They also put the drinks in a brown, paper bag but filled it with ice (to keep the drinks cold I assume, which they were). The ice was melting and I didn't know there was ice in there with the drinks so there was a puddle on my floor and I spilled the melted ice water on myself when I lifted the bag. Like when you hang up the phone they're at the door. Not now. And when you do get the order it's almost always wrong and missing something. When you call back they tell you they'll send it out again but the driver takes his time knowing it's a mistake order. But the biggest problem now is the food quality. It drastically went down. Everything used to be fresh. The meat good cuts. The veggies crisp. And great sauce creations. Now, the opposite. Food is soggy. Over cooked.
