Stay away! They don't honor the warranty they give on their service. We brought in our cellphone that went dark. They charged $265 for diagnosis, internal fixation and a new screen. When we got the phoe home next day, we saw it wasn't working properly. Images giggled on the screen. Phone quality was very poor. We took the phone back in and Randy refused to stand behind his warranty. He was loud and abusive. I've never been treated that way by a merchant. We got a new phone today and we're wring off the $265 loss. read more

I can't tell you how many times I've cracked my iphone screen. Then it's a trip to the mall and an unbelievable repair charge. We happened to be next door at the new Plato's Closet so I made an executive decision and checked these folks out. Randy is quite the miracle worker. We were originally looking at 45 minutes- one hour, he had it done in less than thirty minutes. It was quality work and a reasonable price. I came in to get my IPhone 14 Pro Max Screen fixed that had been broken for over a year but the phone still worked perfectly. They fixed it in about 45 mins on a busy Saturday. Got it back, and within the first hour it had froze, screen turned completely purple for 2 seconds then would restart. Took it back and Randy said he would take care of me. He went above and beyond to take care of me and make sure I wasn't without a phone while mine was getting repaired. He is extremely knowledgeable about how to not only fix an iPhone, but any type of computer system. Took my phone in a month ago to have the back screen fixed. When I picked it up my flashlight and flash no longer worked. When I called about it no one ever got back to me. On top of it the back piece they did use didn't match the front of my phone and then cracked and has hole chunks in the back piece. I'm so not satisfied. I should of just filed the claim with my phone company and skipped this place all together. Don't waste your time and money. read more

I called the PhoneFix Center and they were able to give me a very reasonable fix time and knew almost exactly what the problem was. I went straight to their store and they took care of me faster than I was ready for. They were so incredibly nice to us and very honest about pricing and repair time. They were actually fine before I could get back and so the phone waited a couple hours. This was just a GREAT experience for me. Went in to replace rear glass (not camera lense glass) and had an overall OK experience. Knowledgeable, good communication and service yet, after leaving with my phone it is clear the adhesive could have used a bit more attention as it's not 100% perfect, 95% though. I had issues with the microphone not picking up. I went back in and Randy completely replaced the microphone as it may have had some powder from the original replacement process that is inevitable so it sounds like. No charge to fix it.
