Frappuccino with coconut milk! My fav! - A person holds a large iced frappuccino with coconut milk from Longbow Coffee Co. inside a vehicle, with a dashboard and a scenic outdoor background.

Longbow is amazing! So good and the people are very friendly... love the pupa-chinos and ice cream for kids on Friday.

We got an iced eagle and an iced French toast. Large size is decent size. Coffees tasted great! Just the flavors they described. Area was quiet and we were the only ones there when we went so service was quick and easy.

Amazing coffee find! This location popped up on my Yelp and just had to try. I got the iced butter beer latte and my fiancé the pecan pie latte which are seasonal drinks. Both were way too good that already planning the next time to pass by. Also love how they have alternative milks for my lactose people.

Best coffee in the central Texas region. Thank me later. - A person with red nail polish holds a coffee cup with a Longbow Coffee sleeve inside a vehicle, with a partly cloudy sky visible through the windshield.

Best coffee in the central Texas region. Thank me later. This is what coffee SHOULD taste like, definitely the standard.

White chocolate mocha iced coffee at the brick & mortar - A person holds a plastic cup of iced coffee with a straw, displaying the Longbow Coffee & Co. logo, against a background of a brick wall and sky.

DRIVE-THRU at their brick & mortar (been to the truck as well) so tasty, great service & customer friendly. Please make a sign saying you offer drive-thru, I've driven by it many times because I didn't want to get my baby out of the car seat to get coffee. I would have been here multiple times would I known there was a drive thru

Love this coffee and the owners are the best! Locally owned, military family business. My wife and I not only stop at the trailer to get awesome drinks, but we purchase beans for home too...

He enjoyed every bit of it and says they stirred it "real good!" Lol.

Great tasting coffee. We had drip coffee and a breve latte and were both satisfied. Friendly service. Fast. Locally roasted. They sell coffee and mugs. Great set-up for a mobile coffee bar. Quick walk over from Stagecoach Inn.

In town for a few days and I heard this was the place to go. Beautiful scenery and lights at night! I'm a coffee person coming from LA, so I've tried a variety of coffee lattes and frappes, and let me tell you, Ana and her husband served the tastiest fresh roasted coffee in town! I got the "No Name Latte" and my coworker got "Buttercup frappe". LOVE the names and they have a marvelous taste(Not exaggerating). Definitely going back when I'm back in

Great coffee!:)

It's good! We stopped here as an alternative to Starbucks and found it a great choice. The seasonal drinks are fun and very tasty.

Their egg bites with grits, sausage, and poblano peppers ended up being my favorite part of the visit: flavorful, hearty, and perfect for a quick breakfast. The shop is open seven days a week and opens early, which is super convenient for travelers passing through or locals who need a morning stop before work. It's right off Highway 35 and Main Street, easy to pull into whether you're coming from Salado or nearby Belton. They also offer a drive-thru, which is an added bonus. For anyone traveling with pets, there's outdoor seating that makes it a great stop with dogs. The decor inside and out is modern farmhouse chic: clean, stylish, and welcoming. Service was a bit mixed during my visit. One employee seemed like she didn't really want to be there, which made the interaction feel a little off, but another was extremely friendly and helpful, so it balanced out. Overall, a convenient and charming stop with good drinks, tasty food, and a great location. I'd definitely return, especially for the chai and those egg bites!

I remember ordering another food item which I hopefully was not charged for as I was not given it. Probably a one and done experience for me her.
