Oh my gosh this place is absolutely incredible! I so wish they existed back home in North Carolina! They have cute little sample cups and you can help yourself to sample all the different flavors. They have regular tea, sweetened flavored teas, unsweetened flavored teas, caffeinated, and decaf. I sampled many options and ended up getting Texas Chai, mint, and Georgia peach. I made a combination of mostly unsweetened with a splash of sweetened. I love that each flavor came in both options so I could achieve my desired sweetness! Oh and they have the good ice! They have the perfect little balls of ice so I opted for a large and filled it up with ice before adding my concoction. Please expand to the East coast! read more

This was my first HTeaO experience and I loved it. I wanted a cold drink and a friend suggested this oasis. I have never been to a place quite like this. There were so many tea options it's almost overwhelming at first. The great thing is you can sample any of the teas available which was a great help in deciding what to get. Their are even suggestion on what flavor combinations to make signature drink flavors. I love that their were caffine free options as well. I visited this location while visiting family and I instantly fell in love. They offer an assortment of flavored teas for you to sample before you buy. This location was very neat and organized and had a ton of merchandise to purchase. A very relaxing atmosphere that makes it a great location to hang out with friends or a place to come and enjoy quiet time. The cashier was amazing-very friendly and knowledgeable. The tea's are great. I like the chia and Georgia peach tea mixed together. The staff is nice if you go into the shop they will explain how to taste and choice your tea favor. The service is quick and they sell great snacks to go with your tea.The drive-thru is quick and the inside is clean. I love this shop. read more

Other locations are great, but I won't go back to this location. They constantly passive aggressively correct my order, and they get it wrong about half of the time. Last week I ordered a 1/2 unsweetened blueberry and 1/2 unsweetened raspberry, and she came back with "so a large berry blast, what else" comment. The total order was for 2 unsweetened drinks and I got one sweet. They also seem bothered and feel the need to correct you if you get the words "peach" and "ginger" out of order. Later in the week, I went to get a drink during happy hour. When the drink was full price, I said "is this not happy hour?" She responded with a rude "read the big sign at the top of the menu" instead of politely explaining that happy hour has changed. I will go to other locations, but I'm done with this one read more

Absolutely love love love this place! i come in most days before work or just go randomly but this night i went around 20 mins before closing which i understand could be annoying or an inconvenience for the employees and workers. But i came in the drive thru with my friends we got three teas and some blonde scrawny worker took our order and had horrible customer service I told her in the drive thru to give us a minute to look it over because my friend was trying to figure out what he wanted and she proceeded to yell have you been here before right (mind you her tone was already bad at the start of the order) after me asking for a minute and I said yes I have and again to give us a minute we ended up ordering and going pay for our order and she proceeded to have the bitchiest look on her face possible i told her she needed to work on her customer service and she just deflected but overall a great place will still be coming here but just wanted to share that experience and pretty sure she fucked our teas up because they didn't taste how they normally do read more

It wasn't what I expected when I walked in. The iced tea is self serve. They have tons of flavors. They even have green tea which I drink since I can't have a lot of caffeine. But it would be great if they could have a few more green tea flavors. The rest of the space is like a convenient store and then you can order coffee from the register. All in all, I liked it. Prices aren't too bad and the mix I made of unsweetened green tea and blueberry sweetened green tea was really tasty and the customer service was up to par. I'd go back. read more

Very clean. Very courteous and polite . Very informative on their products. Company is based here in Texas, so it's people that know how Texans love to drink their tea..
