Highly recommend this place 10 or 10 the customer service is phenomenal. The coffee is so amazing. I always come back here on a daily basis. The place is super clean. Very kid, friendly an amazing place that I would take my family to

Sa this spot when driving down the freeway. Finally got a chance to try it a few weeks ago. I tried the regular hot latte first with no added flavor to see what kind of coffee I was working with. I have now tried the three wave hot latte and the tasty donuts. Run here not walk...Here are my thoughts: Regular Latte- Robust good quality bean. A coffee that can hold its own. Flavor only enhances the mature bean flavor it does not mask it. Definitely a contender to more well known establishments. Three Wave Hot Latte- the coconut is prevalent and tasty along with the other flavors. Very rich and has a depth of flavor all the way to the last drop. Top notch coffee! Twisted Malasada Donuts- OMG these pillowy soft delights are well above a regular donut. The twist of the dough locks in the softness and tenderness once cooked. The cinnamon and sugar dusted all over brings the experience full circle. I have to stay away from these. I can see it getting out of hand.

I'll give them another try- awesome- friendly- service with a smile! Great variety but my coffee was $6 for the smallest cup- I ordered the three waves and asked to cut the sugar just a bit- but it kind of tasted liked hot foam. I wanted to love it- but it was a miss. Not a strong coffee flavor- wahh. I love coffee from Hawaii and wanted to love this place. Really sweet people though. I paid $6 for a cup and added the tip on the signature screen- but left with a not so great tasting coffee.

I come here for the coffee ice cubes! What a great concept as it keeps my iced coffee from getting watered down as the ice melts. But I can't wait to try the Koffee Kooler in the slushee machine. I have been in store and thru the drive-thru and have had excellent service every time. I drive out of my way to come here for my afternoon caffeine fix.

Nice new location in McKinney. Large space for meeting up with friends or working. Great select of take home coffee and merchandise. Plenty of options for coffee drinks- hot, iced, or cold brew. Plus, you can get 100% Kona here. I tried the lava cold brew and it was delicious. Will definitely return.

The Kona coffee was good, but it was way too hot. We couldn't drink it for almost 20 minutes.

Gross. Expensive. Not worth it imo. Super sugary drinks. Fast service though. Didn't go inside - used drive thru.

When I opened the order (half a dozen bagels) today (11/9), I found that the bagels had not been sliced as requested, and the wrong schmear was provided (someone in my family has almond allergy). The shmear that came with it was immediately placed in the fridge by another family member at the time of arrival so I didn't see it until today (11/9). I called the restaurant to address the issue. The first employee I spoke with stated that my call was "breaking up," although I could hear her clearly. When I asked to speak with a supervisor numerous times, it was initially being brushed off, until I finally got one but at that point my annoyance was already high. The supervisor I spoke with was dismissive and focused on the fact that I was reporting the issue two days later rather than addressing the concern itself. I explained that I had not opened the order until the day I needed it, but the conversation became increasingly unproductive. As a customer, I expect accuracy in fulfilling orders and professionalism when resolving issues. Mistakes happen, but the lack of accountability or an apology from the supervisor was disappointing and did not reflect good customer service or leadership. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this location. The service I received lacked attention to detail, courtesy, and willingness to assist a customer with a valid concern. If I have all the time in the world, I would not be ordering via UberEats. It's very important that restaurants fulfilling the order through the delivery platform has to do it with efficiency and correctly as it can impact a plan for that person. The photos included in this comment is taken today 11/9.

My son had the chicken bacon ranch sandwich and loved it. What stands out most is their commitment to using fresh, high-quality ingredients without cheap fillers or preservatives. The breads are flavorful and wholesome though occasionally a bit firm if not baked that same day, which is expected with preservative free baking. I've learned to time my visits with their baking schedule to get the freshest, softest loaves. The service is always friendly and efficient, and the atmosphere is warm and inviting -- like a cozy mom-and-pop deli. The shop is clean and also offers a charming selection of extras like local honey, jams, tea towels, sourdough starters, pizza dough, olives, and pickled veggies. Prices are reasonable considering the quality and care put into their products. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for freshly baked goods and a welcoming local experience.

It was semi busy on a weekend morning. There's a variety of bagels and a variety of cream cheese. Got the millennial falcon ($10.25) which is basically avocado toast on a bagel. you choose the bagel type and the schmear you want. You can choose 2 different schmears. Both the basil and jalapeno were good. I liked it.. pricing is what you would expect. They don't have all the sandwich options like Shug's. But I don't think they're trying to do that. They have a lox bagel sandwich ($14), regular lox and bagel ($12). A regular bagel + schmear will run $5. Personally I'm not crazy about bagels. So it did the trick for me.

We arrived around 10:30 am, which I realize is not exactly crack-of-dawn bagel time when everyone is grabbing their carb-loaded fuel before work. As an ex-New Yorker, I have my favorite bagel flavors, but my number one priority is simple: is it warm? Sadly, I was told there were no warm bagels, so I settled for a poppy bagel with the new lemon cream cheese. The cream cheese was fantastic. No notes. Seriously, it was great. The bagel itself was fine. My bigger issue was the service and the missed opportunity. The place was not crowded at all, maybe seven people inside. After we sat down waiting for our order, I noticed a guy in the back literally baking bagels and moving fresh, hot bagels into bins. HOT BAGELS, people. Would it have killed someone to walk 30 feet and offer me one fresh off the line? I had already mentioned it was my first time there and how much I love a warm bagel. I totally understand they cannot do this for every single customer all day long, but when it is quiet and someone is clearly excited about your product, that little extra effort can make a huge difference in customer retention. I worked in customer service my entire life, and I always believed in going the extra mile when you can - "accomodating when you can be" is a great customer service motto! I really wanted to love this place, and I appreciate what they are doing, but at this point my bagel loyalty may be heading toward PopUp Bagels. (And I have love for Dan's too.)
