What a cozy local coffee shop! I ventured out early last week for a coffee and found Country Charm Coffee. I ordered an iced Americano and vanilla latte. Both were fresh and caffeine hit the spot! Both my husband and I noticed after we had been on the go all morning! Next time we will try other drinks and maybe something off their food menu.

Headed home this Sunday morning. We had breakfast at Sunview Café, in Anna. I needed more caffeine for the drive. Just a few blocks east is Country Charm Coffee. They were open on this bright sunny morning. It is a modern small coffee shop, capable making just about any coffee concoction that you could want. The very friendly owners were managing the counter this morning. I had an Americano with a shot of cream. My wife had some kind of white mocha or something. Great tasting coffee, fair prices, fast service. They also have a few pastries, scones, and monstrous sized cookies. The name of the shop "Country Charm Coffee" is a little deceiving. There were no farm tools, saddles, or horse collars, hanging on the wall. No road signs, flour sacks, pickle barrels, or even a vintage oil company sign. It's modern city décor. There was a piece of barn tin decorating the counter. That will work. And written on the wall, "Welcome Y'all!" "Charm?" I really don't have the skill set needed to properly assess charm. I'll stick with friendly. I know what friendly is. Lastly, no drive through. I hate drive throughs anyway. I like to go in, meet the folks running the place, and see what the operation looks like. So, get out of the car, stretch, only a few steps to the front door. Call it a workout. Counts as 4 calories. After a workout like that, you earned whipped cream on your drink. The shop is one mile east of US-75 on the north side of W. White Street. Skip Buc-ee's coffee in Melissa and support this local business.

I really think this was one of the best lattes I've ever had. It was an Almond Joy latte. The coconut and chocolate flavors were perfect, the owner was there and he was so nice. London was my barista and she was very nice too and she made my drink for me. Yum. They have a comfy little seating area where I could sit and enjoy my drink. I live in Oklahoma so I won't be able to come in often but when I'm in town I will definitely make the trip.

Cute place to grab a coffee. Had multiple coffee/tea options to choose from and similar in quality to Starbucks.

Stumbled upon this place while driving around searching for coffee. This place was fairly new when I stopped in. The owner was very friendly and so appreciative of all the folks coming in. I ordered my usual espresso. The espresso was not my favorite; beans we're burnt. But the pastries and the staff were great! I'm sure the mixed coffee drinks are good, but the plain espresso was ehh.

Very friendly staff! I was immediately impressed with the amount of flavors they have to offer as well as sugar free flavors. He is able to make about just any drink you ask for! The sweet treats all looked so delicious! I got the chocolate chip cookie and cowboy cookie and two ham Panini's! DELICIOUS! It was quite in there if you're looking for a quiet spot to get some work done it's a good place to do so!

As I begin writing this I've already been in line 30 minutes. Let me point out the Only reason I'm…read morestanding in line this long is,Press releases say this place is closing. I've just ordered and they tell me it's another 25-30 minute wait. I'll be back with a review of the food and more details then. I'm back after a total wait of one hour! Let me say,it was worth the wait. If they are still open when you read this,it's worth the trip. I've had this place book marked several years. Opened in 1951, it's the quintessential small town burger stand. I just forgot about it until the other day when I read they're closing. Don't cry,it's because of real estate values. It's no longer economically feasible to make small profits working hard no matter how good the burgers are. The burgers are really good. This place is slammed. I saw two large door dash orders go out and a lot of people that must have ordered online Coming and going. Finally my name was called and I took my piping hot brown paper sack to the hood of my truck. Looking into the sack, loose fry, pull it out, bite it, perfect. Unwrap burger, looks fantastic, bitting into it.... satisfaction! I'm a sucker for small towns but Anna is no more. In only five years the influx of migrants from other states have fueled exponential growth. It's happening everywhere and places like Spurlocks are the victims. It's our loss too,as these quaint old places harbor a lot of history. The kind that built America. Usually the Yelp community competes to be the first to Review a new business. I find it satisfying in this case and honored that I may be the last to Review... The Malt Shop

Found this gem on help when looking for a local ice cream shop in Anna!…read more Upon arriving and parking, you could tell this was an older business, but that it was gonna pump out some good old-fashioned food! And we were not wrong... We tried the cookies and cream malt, fried Oreos, as shown in the picture, and of course we had to get some fries. All came out piping hot, except for the malts, of course. My kid said it was one of the best malts they have ever had, which is a strong statement because they are ice cream connoisseur lol. Their fries were crinkle cut which just added to the old school feel the fried Oreos were cooked to perfection and exactly what I wanted There is a cute little indoor seating area next to the kitchen, but we didn't take advantage of it because we got our food to go. However, we will definitely be back now that we are locals.
