Worst service I have experienced in a long time by the copy and print center. Dropped my item off the day before I needed it and was told it would be ready @ 12:30 the next day. When I showed up the next day @12:30 they had not even started my order yet. Then I had to go behind the counter to show them how to make the print the size I requested. Worst customer service I have seen in a long time. Totally indifferent to customers' needs. Terrible attitude from management down. A case study in how not to run a business. Terrible, terrible customer service. After waiting for 10 minutes to buy a laptop, a guy comes over and then proceeds to help out 2 other people before getting back to me. After 10 mins go by and still no laptop to purchase. I won't be coming back as online ordering is the way to go! read more

Haha this is kind of funny but also beyond me as far as customer service. Got there half hour after closing for a curbside pickup because they close at 6 apparently during covid hours. Understandable I should've checked the hours, got a confirmation my pick up was ready at 5:48. Finished dinner and headed over. A guy acknowledges my husband so he asks if he can get the order since it was already paid and everything. He tells my husband hold on he'll check. So he does he agrees to find the order and brings it to him. All this in a 6 minute period. When he gives him our order he tells my husband "try to make it before closing next time" hahahaha seriously? I mean yeah our mistake we weren't aware of your hours and ridiculously early closing time for a Wednesday night BUT you could've said no sorry we can't. Okay we got it, you're closed, but to willingly do it then have some snide remark to say. Bs customer service. Not surprised I may have received good service here once before but the employees are so miserable and rude I don't know why they work in customer service. There's other entry level jobs you can get that don't involve customer service. I've been in customer service half my life, 15 years, it's a pain at times but you choose to do it so do it right. I don't go to Staples often other than for our office business supplies. This is my first time at this location, but it's in a nice area. We came to buy a chair. We had a young man help us pull down a chair from the top shelf. He was a thin, white male with short blonde hair. We didn't catch his name, but he helped us and another couple buy a chair, and he was the only man we saw working in that store this evening. He was the epitome of polite and helpful. This guy should be managing the store if he's not already. We had a great experience until we got to the register. The girl who helped us was overtly awkward and made us actually feel uncomfortable just asking her a question about the store. She seemed as if she had never interacted with humans before or knew what was going on. We didn't catch her name either, but she was working the register directly across from the exit door at 8-830pm, tonight, 7/23/2018. Management should train them if they are this lacking in basic customer interaction skills, and management should take a better look at some of their outstanding employees like the young man who helped us. Maybe he should be training the others. Either way, we like the things we bought and we would come back to this location in the future. read more

This store at least the copy center is awful! I had a flyer that was 90 percent complete, I emailed and went to the store to make sure the changes I wanted made were taken care of. After a week of frustration, I sent the flier to a copy center in Arizona, where I use to do business and they had it perfect in one hour. The other frustrating thing about this place is they will not answer the phone. It rings sometimes for over five to ten minutes. Trust me, they are not that busy. I am NEVER going to do any kind of business with them ever again. read more

If I could give no stars I would. From the employees to the incompetent manager Sara I don't know who is worst. I submitted an online order for invitations and when I called in the day they were supposed to be ready I was told they weren't. Not only that they weren't done, but that they've been "busy" and the worker was the only one to assist. (Sounds like a scheduling problem) So in the morning I received a call stating my order was not going to be done due to copyright issues. So I asked why wasn't I told this yesterday when I called in the first time so this could've been avoided. The worker goes on to give me attitude, and at the point I asked to speak to manager. The manager then comes on the phone to state the same thing the worker had said, however I asked why my order wasn't looked at yesterday and this could've been avoided. The manager simply said, "I don't know why". The manager Sara didn't seem to care at all. I never write reviews like this, but in this case I will be taking this issue with corporate. read more

I wanted a quote printed on a poster paper for my aunts wedding. I went in specifically asking for a 12x14'' poster so that it would fit in a specific frame and some how when I picked up my poster it was 14x18. I was so glad I double checked the measurements because obviously they didn't. Then they tried to make me feel bad for being disappointed by saying they hurried my order because I wanted it for my aunts wedding for the next day. And I was confused by their reactions because how did they expect me to be fine with something they did completely wrong but still try to claim they did me a favor. read more

I went in Monday 09.19.16 around 6pm to purchase some ink for my printer. As I was looking for the ink I needed, Justin approached me making sure I was doing okay and if I needed any assistance. I really didn't need any assistance with the ink but I was having some issues with my printer at home so I decided to ask him if he knew anything about it. Luckily, he was the tech at Staples. He showed me an option of what I could do to hopefully fix my printer and actually explained many different scenarios to why my printer might not be working. Also, he explained what other steps we could take in case the first option did not work. My printer ended up working with the wire connection he showed me. So a big thank you to Justin. You worked with my budget, and took some stress off my shoulders trying to figure it out. That's what I call great customer service! read more

Walked in to print and item as I just moved and my internet isn't connected yet. I slid my card signed on to one of their computers and attempted to print my item. Computer then displayed an error message stating printers were not connected. The attendant at the counter was swamped so I decided to try the computer next to it which displayed the same error message. I then proceeded to ask the attendant at the counter if the printers were not working. The attendant then stated my printers back here are working but those are not. I then explained to her that a notice or some type of sign would be appreciated as I just wasted my money signing on to the computers since the printers don't work. Attendant didn't seem to care. I can't blame her since she was swamped and there was about 3 reps at the register just standing there. Don't go there they have horrible customer service. read more

im with patricia on this, i ran 2 ".9" copies on my credit card and they charged me an additional $1, i thought it was just me,but i see know that its common. Also, they charge for EVERYTHING, you get much better service at Office Depot. I bought a $20 printer there and then found the same one at OD for $199, they gave me the credit but..$50??? read more

I tried twice to get copy service and each time was a disaster. The 1st time, there were 4 people in line and the girl behind the counter had absolutely no sense of urgency as the line grew longer and longer. Finally, another staples employee came behind the counter, I thought to help, and he moved one package from one counter to another. Then he left. What a great help he was! As I walked out in frustration, I told the people behind the customer service counter about my service and the guy replied "soooorrry". I wasn't sure if he was being sarcastic or he just did not really care. I came back again, only because I needed a banner printed and they quoted the cheapest price. Unfortunately, I received cheap service. The girl behind the counter was helping me and I needed to get another photo from my computer. I asked her if there was wifi available and the girl behind the counter let me know that Staples provides wifi for their customers. I tried to access their wifi but had trouble. It was obvious that she really didn't care to help and suggested I go to the counter on the other side of the store, which was the computer repair station. She said they could assist in getting me logged onto Staples' wifi. I approached the computer repair station and asked the man behind the counter to help but without even attempting, he simply said he couldn't because it works when it wants. I realized at that point that these employees had no desire to help me. As I left, I asked for a manager. I explained my experiences with the manager and she very insincerely apologized. She asked if she could help but I honestly had my fill of bad service at Staples. I was done. I went to Office Max and couldn't believe the difference in service! read more

i wrote a review already but its gone , not sure what happened. love this staples . used their tech dept ,had a great experience. they told me what was wrong fixed it in the said amount of time and its working better than ever, i also bought a verizon phone , great service ,fun managers. thanks staples read more
