Seems like a slow business poorly located and poorly staffed. Instead of doing janitorial chores they lock the bathrooms and make you wait in line to be escorted to restroom. Have been going here for years with no issues until today. I will never go back to any staples because of the worse customer service I received today. Heather has no people skills and I don't know how Brandon ever became part of management. They do not know how to make a customer happy. I work with people everyday and sadly I admit that I have to kiss a little ass to keep them happy. This poor excuse for a person (heather) needs to go back and get her GED and go out and get a different job where people skills do not apply. Maybe Yucaipa high needs a new janitor? You would think that management would come andcorrect the issue? Nope! That dummy Brandon just came and made things worse. Horrible service. Went to get something printed, I work odd hours and every time I go the store is closed. When I finally made it to the store I asked if I could print out a flyer for a friends baby shower. I had the flyer in my phone and the clerk said I would have to email it and they would call me back when it was ready. I asked when that would be and she said she wasn't sure. I told her it was a very simple order, not large just two simple flyers. She still said I would have to come back, possibly wait another day. Not only did I not get my prints, I had to I wait in line for 20 min to be told I would have come back for a simple order. Absolutely ridiculous! The staff was also very rude, will never give them business again. read more

I've had way too many horrible experiences here. The print shop is extremely rude, one individual specifically is a guy named Robert, very rude and acts as if everything is a chore. Terrible customer service by two girls working the printing station. (Heavy set with long blonde hair) she refused to print out engineering paper picture we requested because she claimed we didn't have the rights to our photo and demanded we show her proof in order for her to print them. Then they began to talk to each other and insult us as if we could not hear them talk. read more

This place definitely gets 5 stars from my friends and I because of Jacob. We had a concert to go too and we needed to print our tickets. We were having a hard time and Jacob was patient with us and took the time to figure out different ways to help us get our tickets and get to the place we were going as quickly as possible. I have found the Yucaipa Staples Store to be excellent in every respect. I often purchase ink and paper, but I have also purchased computers and most recently a tablet computer. The sales people were very kind and offered to help me with any questions. I also found the cashiers to keep the lines moving quickly, with a welcome smile when it was my turn. The floor is laid out in a manner that makes products easy to find. Also, the store is clean, including the restrooms. read more

Customer services is very spotty at best depending on sales rep you ask for help. I asked the sales rep to look up what kind of toner I needed for my business fax machine. After he blew me off. I said look I need some customer service. Then he proceed to look and said we are out. I said can you please look and see when you will get more in or is there any in the back. He said there's some in the back. I said great can you go check. He told me no. Once again I said I need some customer service .....was there someone else that would that would help me. Another gentleman came to help me and I asked him to take the time to look in the back for the toner I needed because my business really needed the toner. Took that sales rep one minute. To give me the toner I needed. If I was not persistent I would've never got the toner I need. read more

Some of the negative reviews are not Staples fault. It is illegal for them to copy someone else's copyrighted work. They could be sued for doing so. And you would not want someone else to copy and benefit from stealing work that you paid a lot of money for. So if you want to break the law, buy yourself a copier and do so in the privacy of your own home. Do not expect a hard working poorly paid service worker to break the law for you. I found the people that work the counters to be very helpful and kind and most actually care. Corporate does not return phone calls and until recently had poor large format machines. This should not in any way reflect on the great job the store employees attempt to do consistently. read more

Regarding print center. Nothing but problems at this location. Never do they offer their services or specials , when printing one sided cards or invitations I was never told they can print them , cut them and they come with envelopes so instead when I send my pdf file to the print center they print 2 invites on one page and make me take them home to cut them . Not once did they offer the 25 cards for $19 already cut with envelopes. I live in Yucaipa down the street from this Staples , customer service in print center sucks , they need to take some classes on customer service they are rude and not helpful at all. They say they CANT do certain things and I go to the Staples in San Bernardino and they can .... ????? Why can one location do things and this location can't ??? Whatever San Bernardino store is doing to keep their employees up on their customer service skills they need to come to Yucaipa and teach them !!! read more

Well today was the straw that broke the camels back. Or more appropriately I won't be back. Ever. I really like the selection the company offers and use many of their products. Whoever is in charge of stores (maybe district manager level) needs to do a secret shopper for customer service at this location. 4 employees, 8 people in line and 1 register open. I tried really hard to be patience but after 20 minutes I gave up and was still 2 from the front. These weren't long expensive sales. Just a few things per person, no computers etc. I can't even count the number of times I watched the other employees walking around and wondering if anyone was going to take an interest in the line. This is sales right? Get them in and happily out again. This customer is very unhappy to say the least. Luckily for me there is another store in San Bernardino that gives great service!! read more

Staples has really stepped up their game! I'm so glad they changed their hours - they are much more convenient than they used to be. Everyone there is always so helpful when we come in. The copy print center is great! Every time I go, I get excellent service! Megan is so helpful and knowledgeable. She always goes out of her way to do an excellent job, even when they are unusually crowded or busy. I appreciate their personal touch. The employees there have always given me good service.
