Come here few times per month since we are living down south yet it's nice to come get some Asian groceries here! We like the fact that they provide all kind of goodies! We got two boxes of drink as they offer hello kitty t shirt in the box! lol We had lunch over there as they have food court! Tofu soup and janpon noodle were pretty cool! Come and enjoy the experience! -I w

Decent Asian store in Killeen. In the store, they have a.Korean food court, bakery and hair salon.

    Cucumber Kimchi

Look, I love my cucumber kimchi as much as the next guy, but their freshness has really gone down hill on this one. It said packed yesterday, but seemed like it was ready to be thrown out when I tasted it. Please put the "actual" date on it. Also, the dude in the fish market chewing on the "beetle nut" or whatever it was, it's gross....especially in a food service area!! Wish I would've gotten a pic of that.

    Fly eggs on the meat

My wife and I ordered Bibimbap and I noticed some fly eggs on the meat. We tried to explain to the employees about the issue but we were told that it was "fat" from the food. After I asked for a manager we were told all of them left and we were just met with blank stares from the employees. I told them I was taking the meat to the Health Department to determine what it was and its was until then they were quick to offer me a refund. As they were processing my refund one of the employees stated again that it was "fat" as she showed me a plastic container filled with meat that all had fly eggs covered around in spots. She then proceeded to place it back in the counter exposed to the open air with actual flies flying around. The audacity of these employees. It's unfortunate because my wife and I would frequently visit to enjoy the delicious food.

    Food Court area is good

They have updated the pricing and the big menu that was hanging near the pick up counter is gone in the food court area. Will post some pictures of the updated menu. Food is still good and consistent in the food court. Their low prices keep this place constantly busy. Come try it out!

I came here religiously during my short 2 weeks stay in Gatesville. The best bang for your bucks and the food was delicious! This review is solely for the Korean food place inside O-Mart. I did buy couple things from the market, but only came here for the food every time. One of my co-workers who lives in Killeen suggested this place to me. I was skeptical at first due to ....let's just say, when it comes to Asian food, I trust an Asian's opinion more lol. Thankfully, I'm not that big of a jerk, and did take his advice to come here. I have a bad habit of sticking to the same one or two dishes that I really like from any restaurant. For here, I got the galbi every time, not only because it's one of the best galbi I have had, but it's almost twice the amount of meat I would get anywhere else, for the same price, or even cheaper. My coworkers have tried the bibimbap and some other dishes, and they all said they were good. The only down side and reason y I didn't give them 5 stars is the damn flies that swamp this place! So bad to the point that one somehow managed to kill himself (or herself) by diving into my boba cup thru the straw. It was a sweet death I bet. I wasn't too upset to throw away half a cup of boba drink since it wasn't that good. Regardless, I will still come back here next time I'm in the area. However, the food might be better taken to go than to be eaten there. Oh, and make sure you call in to place ur order first around lunch time. They get super busy here and you might have to wait up to 30minutes for your meal.

Food court ordering was a bit confusing. Several shelves seemed bare and not the best variety of select Asian items.

Everything you need for Asian dishes. The kind of ingredients you see on Asian recipes but can't find at the grocery store, this place has.

THE BLACK AND WHITE: When I say Vietnamese-style, it's only because most of the internal signage is in vietnamese. It has every asian countries ingredients from China/Korea/Vietnam to The Philippines and indonesia. You can find some really good pricing here on those staples. Fresh produce aisle is a bit limiting. Pretty big seafood area and meat. Walking to your far left side are all the kitchen toolware if you want to level up your kitchen game. THE FINAL BAMBOO: Always enjoy my time here at MT supermarket. Lots of ingredients you won't find at a 99 Ranch or H Mart.

My favorite market. Full of fresh fish, veggies, and meats; seemingly unlimited spices, sauces,…read moredried peppers, dried mushrooms, soup bases (fresh and dried); prepared goodies, teas, milk tea mixes; a ridiculous number of fresh and dried noodle options both seasoned and unseasoned; frozen kimbap, dumplings, bao, everything you didn't even know you wanted, you'll find. They even have alcohol, dishes, candles, other houseware supplies, and some basic American products. Prices area generally competitive, some much better than others. My main complaint is that it can be overwhelming, especially when you're trying to find one specific thing. The other issue is that so many items have mislabeled prices or none at all. This can be challenging when you're trying to stay in budget while faced with more options that you can imagine. Also, fresh prepared items don't necessarily have their ingredients listed which can be scary for less adventurous eaters. The store is generally easy to navigate even through some cluttered set ups.

Please avoid this place…read more They sell bunch of expired and not good stuff. I was looking for lavash/ wrap an I purchased two, one made in Turkey and one from Latvia. I opened it 3 days ago and look at mold all over the bread. Also it was all breaking apart which was a reason I could not make some veggie wraps. I bought it on 2/14 afternoon. There was a date on one exp in April and the other one did not have any date on a package. $10 for both went to trash. Sadly it's not the first time I get rotten or spoiled product. I would not recommend! Service is hit and miss . They treat Muslims better for sure. Not going to support such a business with poor customer service and poor quality.

A lot of the canned stuff, like different types of beans, isn't really any cheaper than what you'd find at places like H-E-B. Fruits and veggies looked pretty standard, but the prices were oddly higher than in regular grocery stores. They do carry some interesting sweets, and I always enjoy checking those out. Coffee, though, was more expensive compared to other international stores I've been to. What really stood out in a bad way was the attitude of the staff. No one was rude exactly, but they act like they don't really want to be there, and definitely not like they want you to be there either. Product-wise, no complaints. But the vibe from the people working there? Pretty unfriendly.
