I've been trying to try this place out for months. Every time I came to Texas I could never get through, but when I spotted the food truck off 195, I had to take my chances lol. I'm glad I did. I ordered sweet and sour shrimp, chicken fried rice, and shrimp fried rice. It was all super affordable and enough to feed a small village. I have been looking for authentic Chinese food for as long as I've lived in Texas and I think I might have found it. This is a food truck located within a residential area that only takes call ins. This is the hectic part because you may or may not get through but trust me its worth the calling and wait time. I ordered sweet & sour chicken, crab ragoon, and shrimp fried rice. The portions are hefty! I was able to eat off of it about three separate times. The shrimp fried rice included large pieces of shrimp as well. Food was great and fried rice was the best!!!! We got shrimp fried rice and steak and veggies and sweet and sour chicken it was all yummy.

Food: Food was amazing! We got the General Tso's Chicken, Beef Broccoli, order of Chicken Wings (6), Egg Drop Soup, and 2 egg rolls. It was all SUPER yummy and made fresh. General Tso's Chicken had some jalapeños so it's spicy (which i loved) but just in case someone needs to know (because I didn't a pepper indicating spice or something). Egg rolls were super great too! Portion sizes were good, good enough for two meals for each entree we ordered. Service: Window didn't seem open, but we went to the door (which was open) and she handed us menu's. We ordered and the food was out within 20 min (made fresh, definitely worth the wait). We waited outside in the eating area and it felt nice! Lady was super kind and brought the food out to us packaged and ready to take to go. Ordered delivery on a Saturday night. We got the chicken fried rice, egg drop soup and customized pork and chicken fried rice with no veggies. All I can say is WOW! Everything tasted amazing! Perfectly seasoned. They did not have any issues with customized orders, everything came delivered right and hot. Delivery did not take long at all. We've been eating here since they 1st opened & I must say we have not eaten any other Chinese food in Texas since. We are big on Asian Cuisine and have traveled to several different Asian countries including China. Their food is very authentic and cooked with passion and love, if you goto their food truck and watch you will witness the magic happen right in front of your eyes. From their succulent General Tso's chicken, or their perfectly (big) Shrimp Fried rice, their food will not disappoint you! I highly 10-10 recommend every ounce of their food. We've tried 90% of their menu and each item was spot on authenticity, just how you would imagine Chinese food to be. I've been here so much that we've become distant family. They can be a little difficult to get ahold of, but absolutely worth the effort. The young man taking the orders has his hands full, so be patient. The food is absolutely DELICIOUS. I just wish the pieces were more bite sized. Regardless, the food is always hot and fresh and yes, if they don't deliver to you you will be picking up from their food truck parked outside of their home (nice, quiet neighborhood so don't pull up blasting music lol). The lady was so polite to my husband and I. We got to the pick up location a little early since we were already in the area and the food smelled amazing. We spent $70, everything was piping hot and I'm so happy she gave us a thick carrier box for our food.
