Love my Starbucks! and my GOLD CARD! This location is very close from home. Always with lots of people inside & outside. It's recently been redecorated and added some new patio furniture... VERY NICE! read more

Stopped this morning for my Holiday Eggnog Latte' (I live for this stuff!) and had to finally write a review. This is THE best Starbucks I've ever been too (and I visit my fair share)! The latte' was PERFECT! Not bitter, not too sweet. Just right. Every drink I have ever had from this location is perfect. The staff is always so friendly and upbeat and the service is fast and unbeatable. Even when the line looks long, it moves so quickly. Other locations should send their employees to this location for training! By far my favorite location! read more

Nothing at all to complain about! Starbucks is always great, and never disappoints. I ordered a vanilla latte like usual, and it is always delicious. I studied with my friends for an upcoming test. The environment is perfect and quiet for studying. There is a lovely outdoor seating area that is great on a nice day. This location is pretty good as well. Always a hit! read more

I frequent the drive thru in early mornings. Staff is always friendly and swift. Products are good. Today they were out of blueberry scones. How can you be out of something at 6am already? And please ask me if I want my pastry heated. But my biggest irritation is that I always have to ask for a napkin. I noticed Starbucks minimized the napkins. Understandable. But I'm ordering drink and food items. Come on. Don't make me ask for napkins. And since customer service is important to you, ask me if I need some sugar for my coffee too. Thanks. read more

It's so stupid writing a review for a huge franchise chain cus really what difference does it make we'll all still go here, myself included. However, this location time after time after time is so bad. Like they take FOREVERRRRR and I've been to prob every sbux on earth. Idk what it is, the district manager really needs to change some things around over here. Seriously the worst sbux experience read more

I want to just say this location is such a friendly and great establishment. I've been to plenty Starbucks through the years, being the coffee loving person I am. I visit this location atleast 3 or 4 times a week. Today the lady at the drive-thru I can only assume was the store manager was fantastic! Unfortunately I didn't get her name but she was such a joy to deal with. She asked how my day was and noticed my uniform and asked how we were doing. Definitely connected on a manager level. The day had been rough and she just really turned it around for me with the joy and happiness she protruded. Whatever you do don't let her! Entire staff has always been great. read more

This is my hometown neighborhood Starbucks. Part of their staff have been there for years, and it shows. They are absolutely put together and on the ball at peak times. I've never had a wrong order come out the window (I frequent the drive) and there is always a smiling face at the other end of the window. It's Starbucks. Oh! Once I was there on a Sunday morning and a sweet lady in front of my paid for my drinks. I even like the people who go to this Starbucks! read more

Normally get decent service here. Drive thru can be slow during rush hour. But the past couple times my order has been incorrect. Twice I've ordered blueberry oatmeal and received it with no blueberries. The first time I didn't notice it until I was at work. The second time I had to wait for a while then the drive thru barista told me there were no blueberries. Instead of offering something else or giving me a coupon for my next visit. He just said to come back another time and they'll give me a free oatmeal. Not sure what I'm supposed to do to prove I get a free oatmeal. They're gonna take me on my word? That seems more of a headache on my part to have to explain that if I ever go back. read more

One of the worst experiences I've had at Starbucks. Took over 15 mins to get my mobile order. There was two managers who were just sitting down interviewing a guy. There's no reason why one of them couldn't get up to help. There was a guy in front of me whose ordered got skipped & they still didn't give him his drink immediately. The store was also extremely dirty. read more

I've been to lots of Starbucks in the area, and this one is by far my favorite! The workers have such a great community and are very friendly. Bring a jacket or sit outside though! The A/C can make this location like Antarctica! This location has never messed up my drink either, even simple drinks manage to get messed up at other locations. Passion tea lemonade? That's directly from their main menu and all the time they'll get the proportions wrong to give me either a too sweet or too sour drink. read more

Everyone in here was mad when I waked in ... which I did because the drive through was too long. They were slow and when I asked if they'd dumped dairy out of my cup and started over to do almond milk, the barista was pissy. I love this store's ambiance. Every time I meet new staffs who are very kindly. The store is neat and clean

They were amazing go there and meet the amazing employees that work here. Great service. The names were Tyler, Jasmine, Mercedes, Becca that we're the best employees. Thank you for the great service guys read more

Bathroom is dirty. Order is wrong and I don't have time to wait around for you to make another. For the price, I expect better.

This is the best starbucks nearest to me. It's usually pretty busy as its located by a major street in a busy shopping center. And it is the biggest/best legit starbucks in a 5 miles radius. I've never had a wrong order experience here and they're generally pretty nice. I remember the guy with the legit handlebar mustache was the best drink maker in that store. I'm not sure if he's still there read more

I used to go here nearly every day but I will now be switching to another location. If you go here, make sure to check to make sure your order is correct. They typed in and gave me the wrong drink. I know accidents happen but how they responded when I came back to get my order corrected is what really is making me switch. Nobody apologized for the mistake, i had to explain what happened 3x. The first barista just looked at me dumbfounded. The second barista proceeded to describe the drink I actually ordered (uh, I know what it is which is why I ordered it). The third time was with the manager who again didn't apologize and just said she'd talk to the girl who gave me the wrong order. This location has definitely gone downhill and the customer service is severely lacking. read more

I'm a daily Starbucks drinker and know my drink and when you pay extra for added shots and they charge you and try to sneak it pass you that they didn't put it in is an issue. I thought 1 time was just a mistake but it happened all 4 times I went to this location... I complained to the manager and no change, district manager and no change. So now even though this is my closest Starbucks I will never ever go to this one. How dare you charge people as much as you do for added stuff and try to cheat them out of it. read more

It takes a special person to work the drive through. The person working today at 2:10 pm is not that person. There was no one in line, behind or in front of me. So my questions about the happy frappy special should not have caused such irritation. One of the biggest reasons people will pay a lot of money for this service, is the customer service. I'll go the extra mile down the road, where they at least pretend to be happy to be at work. read more

The drive thru is really slow, and gets drink wrong every time.always running out of stuff. Even inside is really slow I've been to better.

It's good to see there new manager & some of the better Barista's I've seen at other Starbucks. They really needed the help & I've already seen a vast improvement. #Experience #Maturity read more

I really love this Starbucks! The staff have always been really friendly and make a mean pepperming hot chocolate! Things got even better after they redid the interior. Note to self: even with 7 cars in line ahead of you, it's faster to order from the car than park, go inside, order and get your drink. Unless you are that wicked smart girl who placed her order to go and walked in to pick up it. read more

I've been waiting all day for my Starbucks treat. Well, I decided I'd go to my favorite location because they always give me great service. For some reason, today, the guy handling the drive thru was having a bad day or something? You could hear the attitude in his voice. When I pulled up to the window, he wasn't even there (of course). When he finally came to the window with my drink, he said "here, just take it" (with his attitude, of course). I kindly take my drink and say "are you sure?" with my phone ready to pay, cause it's double star day! He says "yeah" and I say "thank you" and drive off. I took one drink and was highly disappointed. It tasted as if I was sitting out for a while and watered down completely. Needless to say, I threw that whole drink in the nearest trash can....no wonder it was free.... read more

You know, I'm not sure it's fair to deduct stars for this, but this SBs is ALWAYS too busy. Literally 10 cars in line at a time frequently. The service is fine, as are their products, but I recommend finding another one if you are in a hurry. read more

If I could give them 3.25 stars I would... Majority of the visits I feel that they're not very friendly towards me. They are however, very fast. If you're expecting them to go above and beyond in terms of friendly customer service- then this may not be the right Starbucks for you. Always really slow at any time of the day. I understand if Starbucks is slow in the morning because it's the time most people drink coffee. Love this place! Best drinks, best employees, best Starbucks I've been to.

It was morning rush and I order a soy latte with ice. Went through drive thru so of course they were busy and the line was long. I get to the window, paid with app, and waited for my drink. The employee working the drive they window was super nice. And I get my drink. Now, here come the parts that irks me. As I'm driving off another barista shouts from the drive thru window "we don't make PERSONALIZED DRINKS!" In my direction. I managed to not get out my car or go back and not turn inside to speak with him, because of long line. Lanky Sir, if you don't like your profession than perhaps you can look elsewhere. This location needs training on cm service. Lay off the snow, dude. read more

This is my new regular Starbucks. I love that it is a drive-thru. The wait in line can be pretty long between 7-8am during the week. They make my drink perfect (cinnamon white chocolate mocha - i call it christmas in a cup) and they are always smiling. I'm still not sure if the fact that they know me by name is a good thing or not, but my parents did get customer of the month at their Starbucks so I believe I was just raised this way. read more
