Great customer service and the drinks were on point! The drive thru service was faster than most places. They staff give great recommendations when you're looking to trying something new. read more

Shorthanded staff so slow. In the plus side they play country music while you wait. Pro tip - don't park on the west side / you can get blocked in with drive through folks.. read more

Worst coffee I've ever had. Just go to Macdonald or a gas station instead. Taste like regular coffee, I should have checked the rating before buying. read more

Starbucks - a cup of coffee on a table - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Copperas Cove, Texas

We always go to Starbucks because let's face it they are pretty damn good. Lately I will say that the quality has been slacking but over all I love me some starbies. This location was quick and friendly! read more

Starbucks - Salted Caramel sweet cream cold brew extra sweet cream!! It's perfect - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Copperas Cove, Texas

Been a regular at the Copperas Cove Starbuck for a long time now. I order the same americano coffee every day. More and more the coffee has been diluted or not made to order and tastes horrible, like water. I have mentioned this many times on several occasions but to no avail. I will stay with just making my own from home. FYI, I tip all the time. Not angry just moving on. read more

I mobile ordered on November 2 and I went to window and misunderstood when she told me to wait there was a lot of people and I didn't want to make anyone upset behind me. I went to the window and she was straight rude about me going up I think she could have been a bit nicer about it especially because I said I was confused then only gave me one drink out of my whole order which was 27 dollars and I was too embarrassed to even tell her there was more. I love Starbucks don't get me wrong but it's not my fault they have a lot of people and may be stressed out I couldn't even get a refund! EDIT I went back today and thank you to the young lady who helped me she remembered my name from yesterday and took the time out of her shift to get me a refund and listen to what happened. She was amazing thank you so much for caring! read more

The people here are very nice, especially the coworkers. However, one time I did order a grilled cheese and a drink and I did not receive my grilled cheese, so make sure that they get your order, right.! other than that it was not bad service read more

Went today for a tall iced coffee, they remembered my milk not my sugar, forgot both the creamer and sugar for my husbands coffee.

I would like to share some info on yall blueberry muffins. It's old, stale, and disgusting. Just throw the shit away! This morning, I drove over to your establishment and sat in that long line for a stale nasty smelly muffin. DO Better! read more

I often come in early in the mornings to work, and the team is so kind. They work so hard in the mornings prepping everyone's drinks and I appreciate how they always bring a smile to my face. read more

This is a good Starbucks. Never had a major issue here. Despite having six employees on shift today getting service at the counter was slow. They are too busy shootin' the breeze with each other. One employee was out from behind the counter chattin' with a friend. But all in all, if you exercise a little patience they'll eventually wait on you. I ordered the Pike coffee today through the app, but it was barely warm. I asked the girl who took my order when I stopped by and went inside for a second cup of Pike coffee for Mrs. Texas, if there was a way to make it extra hot, she said no. I'm confused as you can get extra hot when they make them so I don't know why they can't shoot the steam into it and make it extra hot, but I'm not a barista so it may not be possible. Minus two stars for slow service and barely warm coffee. The store is clean and the staff was friendly. read more

Starbucks - Rise n Shine :-) - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Copperas Cove, Texas

Lol a joke. I've come here every morning for probably 4 months. Recently I've had to order my coffee in the app before I've even left my house because they take for fricken ever. Ordered my coffee at 8:06 this morning, I received it at 8:20. They were packed and had ONE barista making drinks and she seemed to be new! I've been late to work every time I get this coffee no matter how early I try to order it. Cmon Starbucks! Ruining my morning ritual! ‍ my latte is always good though! read more

Starbucks - a hand holding a cup of coffee - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Copperas Cove, Texas

It never ceases to amaze me that they actually run out of coffee. I mean, isn't that what they do? Also, when they have coffee, you can't get a dark roast after 10 AM. I don't get it, if you like dark roast, you should have it whenever you want it. read more

First we told Anita our order was wrong and she said "no that's what you ordered. Are you asking to change your order?" We said "No we're very sure we ordered the kiwi" to which she replied "I guess I can remake it for you?" Then I proceed to tell Anita that we would like to pay for the persons drink behind me. She looked me dead in the eyes and said "Well yeah but that would make my job difficult" ..........?!?! I'm sorry, what? We stared at each other for like five seconds until she said "ok let me see" To them come back and say "Yeah I can't do that" THE ONLY STARBUCKS TO EVER TELL ME THAT. AND I was paying in cash. Also our food order was wrong as well. 1/10 read more

Staff is always friendly & welcoming! This location is very busy though I think it's because they have such a small drive-thru & parking space....would be nice if TMobile wasn't there Lol! read more

The staff at the Copperas Cove Starbucks have always been friendly, and they work hard to get the orders right! If your drink isn't the way you want it, they will remake it. Can't wait for the COVID restrictions to be a thing of the past. In the meantime, they go out of their way to keep the drive thru line moving!! read more

Everyday! I keep giving them my money and I'm not sure why. I always tip way more than usual and still can't get a correct order. I'm not waiting in the crazy line for them to fix it. I can't wait until Dunkin donuts opens in town, this place will be dead. The one on clear creek is 100 times better. Pay attention! read more

The drinks themselves are always good and made correctly so that's never a problem when visiting this location which is why I'm giving it two stars as opposed to one. However, everything else is a problem. The drive-thru takes so long to go through for some reason. There were two cars ahead of me once and it took me 20 minutes to get my drink. The cars ahead of me didn't get a lot of drinks as I watched the barista hand them a maximum of two drinks per car so it was really confusing to sit there and wait so long for a drink - especially when the drive-thru is supposed to be the "quicker" option. Working at a cafe myself, I know drinks shouldn't take that long - no matter how busy it gets. Parking is also not the best. If you're unlucky, the drive-thru line can actually block your car in depending on where you park so if it's a busier time I would advise parking near the front of the store as opposed to the side. I went here to study for an exam during one of the last few times I visited home but came to see that the only outlets were near the couches. Being a cafe, I always expect to see more outlets - especially near the bar/window area but there were none which is very disappointing. Staff were okay. They're either really friendly or "I really don't want to be here" so it just depends on the day and who's working. Cleanliness is not the best. I've come here multiple times with the floor being sticky or seeing spilled coffee/straw wrappers on the ground. When it's not busy it's normally typical for staff to walk around and tidy things up instead of waiting to do it all during closing? Overall, best Starbucks I've been to when it comes to consistency and flavor for drinks. But worst Starbucks I've been to regarding everything else. read more

Went through the drive-thru and even though there was a line of about 4 cars in front of me it went by pretty quickly. Also, i was going to try a new drink but the barista suggested a different drink because the one i was going to order wasnt liked by anyone that worked there. I appreciated the heads up and got the one she recommended. It was a delicious cold brew with i believe salted foam, anyways, it was a great suggestion and i appreciated it. Super friendly baristas so i will be coming back to this location. read more

I seriously don't know why so many people give this place such a bad review. I finished my degree here. I was in every single day completing coursework and doing research. The team here was PHENOMENAL. Yes, sometimes drinks weren't made the best, but they always remade it if it wasn't great. They were seriously amazing. read more

I have had nothing but problems with this location everytime I go. They are either out of something for days, don't know how to make drinks or the service is awful. In the past week I have tried to go 3 times and they constantly told me they were out of something and this last time I made my full order pulled up to the window and they didn't give me all my order. When I asked about it they said I didn't order it because obviously they weren't paying attention to my order and made me pay twice because they can't figure out how to do their job. This location really doesn't care about the quality of service or know anything about good drinks/food. I ordered a Frappuccino and they literally gave me a cup of ice with syrup. After I asked them to fix it they gave me the same thing again. I am fed up with the 190 Starbucks and won't be going back read more

Probably the worst Starbucks I've ever been to, every time I go to this one the mess up my order and don't fix it, unfortunately it's the only one near me but I'm probably going to start driving to the next city over just to get my drinks if I want them to be good. I went today since I had my birthday coupon and they didn't get the order right, Mind you I always order ahead on the app so it's not like they misheard me and entered it wrong, when I went back inside (picked up in the drive through) the employees were very rude and discriminated against me for not being able to wear a mask due to medical reasons(which is why I used the drive through to begin with). They refused to fix my order and gave me a lot of attitude when I was nothing but polite to them. Now I see why this location is rated so low and I won't be going back. read more

I always order on the app and walk right in and pick up my mobile order. They are fast and friendly! My drinks are always exactly what I order. I love the nitro brew. Sometimes they are out but this is a really really busy Starbucks. The line backs up onto the highway blocking traffic sometimes. I'm hoping we can get another Starbucks at the west end of town by the by pass. That would be so awesome! Don't give up on their Starbucks - they all work hard and try to keep up! read more

I was hoping this place wouldn't be as bad as the stars indicate, but it was. I ordered a peppermint mocha, very basic, nothing extra, and they couldn't even manage that. I get a strong peppermint flavor when it first touches my tongue, but it quickly disappears and I'm left with nothing but a bitter aftertaste. Incredibly disappointed, especially since it's NYE and I can't even take it back to have it remade because they're already closed. Will not be going back, which sucks for me since I live in Cove. Bloom will be getting all of my coffee business from here on out. Do better, Starbucks. read more

The folks here work hard to get your order right and done quickly. I've been coming here for years and have never been disappointed.

If you ever want to find the world's crappiest coffee..... look no further! Like most things, the quality has severely diminished over the past few decades (in the 90s it wasn't bad!). Now, nope. read more

I might be opinionated, but when there are multiple people behind the counter who remember your name, even when you haven't been there in a few weeks, I think that's pretty good customer service. It's a coffee shop. Sometimes I get hot coffee, sometimes I get iced coffee, sometimes I get a specialty drink. The times I've had issues with the product or the service, it's been addressed quickly and very much to my satisfaction. read more

I went into Starbucks the other day and there were 5 people standing at the front counter and not a single one of them took my order. I stood at the counter for at least 15 min before one of them took my order! I got their attention at least 2-3 times. Horrible service. I went in again today and ordered a bagel and they gave me a bag of cream cheese, no bagel!! Really Starbucks?? read more

I'm giving this 4 stars because it's a good Starbucks, not because it's a good coffee shop. It's Starbucks. You know what to expect and what you're going to get when you go in there: poor quality coffee, tea that is prepared incorrectly, and expensive for everything. But, also, with a clean trendy interior, fast service, and you know in what way the coffee will be sub-par and the tea will be done wrong because it's the same at all of them. You know how Starbucks makes their stuff, what their product and service are like, that's exactly what you get here. As far as a Starbucks goes, this is a really good one. The only reason I didn't give this a 5 star for Starbucks is that this one is a smaller shop compared to the customer flow. read more

Seriously what is happening to Starbucks lately?? Customer service was subpar, made my drink wrong (a hot latte when it's 100 degrees? Seriously...?) not only that, but took forever making it, so I said forget it I'll take the hot drink. I understand that they have new employees (the lady at the register was terribly sweet but obviously new) but in that case you need an employee to work with her, she was totally by herself and lost. I've been going to Starbucks less and less..because I keep having bad experiences there. Used to work there and take a lot of pride in it, not so much anymore... :( read more

WORST SERVICE EVER!! Went inside, no line. Ordered trenta tea&lemonade and a bagel with butter. Literally 20 cars went through the drive-through between when I ordered and then when I got my drink (just the drink)! I said I had a bagel too and the girl said it would be up shortly. Then after already waiting 10 minutes for my drink, and another 3 I was clearly pissed off bc I was in a rush. A manager off duty that was meeting with an employee asked me what I was waiting for and went back and made it herself. Then they finally gave me my bagel after almost 20 mins... with one butter packet so I had to go back inside and ask for another. Tea/lemonade is weakest I've ever tasted. I watched her make it and she ran out out of lemonade and just decided to put 3 scoops of ice in instead of opening up a new one. If u have been to a Starbucks before, u know how they make ur favorite drink...we aren't dumb and we are watching when u make our drinks! Am only giving 1 star because I have to. I hate bad customer service and this place is prob the worst I have seen in a while. Sorry staff that was in there training today, wish u had better leaders to teach you how to provide good service and good coffee/tea. read more

This specific branch has seriously declined within the last 4 months, wait times have increased and quality has dropped. I ordered a pour over of their Christmas blend with heavy cream, what I received was a cup of coffee that was 1part coffee and 2 parts cream...if I wanted to drink warm cream with a hint of coffee I would've stayed home and warmed it in the microwave and added instant coffee. Don't waste your time or money on this branch, you'll only be disappointed. read more

Not a bad place but it is very rare that I have every been to a Starbucks I didn't like . Was not able to go in but have to say the drive thru was very wonderful here . I came from California and the Starbucks our there are much better. It's a sad day when the McDonald's in town has better coffee the Starbucks. Not worth the money if you ask me. Probably the worst starbucks I've ever been to. They always make my order so bland that it tastes like crushed ice with a little bit of milk and a hint of matcha.
