Professional and kind customer service and for how crowded it was inside- I was in and out within 15 minutes. You must register before going in but it doesn't take more than 5 minutes online. The chairs you wait in were clean and the building itself seemed well maintained. The fingerprinting machines were clean and sanitized. read more

The shop is larger and more comfortable that the previous locations. The fees are literally all over the map. While sitting there I heard conversations about a range of free with a voucher to $40 and up to $80 for a simple electronic transmission of prints. The service took just over 25 minutes from walking in to registering, paying and then getting printed. The DISGRACE was the payment tablet actually asked for a tip of 15 to 25%. Really? The actual fingerprinting takes about 5 minutes and is transmitted electronically. That is the whole "service". Nearly ALL instances of getting fingerprints is a "requirement" for a job or volunteer situation. A tip, really? Not to mention that they have signed contracts with agencies for the exclusive and mandatory "service". So people cannot opt to go to RPD, SPD or the Sheriff's office where the fees are less than half the price and it would be illegal to accept a tip. I wonder if State regulators like the Nevada Gaming Control Board are aware that this business is soliciting tips from casino workers? Or if they share the tips with the agencies leadership? read more

5 Stars - Fast, Friendly, and Super Convenient! I can't say enough good things about Reno Fingerprinting Express and HireHealth! From start to finish, the process was seamless and stress-free. I booked my appointment online, which was incredibly easy, and when I arrived, I was able to skip ahead of the walk-ins--a huge time-saver! The front desk team was so welcoming and professional, making me feel comfortable right away. Monica went above and beyond, taking the time to explain everything I needed for my fingerprints and physical. I also needed a TB test, and she clearly outlined the differences between the QuantiFERON blood test and the PPD skin test, which was really helpful in making the right choice for my needs. On top of that, I needed a drug test, and I was amazed at how efficient the process was. At my last job, I had to visit four different places over the course of several days just to get all these services done. This time, Fingerprinting Express and HireHealth handled everything in ONE stop--fingerprints, physical, TB test, and drug test--all in a fraction of the time. I can't believe how fast, friendly, and convenient the whole experience was! The pricing was also great, especially since my company doesn't pay upfront, and I get reimbursed later. Being able to handle everything so quickly saved me time, money, and a huge hassle while starting my new job. I honestly don't know why everyone isn't using Fingerprinting Express and HireHealth--this is hands down the best way to take care of pre-employment requirements. If you need any of these services, don't waste time going anywhere else! Highly recommend! read more

Went to get fingerprints done and after I filled out the paperwork and was called up to pay . I could not believe once the total Was rang up the nice girl flipped the iPad around and there's a "recommend tip" screw that. How about fingerprint express pay more instead of having the employees ask for tips. F sad and pathetic huge companies making employees work off tips because they don't pay a living wage. read more

This place is the only place that does notaries with fingerprints. I fully recommend this place. It is an all women business which is amazing too. I also came here for international passport photos. They take it professionally and will check your requirements. I will come here in the future for anything I need. read more

The ladies were very upbeat friendly and professional, terrific service. 12 stars is more like it!

Quality of Service- It was a bit busy when I arrived but found the staff to be efficient in moving everyone through. The wait went quickly. I was most impressed by the quality of the fingerprints. Not to mention that the fingerprints are guaranteed! read more

I came to get my fingerprints done and I had mentioned I had a voucher through my agency. I was told to email it to them since I did not have a physical copy of the voucher. I emailed it within a few minutes. In addition, they asked me to register which I had done at home several days ago. I was told to have a seat and once they received the email, I would be called on. After over an hour, my name was never called. I went up to the receptionist and she went through the same process as she I first came in. I even told her "yes you already went through that" and "I've been here for an hour already." Didn't apologize for the delay nor not following up in regard to the email. Very upset. Never had to wait over 2 hours to get fingerprints done. read more

I was a walk-in today for fingerprinting + a TB test; While I expected a long wait since the appointments were filled up online, it only took about 20min for them to call me back! I expressed to the employee that last time I came in for a TB test I almost passed out from the blood draw portion and somehow she was able to make the process so smooth and comfortable that it was over before I knew it. She was so easy to talk to and so friendly that I forgot that I was even getting my blood drawn. Thank you so much Shaylee! read more

They offer so many different services highly recommended for all your needs!! Also do walk-ins

Always so quick and professional. If there's issue they try their best to help fix it. I've always had amazing service here.

I requested pricing through Yelp for a notary and the owner was quick to respond and made my appointment as I requested. Upon arrival, the waiting room was busy and oddly warm. I checked-in and was told the wait would be around 5-10 minutes, so I decided to wait outside. It was about 10 minutes until they called my name. The guy helping me was not very friendly, he had no personality and was pretty awkward. He asked me a few questions, signed my doc, and then we proceeded to the front desk for payment. The process took about 5 minutes. For 1 signature, it was $15, which I thought was pretty reasonable. I paid with card and then there was an option to give a tip. The guy was staring me down when I got to this point, I'm sorry, but a tip should be earned and the customer shouldn't feel pressured to give a tip if they didn't receive solid service. I said thank you once he handed me a receipt and he didn't really say anything to me. Overall, if you're looking for a quick and easy spot to get a document notarized, this is a good option. Just be sure to make an appointment. The only downside was the customer service wasn't the greatest. read more

So helpful, so knowledgeable, so quick! Definitely will be using them again! Thank you all for your help!

It was a Quick in and out, great people- kind and caring. Would recommend highly for fingerprinting

I have been here twice. Once for fingerprints and once for notary services. Both times I made an appointment online. Check-in was easy and quick. The employees work well together communicating with one another about what each customer needs. While interacting with the staff they have been professional, helpful, and personable. The waiting area and workspaces are clean and organized. There may be an initial wait when you arrive, but once you go back to the work area, you will be in and out in a jiffy. read more

We have now officially visited Reno's Fingerprinting Express three times. All three visits went swimmingly well. The ladies there are extremely helpful and nice to you. They realize you maybe new to this and walk you through, politely. They do a better job with prints than my local sheriff's department. Again, their prints turned out better than our sheriff's department. It's a long story, but the state of Alaska couldn't make out the CCSD prints but had no trouble with the ones from Fingerprinting Express. Wow! So, the sheriff charged $8 for useless prints, these ladies charged $20, but that did the trick and I'm licensed to work in one more state. We also needed documents notarized. My bank does it for free, but they tend to be a pain about it. For only $15 I got it done here. I hated to pay for something I can get for free, but for the convenience alone it's worth a few bucks. Besides, if there's a problem, they guarantee their work. I have a feeling there won't be any issues and I can head north with confidence. Thanks, Fingerprinting Express! 06/22 read more

first class service and if a redo is required the company stands by its work. I made an appointment but showed up for wrong day. No issue as they worked me in a timely manner read more

Awesome service! I was in and out and was treated very very well . I recommend this to everyone who needs to be fingerprinted.

I had to obtain fingerprints for an employer and had a totally seamless visit. Unfortunately they were very time sensitive and the closest appointment I could make was for a week away so i had to do a walk in visit. In total it took about 45 minutes from check in to completion. The waiting area is comfortable and clean and the staff was very friendly, they were being overly helpful to a person who was having all sorts of difficulties, that's always nice to see. read more

I was required to have my fingerprints done. Background checks and all that stuff required. I pre-registered on my phone and when I walked in they were quite a few people in the office. There was a small line, and I waited and When it was my turn, I stepped up and the lady at the counter was very nice. And since she had all of my information, Pre-registering, it went pretty fast. She also asked me if I needed passport photos, which I did, and she took them fairly quickly. She showed me the digital picture before it was printed to make sure it was OK. All in all fast and efficient and friendly. Definitely would go back for background check stuff and fingerprinting. read more
