I mobile ordered on November 2 and I went to window and misunderstood when she told me to wait there was a lot of people and I didn't want to make anyone upset behind me. I went to the window and she was straight rude about me going up I think she could have been a bit nicer about it especially because I said I was confused then only gave me one drink out of my whole order which was 27 dollars and I was too embarrassed to even tell her there was more. I love Starbucks don't get me wrong but it's not my fault they have a lot of people and may be stressed out I couldn't even get a refund! This is a good Starbucks. Never had a major issue here. Despite having six employees on shift today getting service at the counter was slow. They are too busy shootin' the breeze with each other. One employee was out from behind the counter chattin' with a friend. But all in all, if you exercise a little patience they'll eventually wait on you. I ordered the Pike coffee today through the app, but it was barely warm. I asked the girl who took my order when I stopped by and went inside for a second cup of Pike coffee for Mrs. Texas, if there was a way to make it extra hot, she said no. I'm confused as you can get extra hot when they make them so I don't know why they can't shoot the steam into it and make it extra hot, but I'm not a barista so it may not be possible. The drinks themselves are always good and made correctly so that's never a problem when visiting this location which is why I'm giving it two stars as opposed to one. However, everything else is a problem. The drive-thru takes so long to go through for some reason. There were two cars ahead of me once and it took me 20 minutes to get my drink. The cars ahead of me didn't get a lot of drinks as I watched the barista hand them a maximum of two drinks per car so it was really confusing to sit there and wait so long for a drink - especially when the drive-thru is supposed to be the "quicker" option. Working at a cafe myself, I know drinks shouldn't take that long - no matter how busy it gets. Parking is also not the best. If you're unlucky, the drive-thru line can actually block your car in depending on where you park so if it's a busier time I would advise parking near the front of the store as opposed to the side. I went here to study for an exam during one of the last few times I visited home but came to see that the only outlets were near the couches. Being a cafe, I always expect to see more outlets - especially near the bar/window area but there were none which is very disappointing. Staff were okay. They're either really friendly or "I really don't want to be here" so it just depends on the day and who's working. Cleanliness is not the best. I've come here multiple times with the floor being sticky or seeing spilled coffee/straw wrappers on the ground. When it's not busy it's normally typical for staff to walk around and tidy things up instead of waiting to do it all during closing? Overall, best Starbucks I've been to when it comes to consistency and flavor for drinks. But worst Starbucks I've been to regarding everything else. read more

Went through the drive-thru and even though there was a line of about 4 cars in front of me it went by pretty quickly. Also, i was going to try a new drink but the barista suggested a different drink because the one i was going to order wasnt liked by anyone that worked there. I have had nothing but problems with this location everytime I go. They are either out of something for days, don't know how to make drinks or the service is awful. In the past week I have tried to go 3 times and they constantly told me they were out of something and this last time I made my full order pulled up to the window and they didn't give me all my order. When I asked about it they said I didn't order it because obviously they weren't paying attention to my order and made me pay twice because they can't figure out how to do their job. I always order on the app and walk right in and pick up my mobile order. They are fast and friendly! My drinks are always exactly what I order. I love the nitro brew. Sometimes they are out but this is a really really busy Starbucks. The line backs up onto the highway blocking traffic sometimes. Probably the worst Starbucks I've ever been to, every time I go to this one the mess up my order and don't fix it, unfortunately it's the only one near me but I'm probably going to start driving to the next city over just to get my drinks if I want them to be good. I went today since I had my birthday coupon and they didn't get the order right, Mind you I always order ahead on the app so it's not like they misheard me and entered it wrong, when I went back inside (picked up in the drive through) the employees were very rude and discriminated against me for not being able to wear a mask due to medical reasons(which is why I used the drive through to begin with). I was hoping this place wouldn't be as bad as the stars indicate, but it was. I ordered a peppermint mocha, very basic, nothing extra, and they couldn't even manage that. I get a strong peppermint flavor when it first touches my tongue, but it quickly disappears and I'm left with nothing but a bitter aftertaste. Incredibly disappointed, especially since it's NYE and I can't even take it back to have it remade because they're already closed. Will not be going back, which sucks for me since I live in Cove. This specific branch has seriously declined within the last 4 months, wait times have increased and quality has dropped. I ordered a pour over of their Christmas blend with heavy cream, what I received was a cup of coffee that was 1part coffee and 2 parts cream...if I wanted to drink warm cream with a hint of coffee I would've stayed home and warmed it in the microwave and added instant coffee. WORST SERVICE EVER!! Went inside, no line. Ordered trenta tea&lemonade and a bagel with butter. Literally 20 cars went through the drive-through between when I ordered and then when I got my drink (just the drink)! I said I had a bagel too and the girl said it would be up shortly. Then after already waiting 10 minutes for my drink, and another 3 I was clearly pissed off bc I was in a rush. A manager off duty that was meeting with an employee asked me what I was waiting for and went back and made it herself. Then they finally gave me my bagel after almost 20 mins... with one butter packet so I had to go back inside and ask for another. Tea/lemonade is weakest I've ever tasted. I watched her make it and she ran out out of lemonade and just decided to put 3 scoops of ice in instead of opening up a new one. If u have been to a Starbucks before, u know how they make ur favorite drink...we aren't dumb and we are watching when u make our drinks! Am only giving 1 star because I have to. Seriously...?) not only that, but took forever making it, so I said forget it I'll take the hot drink. I might be opinionated, but when there are multiple people behind the counter who remember your name, even when you haven't been there in a few weeks, I think that's pretty good customer service. I'm giving this 4 stars because it's a good Starbucks, not because it's a good coffee shop. It's Starbucks. You know what to expect and what you're going to get when you go in there: poor quality coffee, tea that is prepared incorrectly, and expensive for everything. But, also, with a clean trendy interior, fast service, and you know in what way the coffee will be sub-par and the tea will be done wrong because it's the same at all of them. You know how Starbucks makes their stuff, what their product and service are like, that's exactly what you get here. As far as a Starbucks goes, this is a really good one.
