They were pretty good, and cost me a little over $60- for 250 cards. When they ran out I finally did the smart thing and went to my friend Russell Hicks, who has been in the printing business for well over 30 years, which frankly is what I should have done to begin with. I just got my order. The turn around was every bit as fast as VistaPrint (faster, actually), the cards much nicer thanks in no small part to Russ's personal attention and expertise, and - get this - I got 1,000 cards for LESS than $60-! So I got 4X the cards, which were nicer and higher quality, for LESS money than I paid to VistaPrint! Lesson learned. Thank you Russ; and if anyone needs any kind of printing done you should call, email, send a message by carrier pigeon, or stop by and talk to Russ at Sandell's Printing; it's not often that the pros are way cheaper than the hacks, you'll be glad you did.

i have been with this company since 2004. first with car insurance and now with home owners…read moreinsurance for my first home starting July of 2011. i found a cheaper company after i received home insurance from them and no longer get auto insurance. but i just renewed my policy with the store on rock blvd. unfortunately i wasn't explained what was going on with the policy from the jump. i was asked "what do you want for a deductible?" i said the standard $500 deductible. i was told that would be fine. well, when i reupped my policy last month, they forgot AGAIN to add the leinholder and didn't tell me about a $1500 water loss deductible that was added to the policy without my knowledge. unfortunately i had a water pipe burst. a $2000 job easily, that they only paid out $386.72 on because of this deductible that i saw, but didn't understand in my policy. when i called back to speak to my Agent Amber, i could never get a hold of her. i spoke to another coworker Mike, who didn't bother to tell me he was the office supervisor, while he was acting quite stupid saying he didn't know what he expected them to do about it. i asked him to have somebody above him call me back. i waited a week and called him back today. i was suddenly told that i was yelling (i was calm, but no happy) and said he would hang up. if i had bigger complaints i could call the district manager and HE was sorry I FELT that i had bad customer service and he didn't care if i left taking my business with me and a dozen other ppl would take my place. so i called the district manager. then i called the district manager, named Frank. i will give him this he tried to pacify me and never acted like i was stupid, crazy or yelling to get off the phone with me. but he did say that even though there was bad customer service and he is very very sorry about it, it wasn't the job of the insurance broker to take the time to update and see what changes go to every policy out there. that no insurance broker was. now this is just NOT true. as i have used other insurance before and had brokers and agents that went out of their way to help me, many in this same company. supposedly by Frank's admission that there are so very few insurance agents taking the test that they have to take what they can get, bad or good or they would have to close their stores. i asked to speak to the owner about this problem and was told he has way to many businesses to get back to me. he did apologize for that. but it just proves to me that the company itself does NOT care for their clients. they are underpaid, no health insurance and harassed on a weekly basis by the owner. (i spent a couple of weeks in the office as a file clerk. no way would i ever work there again. but at least i always got good service so i kept coming back). now that they admit they have no customer service and that they only want my money, i will be moving on to a different agent/brokerage in the future. sad because they were a halfway decent company that has gone to the dogs!!!
