Eh the bagels are just alright. The go getter had sausage links split in half, cheese, egg, and hashbrown. My issue was with the egg. You know when they're cooked on a dirty griddle and it picks up the crap from the griddle? That's what happened with this egg. You could taste it and it was pretty gross. The bagel sizes are pretty good, they're quite large. There were plenty of staff to make sure the line kept moving. Online ordering didn't work for a plain bagel with butter. I'll be honest, it was seeing videos of their pumpkin bagels that got me here! They are absolutely adorable!!! I had to have one. Often with an item like this, you'd fall flat in flavor. This has got to be one of the most scrumptious bagels, I've ever had. Not only is it cute, it tastes incredible too! We ordered the pumpkin cream cheese to pair with the pumpkin bagel and both are otherworldly. If this isn't the best bagel shop around I'd really appreciate knowing what is. I. Am. In. Danger. Y'all. Having bagels THIS good and THIS close to where I live is like a dream. Every time I go there I walk in telling myself that I'm going to stick to the basics. And every time I go in there I see one more flavor or item I HAVE to try! Have not had a bad bagel yet - whether it be plain, multigrain, Italian herb, French toast, blueberry, sesame, everything - they're all delicious and freeze wonderfully. Their cream cheeses are delicious as well. My personal favorite is the veggie. It just hits so perfectly with so many of the flavors, and I feel like I'm getting my vegetables in. Ha! Cookies and brownies are also wonderful. Have not had the sandwiches. I keep telling myself I will get them, but I end up getting a half or full dozen bagels and a few tubs of cream cheese. Weekends are packed. It is a small business with limited seating. So keep that in mind if planning on eating there. Ordered bagels thru the toast app very early in the morning g to ensure they had what we wanted. Not a first time customer, ordered a sesame with extra veggie, toasted and a French toast bagel toasted. See photos, sesame not toasted, did have a significant amount of cream cheese, the French toast bagel, burned, my daughter ate around it $13.00 for 2 bagels not made correctly and I drove 10 miles to pickup. We were also offered a freezer bag. I liked how some bagels were wrapped individually. Service was amazing. They were able to answer any questions. Quality bagels! Bagelology has become my go to for bagels just on there own or when I want to make a bagel sandwich. I keep my bagel orders pretty basic, I either get a plain bagel, sesame seed or everything and all three are always consistently fresh and delicious. The bagels are nicely sized and have the perfect texture. I have tried the breakfast sandwich a couple times with the brisket bacon which I'd never tried before and it was pretty good I just wasn't crazy about the texture of the bacon as I like my bacon pretty crispy. This place stays busy so definitely go in the morning because the bagels go fast. My main critique and nothing can be done about this i guess is the inside is small so when it gets busy many times it's hard to determine who's ordered, who's waiting or who's simply looking at the menu, so ordering online which I do sometimes is recommended. Customer service is always great especially for as busy as they always seem. I hope they expand but until then I'll continue to go and recommend Bagelology to anyone wanting great bagels. read more

Just left and ordered a blueberry muffin. It was very good they also had double chocolate chip, apple cinnamon and another flavor that appeared to be a lemon type. This is a regular stop for me, not just because it's relatively close to home (and it is) but because the bagels are outstanding. Their sandwiches are excellent and coffee is good too. I'll go so far as to say best bagels on the north side of the metroplex (except for one little spot in Lewisville). I had been wanting to try this place after seeing their videos on Instagram, so I got a friend to join me for breakfast and coffee and it did not disappoint! It's a super cute little shop and they have a few tables inside but extra seating on the patio. I got an everything bagel and she got the asiago cheese bagel and we both had the scallion cream cheese. The bagel was toasty, had great texture and the cream cheese was absolutely delicious and they put a lot of it. I also had the pumpkin spice latte, which was fantastic. This place is a go-to in the Frisco/Little Elm area. It is one of the first proper bagel joints to open up in the neighborhood, and it doesn't disappoint. I have been fortunate to come here on multiple occasions (why wouldn't you with fresh bagels, friendly staff, and really great menu/smear options), and every time I have stopped by it has been PACKED. The footprint of this cafe isn't huge, it's actually really cozy and has two tables to sit indoors, so be mindful that you may be waiting awhile because of the queue and because of how fresh everything is made. Highly recommend the salmon lox on an egg bagel OR to get a Kickstarter on an egg bagel. Really, anything on their egg bagel! I'm biased but I think it's such a good quality flavor! read more

Food was delicious! The area of improvement, for me, was in the customer service. I was the only one in the shop and could see at least 5 staff members in the front and back. When I walked in, no one said "good morning we'll be right with you" or anything to me until I had been standing at the register for a few minutes. I went into this place pretty skeptical. They claimed to be NYC-inspired, and I'm NYC-bred--so if anyone knows a good NYC bagel, it's me. It was 1:05 PM and they closed at 1:30, and to my surprise, the place was busy. We ended up trying a few different things. I got the za'atar bagel with scallion cream cheese. My husband had Mama Z's turkey sandwich on a za'atar bagel and a mint iced tea. My nephew ordered a cheddar jalapeño bagel with plain cream cheese and another sandwich to-go. The service? No complaints--friendly and efficient. The mint iced tea was a 10/10 for my husband. He describes it as "authentically flavored and refreshing". For me it was a 3/10 because I found it bitter and ironically, almost too fresh. But that's how different taste buds and different opinions work. Price-wise, it felt average for today's standards: around $12 for a bagel sandwich, $6 for a bagel with cream cheese, and $6 for the iced tea. Not cheap, but nothing shocking either. Now, the bagels? 10/10. Seriously. The flavor, the texture, the quality--everything was on point. If I'm ever craving a real NYC bagel, I know exactly where to go. They seem to have a lot of creative and unique offerings in terms of drinks and cream cheeses. My bagel sandwich was out quickly. The reason I'm giving 3 stars is because I didn't really like the sandwich. I regularly go to Shug's in Dallas, and assumed they would be similar, but they were not. The eggs were overcooked and almost rubbery. When the cheese melted, it tasted like Velveeta. My family is from the east coast and I am always looking for the closest thing to a NY bagel. Well let me tell you, the bagels are delicious- especially love the pumpkin shaped and flavored bagel! Added yummy bonus was the pumpkin cream cheese. The brisket bacon, egg, and cheese is chef's kiss! But the sausage, egg, and cheese is also delicious! New York style bagels in the middle of Texas? That's quite a tall claim to be making especially when a New York is visiting Texas. A very good friend of mine was telling me a lot about this place who also was a former New Yorker. He took me here and judging from the line, it appeared that there was possibly something good here. There are a few tables inside and a few tables outside, but we were intending on taking bagels to go. I ordered the BEC and wow, it did not disappoint! The bagels were definitely on point toasted and hollowed out like I wanted it, anbeautifully that with a coffeed there was a generous amount of cream cheese and the brisket bacon. The saltiness of the bacon was cut by the cream cheese and the crunchiness of the bagel bread truly came together. This definitely made my day! Plus, the service was great despite the busy line and they even mentioned when I asked about the lox, they have it shipped from New York. Talk about authentic.
