In general I'm a fan of the company. This location was friendly, but everyone worked slowly and seemed to get easily distracted. I couldn't find the label maker I was looking for and after about 15 minutes of waiting I was finally helped. I got the label maker, but the printing tape was out of stock-not a big deal, I know it's the most popular - so the cashier offered to order it with free shipping. I thought that was great. She let me know that it would arrive on Monday, UPS. We continued with a little more shopping but discovered this location was out of a lot of basic products (tape, scissors, pens, etc). Since my family and I just moved into our new home we needed to get some basics. I didn't feel like ordering, we just got it from Office Max. I did order the printing tape though. Monday, after work, I asked my family if a box came and it hadn't arrived yet. It finally came on Wednesday. I probably won't go back to this Staples location again. read more

After shopping at Staples as a office manager for the last 12 years today will be my last time. I purchased a $15 label maker and realized it did not have all the settings I needed. I then purchased from Staples another label maker to fit my needs. Today I tried to return my measly $15 label maker to the store and planned on making an additional purchase of various supplies. I came with my receipt that said if you are not 100% satisfied you may return your item. I was told I was over the 14 day window of returns for an electronic, mind you no where on my receipt was this mentioned. Staff wouldn't even reason with me, was basically dismissed, product had never been used or opened so it was in original package. Over $15 Office Depot will have my business. Side note went on my Staples account, printed out a return sheet for it and sent it back. Funny how that works! read more

I guess at this point it's my fault for giving them so many chances, but once again Staples, copy center, hadn't even started my project, that I had sent the day before. However, this time they lost my business and I couldn't wait the 40 minutes the girl behind the counter didn't think was big deal to ask me to wait. Sorry Staples, you won't have another chance. I go there on a Sunday about half an hour before they close and mark takes my order and does the printing I needed to finish the project I had started. He was kind an accommodating. As in the past with there competitor giving the same situation have told me to wait till tomarrow or some lame excuse why they could not do it. Thank you Mark read more

Well i come in here every week to get prints done. This store has excellent service the manager is awesome always takes care of me if theres a problem the printing manager is awesome too. I started going here about a year ago after having an awful experience at office depot, and all i can say is no wonder staples bought out office depot. read more

My husband was looking for custom Photo paper, and called and spoke to an associate named, "Rachel". She was friendly, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic about her job. When we went in a few days later, to pay for the paper, she had a spec. photo printed, and told us about the Customer appreciation program, and detailed how it works. We will definitely use this Staples for all of our photo needs. Good job, Rachel -going above and beyond expectations! read more

Our company had an account with Staples for several years. I tried to return a product purchased online. They refused it despite the return policy. The explanation was "We do not care this item at our store." It is very sad that local stores cannot provide good customer service. read more

It's a staples. Nothing too special, but the store always has what I need and is easy to navigate. I would come here for all my small office needs and go elsewhere for larger purchases. I also never have to wait long to be checked out, they have great customer service. read more

Regardless of having pretty much everything I've ever needed from an office supply store, I really appreciate the kind and friendly service. My last trip to Staples included an immediate greeting and assistance for what I was looking for. I was in and out nice and quick! The most fascinating to me was how the employees treated each other. They were very teamwork oriented and got along great. They were willing to help each other with a smile on their face. I appreciate this kind of service. read more

Staples should be the same all around, right? Good customer service, in and out service. Nope, not this one! Came in one day for 500 copies (work related) and was told by the Manager that there was not any staff who could help, she didn't want to stand and wait for 500 copies to print. (Their self-service, the 1 printer they do have, was being used at the time). Came in the next day, same Manager pointed out an employee and said "Great, you're back- he can help you today!" And then the employee says nope no I can't I'm off for the day and I'm not willing to work off the clock and proceeded to work "off the clock" by shutting alarms down and straightening out some shelves. 2:30 Monday afternoon and there is ONE person working said everyone is in a corporate meeting for an hour and she can't even operate the custom copier. Sent me to another store 12 miles away. Wasted 10 minutes waiting to find this out. Wasted trip and time. This Staples center gets a big fat F! read more

I would prefer to give zero stars but the staff is generally nice most of the time. Most frustrating part about this location is the time it takes to complete a transaction. Doesn't matter if you're making a small purchase or dropping of a package for UPS pickup, seems I have never gotten out of the store faster than 40 minutes. read more

I would give this store 2 stars only because the first couple times I went the interactions were alright. This morning though, I just needed a few pages printed, on regular paper. The man behind the counter said that I needed to use self service which is fine with me although he was not helping anyone else and I usually have my pages printed by an associate. So I go to self service where there is a line, and wait in line while the associate just stands there. The man in front of me was unable to use self service so he went to the counter to be helped, self service seemed like a nice quick way to get things done so I plugged in my flash drive and it asked for my credit card so I used the pin pad to process my information, I selected my order and the kiosk froze, worried that my information would stay in the system I asked an associate for help, she reached behind the machine and unplugged it. After this I went to the counter again to ask for assistance in printing my few pages on regular paper, I received my order and paid for it but the order was on card stock which is a nice upgrade but will not work for what I needed the copies for, I asked to have the order reprinted on regular white printer paper, I then received the reprint and it was printed on tan recycled paper (yay for the environment but not so attractive for printing inserts of photos for wedding announcements). Still, I paid for the services but I am very unhappy with the assistance or lack there of I received today. I also asked for an envelope for my papers and the associate helping me said they were in the back and she didn't want to go get them so she tossed my documents in a plastic bag. If the documents had been for a boss or client this would look very unprofessional. read more

9 am opening hours is about 2 hours too late for some business people. Can't shop before 9 am work if you don't open until after everyone has to be at work being productive. Open earlier like 7am or at least 8 am. read more

After I finally got past the voice answering system (cost me lots of minutes on my cell phone) somebody answered that didn't seem to know what an Avery label is. After several more minutes of waiting (cost to me), I hung up and call Office Depot who answered right away and was great help. read more

I used to go to office depot because it was slightly closer to my old office but then they clsoed and I began having to go down to the Staples on Plumb. My first expierence there I thought, had cemented my loyalty to this company, But then every experence since then has been the same! I am immediatly greeted and recognized when I walk through their doors. They always are so happy and team oriented when I shop there. Jacqueline and Rachel are an amazing team and always go above and beyond in every aspect of my jobs. I do all of my printing there, sometimes just so I can stop in and catch up with Jacqueline, She is an amazing help. She has always made sure I had everything I needed complete and made the best suggestions on things I never would have thought of doing. My events have only gotten better and better and her vast knowledge of advertising, marketing and all things copy and print always baffel me. No matter where she works im going to continue to do business with her for the years to come, she is the reason that I shop at this store exclusively! read more

i've been told over 5 times when i go in to make a copy; come back tomorrow!! what??? yeah i want to spend more time and more gas coming back to make 2 copies!!! no wonder over 200 stores are closing. bad customer service. i called the manager (who could care less) told him lets get on a conference call with corporate and you tell them you can't make me 2 lousey copies. he said no!!! why are you afraid of losing your job mr. brian vietra? then explain to me when 90% of people who walk in with a flash drive cannot use the self copier because you don't have the technology yet to do that? again nothing but excuses. and then i asked him why they couldn't have more than one copy machine to do orders. because he says. sounds like something a 2 year old would say. i got so much better service in calif. staples. they have the worse customer service there. i have had to drive an extra 5 miles to go to office depot. but at least i get my copies done right then. read more
