Love this location! You can expect a wait at just about every Starbucks any time of the day. You go there knowing this. A week or so ago, I went through the drive through and the wait was longer than usual (around 15/20mins). The easy access to the coffee shop makes it my favorite spot to get coffee on my way to work! They are always pleasant at the window.

This is a really busy location, but they do move quickly. The layout of their drive-thru can be a little confusing because they are right by a dry cleaners, so if there's a line you actually have to drive around the whole building to be in the drive-thru line and not blocking parking lot traffic. Stopped this morning for my Holiday Eggnog Latte' (I live for this stuff!) and had to finally write a review. This is THE best Starbucks I've ever been too (and I visit my fair share)! The latte' was PERFECT! Not bitter, not too sweet. Just right. Every drink I have ever had from this location is perfect. The staff is always so friendly and upbeat and the service is fast and unbeatable. Even when the line looks long, it moves so quickly. Nothing at all to complain about! Starbucks is always great, and never disappoints. I ordered a vanilla latte like usual, and it is always delicious. I studied with my friends for an upcoming test. I frequent the drive thru in early mornings. Staff is always friendly and swift. Products are good. Today they were out of blueberry scones. How can you be out of something at 6am already? And please ask me if I want my pastry heated. But my biggest irritation is that I always have to ask for a napkin. I noticed Starbucks minimized the napkins. Understandable. One of the worst experiences I've had at Starbucks. Took over 15 mins to get my mobile order. There was two managers who were just sitting down interviewing a guy. There's no reason why one of them couldn't get up to help. There was a guy in front of me whose ordered got skipped & they still didn't give him his drink immediately. I've been to lots of Starbucks in the area, and this one is by far my favorite! The workers have such a great community and are very friendly. Bring a jacket or sit outside though! The A/C can make this location like Antarctica! This location has never messed up my drink either, even simple drinks manage to get messed up at other locations. Passion tea lemonade? That's directly from their main menu and all the time they'll get the proportions wrong to give me either a too sweet or too sour drink. read more

I used to go here nearly every day but I will now be switching to another location. If you go here, make sure to check to make sure your order is correct. They typed in and gave me the wrong drink. I know accidents happen but how they responded when I came back to get my order corrected is what really is making me switch. Nobody apologized for the mistake, i had to explain what happened 3x. The first barista just looked at me dumbfounded. The second barista proceeded to describe the drink I actually ordered (uh, I know what it is which is why I ordered it). The third time was with the manager who again didn't apologize and just said she'd talk to the girl who gave me the wrong order. This location has definitely gone downhill and the customer service is severely lacking. read more

This is the best starbucks nearest to me. It's usually pretty busy as its located by a major street in a busy shopping center. And it is the biggest/best legit starbucks in a 5 miles radius. I'm a daily Starbucks drinker and know my drink and when you pay extra for added shots and they charge you and try to sneak it pass you that they didn't put it in is an issue. I thought 1 time was just a mistake but it happened all 4 times I went to this location... I complained to the manager and no change, district manager and no change. So now even though this is my closest Starbucks I will never ever go to this one. How dare you charge people as much as you do for added stuff and try to cheat them out of it. read more

I've been waiting all day for my Starbucks treat. Well, I decided I'd go to my favorite location because they always give me great service. For some reason, today, the guy handling the drive thru was having a bad day or something? You could hear the attitude in his voice. When I pulled up to the window, he wasn't even there (of course). When he finally came to the window with my drink, he said "here, just take it" (with his attitude, of course). I kindly take my drink and say "are you sure?" with my phone ready to pay, cause it's double star day! He says "yeah" and I say "thank you" and drive off. I took one drink and was highly disappointed. It tasted as if I was sitting out for a while and watered down completely. It takes a special person to work the drive through. The person working today at 2:10 pm is not that person. There was no one in line, behind or in front of me. So my questions about the happy frappy special should not have caused such irritation. One of the biggest reasons people will pay a lot of money for this service, is the customer service. If I could give them 3.25 stars I would... Majority of the visits I feel that they're not very friendly towards me. They are however, very fast. It was morning rush and I order a soy latte with ice. Went through drive thru so of course they were busy and the line was long. I get to the window, paid with app, and waited for my drink. The employee working the drive they window was super nice. And I get my drink. Now, here come the parts that irks me. As I'm driving off another barista shouts from the drive thru window "we don't make PERSONALIZED DRINKS!" In my direction. I managed to not get out my car or go back and not turn inside to speak with him, because of long line. Lanky Sir, if you don't like your profession than perhaps you can look elsewhere.
