Staff were friendly, order was correct. Not sure why the low rating, but was a great experience for me!

This visit today wasn't a good visit. I mean the employees were nice. But, The coffee was horrible taste like hot water. There was no favor no nothing very disappointed with cup. I asked for an extra pump of favor and the girl was a bit rude. Usually Logan and his crew of girls are on point. I guess him not being in today they got a little lazy. Anyway I'll take a break from Starbucks due to this visit. read more

I hardly leave reviews, but wanted to leave a positive review for this particular Starbucks. The staff was absolutely phenomenal and beyond nice. I accidentally ordered my coffee to the wrong location and they were able to sort that out for me, made my coffees and I was on my way. Ty was my cashier and he was so kind! read more

I was having a hard day and went in for a sweet treat and some caffeine. After I ordered, the drinks and food came out very quickly. They were very kind and went above and beyond. They made my day a little brighter and a little sweeter! read more

Came to this Starbucks location today because the Copperas Cove location was out of sugar free vanilla syrup. I had my 80 year old mom with me, and let's just say her order is a bit complicated! Lol! The man who took our order and greeted us at the window was so kind, friendly, and patient! He was amazing, as were the other workers in the store today. Our order was made perfectly, too, so we were quite happy with that. I will definitely return to this location in the near future. Thank you guys! read more

I usually don't get coffee but today I had an early morning and was feeling pretty tired when I stopped by. I had a small nice conversation when I was ordering my drink and they actually gave me this drink with a small heart on it . I needed this today thank you Starbucks team. read more

What in the multiverse hells was that?!!! Pink & yellow hot funky mess! (Pineapple chunky ish) My family went inside. Showed the actual picture and presented a detailed drink recipe (created by a Starbucks barista online) of a tropical pineapple strawberry refresher (with raspberry syrup, strawberry purée, blended) to the staff. Yes, the RECIPE!!! The staff looked at it and PRETENDED like they knew how to fix our several drinks. They took our money and we waited. One, it looked NOTHING like what we showed her. But we were assured that it was the same! Two, we took the drinks and presented them to our awaiting family at home. We tasted them and... PURE TRASH! It tasted like bad cough syrup, sadness and shame with pineapple chunks. Yes, pineapple chunks! My goodness! If you can't make the drink I requested, say so! Don't play with people nor their time, money, nor energy! I'm hella disappointed and disgusted with this service. Thank God that I had surgery and couldn't get back myself. Refund and an apology... (5 destroyed tastebuds and psychological damage) emotional Damage! *Let's just say this: if my nephew (2 yr old) didn't drink it and smelled it, saying "stinky"!* read more

Waited 30 mins for one drink , wasn't crazy busy. Drink is literally straight milk. Came back for a remake waiting another 30 mins Definitely going to stick to bunny trail Starbucks. Very unorganized here. read more

This is the worst Starbucks is on Clear Creek in Killen, TX. My daughter placed an order and since I am not that familiar with the area. So, I showed up at 9:02 to pick up the order. And since they close at 9, they wouldn't even give me the drink they made thru the window. I saw the drink on the counter. The lady said sorry I can't give it to you. so, they basically took our money and gave us no product. Worst business practice is to steal money from your customers read more

Bumping them up from 2 Stars to 3 Stars. Ordered on the app 10 minutes before our arrival. The drink was ready and right, as was the snack order. This is twice now that they FINALLY got it right. Hopefully they can continue to gain stars and not lose stars. read more

The service here is so slow I'm afraid to order anything more than a basic coffee order because it could potentially could take more than 10 minutes to get it. Going in or doing the drive thru are hit or miss. The staff is rude and disrespectful. I once had to point out that no one had heated up my wrap after already waiting five minutes, and then when it was done in the microwave I had to wait and then had to speak very loudly (yell at them to stop and listen) over all three baristas who continued to make other orders behind mine to BEG for my food so I could just leave. I wish there was another coffee place I could stop in to before work but no, I'm stuck with this crapshoot embarrassment of a Starbucks, and that's saying something. You'll never get the same drink twice, even if you always order the same thing. read more

Ordered through the app. Got there a few minutes after pick up time , drink wasn't ready. They remade it and it took about 8 mins. There was hair in my drink and the drink wasn't right. 30 minute experience to not get what I ordered. read more

I'm so sick of them not being able to make my drink properly! I usually get a Chai Latte. I used to be able to able for 8 pumps and it taste fine. Now I have to ask for 10! And at this location they usually completely ignore it and I leave there with a drink that taste like hot slightly sweet milk and water. And usually the line is so long I'm not going back through. There's been one guy that has been able to make it right. I'm done having my time and money wasted here. read more

The absolute worst, slowest Starbucks of all time. I go here because of how close it is to me, but it always takes ~10 mins even when there's only 2 or 3 cars in the drive through? They've gotten my order wrong more times than right leaving out extras that are costly. Save time and money don't go here read more

I had the best service today. I believe her name was Kailey. Super sweet, listened to me in the drive through and found my favorite instant coffee. She scanned my gift cards, and my latte tasted a little sweeter with her excellent customer service and beautiful smile. Major thank you!! read more

Starbucks is Starbucks, good coffee & awesome modern day feel. Being that this is a newer Starbucks, it's a lot cleaner looking :) Awesome location being that it's on the way to most people's work & with a convince of a drive thru! I had this one bad experience, but the personnel usually do a fine job. (When I walked in Sunday night, there was only one barista working. He had his hands more than full making multiple orders for a drive-thru customer. After a couple of minutes, a guy came out from the back room and took my order. Then he went back out of sight, so then I was Stuck like Chuck waiting for somebody to make my order, please! It took twenty minutes for them to get around to it. Meanwhile, I am being increasingly annoyed by the extra-loud music playing. And they hadn't even had my first choice of brew available, so I had settled for a second choice. Ultimately for me, it was a maddening experience.) read more

The guy in the window literally was arguing with us that he got our order right. My man would NEVER order a shot of expresó in his drink. Probably going to see about emailing the company about this place. If I'm paying over 6 dollars for a drink and you got it wrong you fix it you little dirt bags. This place disgraces the company name read more

By far the worst Starbucks service I've ever experienced. Super slow despite not being busy, got the drink wrong, then took even longer to replace it. Drink tastes a little off as well. read more

Went yesterday and were the only ones to go through the drive through at the Time they were not busy at all. So it was absurd how slow service was. Went again today for another coffee fix and the line was to the road and busy inside probably because they are just slow here. read more

This place has the absolute worst customer service and horrendously long wait times. Avoid this location.

Drug rep here- so I'm a Starbucks pro!! And this location has been awesome. If I have a large order, I usually try to order ahead through the app, but got the order on the fly today and this Starbucks ROCKED IT. Everything was ready and they have always been helpful if I need a substitution. Today I forgot my receipt and had to come back for it and the two ladies who helped me were so sweet! I will definitely be back! read more

The drinks are okay but the service is very slow. Starbucks use to have time limits and this was taught when hired. Also all espressos shots should be timed bc they expire quickly. I'm not sure what happen to the traditional teaching or if this location has a high turnover rate which is why it has these issues. We're currently in the drive-thru and it's been 27mins read more

5 stars for Aki 0 stars for the there three employees carrying on like high schoolers during lunch break ------- I get it, the first world doesn't need another Starbucks review but I got thangs to talk about. This is my second favorite Starbucks in the Ft Hood/Killeen/Temple/Belton area. The Fort Hood Street location off 190 consistently has amazing service despite the cramped location. But my vehicle is in the shop getting some love and this location is a midpoint between the auto dealership and my fam's home - which access to is limited due to overnight flooding. Oversharing about why I'm here for four hours or so? Yes. The car valet service for Patriot Buick GMC dropped me off so I ordered at the counter instead of the handy app. There were five total employees - one at the register, two with their backs to the registers actually working, and two that were at the drive through/drink area with excellent peripherals of any incoming customers. I waited a good 20-30 seconds (at the register with card in hand frowning) while the two employees with excellent peripheral vision at the drive through area had some conversation with the one standing with her back to me at the register. **The two others were busily working and have zero responsibility in what happened next. ** I finally got fed up in my caffeine induced withdrawal and stated, "EXCUSE ME. May I get SOME service?" The team lead who was working back to counter, Aki, immediately turned around and apologized and we went about our day of serving and receiving my delicious light-iced filthy soy chai. I'd like to think this was a fluke. But when a customer named Michael came in, I heard everyone say hello to him and even ask him where he was working now. So.... basically, get your acts together, three ladies. You are a purveyor of caffeine and you NEED to provide service to people whether or not your conversation is super important (which I doubt). Your back to the customer on register duty is pretty unacceptable if that is your job and you aren't even... actually doing the job. --------- Thank you to Aki for taking my unhappy face seriously and making sure to provide amazing service and ending the transaction with a four dollar gift card for my next dirty chai. read more

This Starbucks has some serious problems!! I gave it a chance!! My wife and I make coffee at home during the week but on the weekends we go and love to spoil ourselves with a Starbucks coffee, our drink is the Carmel Macchiato. Three weekends in a row we ordered this drink it cost 10 bucks for two and what we got was hot milk, no coffee flavor at all, Carmel nonexistent. They did this to us each time so I thought it might be a weekend thing due to a lot of customers or something, so I went when there wasn't a line during the week because I drive by it everyday to go to work. But even when they are not busy they do not take care of there customers, and refuse to deliver a quality product!!! WAKE UP STARBUCKS this is a location serves the soldiers and there family's on ft hood more than any other patrons!!! This should be one of your best locations. read more

Awesome location, right across from Central Texas College and Metroplex Hospital. The inside is geared toward students, in which it consist of two, four, and group seatings arrangements. Usually pretty good. Hoping this post gets the manager's attention! 1/22/16 0730 the lady working the front should not work retail!! Please get rid of her or have her do a job with minimal customer interaction. Every other employee there is friendly, I would gladly change my rating if she's not working where she has to talk to people. Drive through is usually long (ft hood, metroplex and CTC close by) but it moves pretty fast. read more

The drive thru is sluggish for sure . It is a hit or miss . I've gone at different times . I guess it depends who is working or what day. I only prefer this location since it's so close by. I don't know if it Depends on if it's a rush or who is working but lately the drinks/ coffee isn't tasting the same to me, my coffee wasn't hot either , it was just really warm . It is clean and nice inside. They don't greet you or talk with you with the same Starbucks way compared to other locations . read more

Menu says all day bakery but are out of all breads and paninis?!? I've had this happen several times at this location

Visiting Texas Starbucks. Service is definitely more welcoming in Cali. The Barista wasn't even smiling and didn't greet me. Had a free drink from my rewards and was able to use it but when I asked for an extra shot EMILY wanted to charge me extra... I did ask for it 15 seconds after the fact but shouldn't it have been included? SMH. I won't even get into the fact that I was the first person who ordered (regular iced coffee) and I had to wait after 3 Caramel Macchiatos to get it. I guess I'm just spoiled from California. read more

Man, the way the employees carry themselves at this location is worse than middle schoolers. At one point another patron complained to someone for the employees to be quiet. This is a coffee shop, not a bar, there's not reason anyone should be yelling. At one point the manager was hollering at an employee "for taking two 10 minute breaks in a row." C'mon, take that to the back and discuss it. The manager was in the main area and the employee was behind the counter. Everyone in the establishment was staring at the altercation. Then, later on the female employees were yelling across the place and laughing like crazy. One was mopping all across the place, and two of them behind the counter were carrying a joking conversation with her. Towards the end, someone not in uniform was walking around with the drive-thru headpiece on. Just ridiculous. The only reason for two stars was because my mocha was made deliciously. read more

This place sucks. They do not know how to make coffee. Honestly I think it's a central Texas thing because none of the Starbucks that I've gone to have been good out here. I had them remake my drink and the girl made it exactly the same with a crap ton of ice so you definitely don't get what you pay for. Not worth the almost 6 dollars it costs that's for sure. read more

Service was the worst, lines where long, girl at the window was busy chatting away with the customer and giving high fives in the drive thru, when I got up to the window the girl didn't scan my points and walked away to go turn her car off, didn't excuse herself or even finish serving me. My chai tea tasted more like water. Very poor customer service. read more

My wife and I are Starbucks lovers through and through. Not only did we have to repeat our order at least a dozen times to the lady but when I asked for extra pumps of white mocha in my drink she explained to me that my drink already had 6 pumps. When I said yes I know she responded with so you want additional ones. When I said yes she asked us to pull forward. When we got to the window our order was still a little messed up so I had to get the other guy to fix it. Not once did we receive and apology or anything. The customer service at this location is horrible and I would much rather drive to a location further away and be treated 100 times better. read more
