Easy location to get to with a drive thru while visiting Albuquerque for a work trip. However it took forever on the holiday Christmas cup day. I ordered online only for an americano and it took 20-30 minutes longer than the ready time. It was so packed up that they weren't even taking orders at the cash register. I'm not sure why I keep coming back here. Maybe I thought the customer service would improve. It hasn't. If you need a quick coffee, don't come here. I have a 15 minute break and work about 2 mins away. Every time I come and just get a regular coffee--nothing fancy, it takes forever. As far as Starbucks goes, this a pretty decent one. There is plenty of parking and seating. It also helps that it's in a pretty appealing part of town. The inside was clean and tidy which made for a pleasant environment to enjoy my drink. I ordered through my mobile app and it was ready when I arrived. This is still one of my favorite Starbucks. I love the location. Even though its on Jefferson it is a peaceful location. The porch is beautiful, with trees around it. The staff knows you very well. They remember my name and greet me whenever I arrive. However, Starbucks is leaving this location soon. They've going to be moving down the road, to the intersection of Jefferson and Osuna. I get that they'll be able to have a drive through, which this location lacks. But Starbucks, if you're reading this, you're really going to be losing something in the move. My boyfriend and I come to this Starbucks nearly everyday, and we absolutely love the staff! Everyone is so friendly, and our drinks are always made quickly. But even if they weren't, we would enjoy just getting to talk to the employees at the window! This location's hours are a bit shorter than other locations, so just a heads up. Absolutely the worst Starbucks I have ever been too and I travel quite a bit. Ordered an iced tea received a hot tea the girl slammed the window in my face without saying a word then another barista came and leaned into my face and yelled at me that she heard me order a hot tea. I was so taken back by her first leaning into my car with COVID so prevalent then to call me a liar. They both looked to be over 18. I asked for my money and got my drink. This is the go to spot, simply because it's close to my work and the baristas there always seem to be in good spirits and always make my drink just the way I like it, I have yet to complain about my order being messed up. This location is always staffed and even during prime times they get the crowds in and out in a timely manner and still manage to get drink orders correct. I usually use the app and do a mobile order, which if you aren't with the program you need to get with it ASAP!! Gotta love technology!! They have a pretty nice sized sitting area indoors and outdoors always clean too. It's a great place to chill and sip some coffee, they do have WiFi for all you people who love to update your Facebook status every second of the day haha. I ordered one Tall drink and waited, while the people making drinks called out orders as they were being done I noticed 10 minutes went bye and I was going to be late. When I finally asked if they had a order for me, the lady asked where did I order? Um hello! At the register? She asked who took my order as if it mattered. So already late and mad that my drink is not made she started asking the whole staff questions while I'm standing there. I said look I ordered and paid I need to go. They lady got upset and started making my drink still asking everyone questions I threw my receipt at her and left to work 10 minutes late. Bad customer service and bad time management! On Thursday the 9th of May around 1:30 PM I went into Starbucks there on 6707 Jefferson for a glass of white iced tea. The tea itself was fine. The problem came when the young, male counter clerk asked for my last name, which happens to be White. He said "White as in white teeth?" My teeth aren't white, I know that. They were stained by an antibiotic when I was just a baby. It stained the enamel, which means I'll never have a beautiful, white set of teeth. Not unless I'm willing to spend untold thousands. I started to say something to the clerk. But there were others around, so I didn't want to make a scene. But I just want that guy to know saying what he did was very uncalled for. I don't want him to lose his job. But he should at least be spoken to about it. I'll never go back. read more

This is one of the few Starbucks locations that gets my order right no matter how busy it gets. But I will say, the place does get BUSY during weekday mornings. Try to get there after the morning rush, which oddly, is sometime after 930am. Maybe Starbucks should give these guys a remodeling budget due to their location. I come here at least 1-2 times per week (when I'm not a my diet) because it's the closest Starbucks to where I work in the journal center area. The baristas are friendly, fast, and efficient! The location is very convenient and gets quite busy during the morning and your typical break times. I recommend ordering on the Starbucks app and they have an area for 'mobile' pick ups. So I tried this Starbucks again because its closest to my work. But a complete failure. DO NOT spend your money here. The morning manager has no clue what she is doing. The chick at the window has messed up (not exaggerating) ever single drink I got since I started going back.
