I called her back and she came to my place quickly. I could not be more satisfied. She is not intimidated by tons of paperwork. Some required one witness and some two. Some needed this others needed that. It could have been a nightmare if I'd tried to save money. I'm so glad my inner voice said just pay her. It ended up being less than I expected and it didn't seem like enough because she made a horribly difficult thing (to me) go smoothly. I had to pay her extra. She was worth it.
