I needed a new battery for my ancient iPhone. It still works just fine and I decided it was a lot cheaper to get a new battery than to buy a new phone. After going to two other places - Best Buy will only repair iPhones 8 and up and Mac-o-rama would have to order the batteries - I decided to go try the kiosk in the mall. I had checked them out a couple of days before and wanted to do some price checks before coming back. Tre - the owner - was very helpful and said this was his second iPhone7 battery replacement today and I was in luck because he had one battery left. YAY!!!! I've used this place twice to replace two different iPhone screens. Service is trustworthy and never had an issue with the new screen being installed incorrectly. I've used another service before and the screen was put on too tight so random things were being hit even though I didn't touch anything. This place does it right. About 10 minutes later my phone started acting like I was pushing buttons that I hadn't. I went back but was told I had already signed the document so too bad. I went home to research and what I learned is that this happens when the screen replacement is too tight and it has a high chance of cracking again. On 12/31/19 my partner and I went to the Reno, NV repair kiosk. We were told that it would take an hour to fix the phone, so we left and came back on the hour. We were then told that the employee was unable to get to the phone, and to come back in 20 more minutes. After waiting even longer, we get back to a horrid scene. The phone was returned to us MORE broken than it was before, illustrating LED damage that was not present before we left the phone. Simple cracks were now understated by half a screen now unable to be used. We were shocked to find that the insurance we had purchased was not utilized to fix the phone, and that it was in fact WORSE. We came back today, same employee. He told us that now, our insurance was totally void as he found "water damage" on the phone. This was not mentioned to any degree when we waited 80 minutes on 12/31 while he "worked" on the phone. In fact, we were told to come back another day so he could have the time to repair the phone! That's 2, 45-minute commutes, 175$ basically stolen, and a phone no better off. No offer for compensation in any form. Save yourself from the epic frustration of this place! read more

Fourth visit was worst than the previous 3! The manager has such bad customer service skills, I am shocked he has a job. First thing he said he was going to call security and have me removed. I just wanted him to take responsibility and fix a phone he broke. I was able to locate my receipt on my email (though he didn't demand seeing it the last time I was there to open the phone up and jack the screen up that time not lining it up correctly) After four hours of him working on it, I watched him struggle to put the phone back together when I came back and then when I asked if it had service, he said nope I fixed all I could and I cannot do anything else for you. He then handed my daughters phone to me with a completely black screen, which he said it would not charge and would not turn on at all. If that wasn't enough the face plate was put on so poorly this time there is a huge gap at the top of the phone. I said I brought the phone in completely charged and at least worked except for it could not connect to service. He yelled back at me, "No it wasn't!" Calling me a liar and breaking my daughters phone even more so now I am worse off than I was when I arrived. I asked for the owners information and he yelled "I am not giving that to you!". You tell me that this guy should be working on cell phones and managing a store! I wonder if the owner would want his child to have a broken phone for weeks so he was not able to communicate with them. Thank you for the refund of the initial repair and the returned broken now useless phone that cost me $649! Appreciate doing business with you! I'm not one to write reviews but this one definitely needs to be written. I dropped my phone and cracked my screen for the first time ever. Paid $100 for a fix, left with my screen perfectly intact and woke up the NEXT morning with a crack across the top of my screen. My phone was never in my pocket or anywhere where a caused crack would of been possible. I came back in and was told I'd have to pay another $60 to fix my phone which I denied. I wish there was an option for negative stars. My fiance and I called Cellairis over a week ago and they assured us they could fix her Moto E4 Plus' screen within 30 minutes. We went in, paid $100 and had them order the piece. They said it would arrive in Wednesday, so first thing Wednesday morning I called and they said they had the screen and if I bring it in after 4pm they'll get it fixed. About 430pm, I get a text message from them saying that they need us to come back on Friday or Saturday because they "got busy all of a sudden", even though I arrived exactly when I told them I would to drop off the phone. When I gave them the phone, the younger kid that always wears sunglasses seemed irritated and acted as if he was doing us a favor to "squeeze us in, even though he usually leaves at 4pm". My fiance and I go to Costco, leaving the phone with them trusting they'll fix it, and when we were heading back after about 45 minutes, we get a call from him saying he punctured the battery. We went in and talked to him to see out options, which were get a full refund and get the phone back or leave the phone with them for a week so they can order a battery. I wasn't happy with either of the options. He ended up giving us our money back, and gave the phone back. But he didn't even replace the screen! It was still shattered. He refused to give us the managers contact information, seemed as if he didn't care that my fiance now does not have a phone because of THEIR mistake, and would not take any responsibility for what happened. I will be calling corporate and visiting the manager on Friday. Wether or not the phone gets fixed, which will now be way more expensive for me because of them, I feel as though their superiors need to know how terrible these people are conducting business and treating people and their devices. I went here to get a screen replacement, which ended up being about $160. I was very upset with the price, especially when my new screen started coming off a few days later due to a bad installation. I ignored it at first, but then when I took off my phone case to show my dad the whole screen was loose and practically falling off. I then tried to put the case back on, and despite the glass screen protector I had, the screen cracked because of how far it was sticking out. We did have a warranty, but it wouldn't replace a damaged screen. That being said, we went back to see if they would take the warranty and fix it even though there was a crack. We were prepared for drama, but they took one look and grabbed my phone without hesitation and fixed it in about 25 minutes. They even gave me a free glass screen protector to replace the one that had been on my phone before. They were very nice about it. I went from wanting to leave them a bad review to being so grateful for the way they handled it that I couldn't help letting everyone know how great they are. I'm very satisfied. read more

I paid for a replacement, screen protector, and the best case only to be told that the replacement screen doesn't work and is also cracked. I went to cellairis to get my phone fixed today the guy didn't wanna do it because they were busy but I had been told to come in today. I bring my phone in the guy didn't wanna do it to begin with, then calls about an hour later and says he punctured my battery, Then we go in to talk to him he didn't even fix my screen and now I don't even have a battery and my phone doesn't work at all!!! He refused to pay for a new battery! And wouldn't repair my screen. Now I don't have a phone he was so fucking rude.He also admitted he didn't know what he was doing.He would not give me his managers number and offered no solution.Said he would give me half my money back and order me a battery so I would then be paying for his mistake and still have a broken screen, because he didn't know how to fix it to begin with. I would not recommend this repair service to ANYONE. They replaced my cracked screen, but within the hour my entire iPhone stoped working. There was nothing wrong besides the cracked glass when I brought it in. After taking it to Apple, they told me key parts had been left out during the "repair" and the screen was no longer getting power, so I brought it back to the mall for a refund. The employees assured me they could fix the issue and did get it to work again; however, the screen does not respond half the time and it will no longer take photos. It was not worth the $130 price and hassle (was also quoted $99). Should have just brought it to Apple for the same price and better service. Now I'm paying double... read more

I was very disappointed in this business and will not recommend them to anyone. We dropped off a phone for what we thought was a screen repair and told it would be $99.99 and take 1 hour or so. After 90 minutes of waiting we checked back and told it would be another 20 min. We returned 20 min later and told it was not ready and wouldn't be ready now for 2 or 3 more days and now the repair would be $150. Of course the phone was now completely disassembled so we didn't have much choice. It actually took 4 days to get our phone fixed. When I went to pick it up, the red headed gal working at the kiosk was rude. I asked why it took so long and was not given any answers except talk to my manager as he fixed it. She was definitely not helpful nor courteous and her customer skills were sorely lacking. No apologies were given for the delay and no answer why it took 4 days.
