. He refunded me my entire order even though I only want to three drinks replaced but he insisted my whole order was replaced. He asked me if I wanted refunded to my card or a gift card so I ask for the gift card. To top it off he gave me a free drink today. So I want to say thank you Josh and I know that it's hard to be in your position. Thanks again for the professionalism and good service. Looking forward to the next time I get a drink at Dutch Brose. read more
