I stopped in on Wednesday after work to inquire about my plan. I changed from Verizon to ATT about two years ago on a promotion that if I stayed with ATT, my iphone upgrade would be free. Turns out they have me on a three year plan, not two, so I was a little frustrated by that. But as far as actual service and the location: the store was clean and welcome. They seemed to be fully staffed as my wait time was just a few minutes when I was quoted 15-20 minutes for wait time. The guy that helped me was super nice and willing to listen. When there was a question as to why I had two accounts associated with my phone number, he went to his supervisor for clarification rather than making up an answer. Would definitely recommend this location as all staff was friendly and helpful. No one seemed unhappy to be working there or not eager to help. read more

However, the service quality has been pretty disappointing--coverage and reliability haven't met expectations. I had no choice when I moved into new house, ATT was it. I called ATT and after spending some 3 hours on the phone they talked me into giving up my Verizon which I had for some 22 years. Bundle package. I kept having to give my credit card number to her. Once for Cell or Mobility,again for internet or is it wifi, and again for Direct TV. They promised me a $300 credit card, never got one, told me i needed 500 megabytes, I do not have 15 devices I have 4. Cell phone. I-pad, tv and a laptop. Nightmare from hell, you call the number for cell phone or mobility our universe. They lie,everything is one big lie Then went I Accessed my ATT APP. I could not get into it, I needed passcodes, or pass words, for each service. I have a few accounts well know bank in the area. I have one user ID and one password. I can access every single account to transfer funds, see balance. Yet they need me to reset my passcode or password for ever device and if you do not remember it, you cant change it either. WTF. When I First signed up and they give you $5 off for each service Cell phone call it for what it is, WiFi, internet, tv. They everything they sucker punched you over the phone by bundling all your service was one big bullshit. I went into the store only signed up almost 2 years now. Told the guy my problem and he said why didn't you just come into the store? Now, I went in last week to drop my cell pone bill cause I am 55+ they don't even tell you what you can have a discount for being over 55+. Well the guy sort of blows me off tells me it will be around $50 from $78.89 then sends me an email that it will be $69 in change effect in 2 months. WTF. Called to check and now it's $45.45? I have no idea how the hell this company stays in business, also told I have a 3 year contract well I do not have a contract. AT&SHITY. RUN. read more

Ordered a product for me because they did not have it in stock. Ordered the wrong product. When I came back to the store, they still didn't have it, so they sent me out of my way to a store that supposedly had what I needed. That store only had a more expensive version and told me to take the return to a UPS store, that they couldn't process the return. the UPS store would not take the return, I discovered after waiting in the Christmas line. I've been to this location twice now for different reasons. I had some non trusted apps that was slowing my phone down and the tech was able to fix all the problems with my phone. Beware of the bait and switch. My wife went in with three phone to trade up. All three are paid for and out of contract. The sales man Izoac looks at the phones and explains that two of the phones have cracks in them. He says if you get them fixed you will be eligible for $1000 dollar towards a new phone. We order three new phones which are not in stock. He tells us that if you get the phones fixed and bring them in within 30 days, we will get the credit and the new phones will only cost $300 bucks each. The new phones arrive 2 days later. We spend $600 getting the trade in phones fixed. Another$465 getting cases and screen protectors for the new phones. We go in to exchange the old phones and the offer is $350 per phone leaving us with a $3000 dollar bill on top of the $1065 we have already spent on the accessories for the new phones. Izoac admits to telling us that, but the manager says he is new and should not have told us that, but they do nothing to right the wrong. Horrible. At one point they tell my wife if she cusses again they will throw us out. We tell them to take the new phones back and we will go to Verizon. They then tell us they are going to charge a restock fee. They then explain several ways of exploiting their system by buying phone of the internet and the returning those for a higher credit. This store should stick with the offer quoted. The restocking fee was the icing on the cake. Bad business practice ATT and whomever owns this store. Bait and switch and lack of follow through on deals that are made. Train your employees or eat the lost when they mess up. You should be ashamed. Get it in writing or buyer beware. Bad business practice with no recourse. Go to the store on Plumb Ln. they will assist you. read more

I call them and he immediately shuts down my conversation and questions and tells me to call customer service ?! Everyone that works here is rude and unprofessional. Terrible service each time I've been there over the past few years. The employees are not friendly and they make you feel like a burden to get your name on the wait list. I went in to give my old phone back after purchasing a new iPhone 15. There were 5 employees assisting other customers and probably 8-10 people waiting. There was one person who came around to start putting peoples names on the list, and as people were asking quick questions he was walking away from them ignoring them to go to the next person for their name, he also didn't say a wait time he just said it's going to be a long time to us people waiting. I completely understand being busy and being backed up. But it's not hard to address quick questions and atleast acknowledge people. If they are going to run great promotions that bring in heavy traffic, the employees could be better prepared for the traffic or they possibly need more staff, and could possibly ask other stores for help. I called 2 other AT&T stores after leaving there with my old phone still in hand; one closer to my house and one at Legends shopping center and both stores answered the phone within 2 rings and were happy to assist. They said they had multiple agents available and could easily get my situation taken care of. The "long time" you will spend waiting at this store, you mine as well take the 10 minute drive to Legends and save yourself the wait. Again, I completely understand being busy and the holidays are right around the corner, but atleast acknowledging your customers could go a long way and people wouldn't mind waiting for your services. read more

This store was completely empty on a sunday afternoon.. We bought an iPhone 13 for $1300 2 days ago from this location, then went back to switch the information over from one phone to the new one and met with "Hunter". who is the (salesman) who started off nice, and quickly got very rude saying things like, "I will help you to HERE, then that's ALL! this happened as soon as he realized he would not be making any commission off of our visit. He then got up and called in the "Big Dog" Closer LOL Christian L. to reassure us that "Hunter" is right to be rude as he will not be making commission. Of course he didn't say this out loud but he was clear to anyone at all, more intuitive as they are. they told my mom to go to best buy! Extremely impolite and insulting to my 75 year old Mother. He and "Christian" were very rude. they both were very surprised we didn't put up with their inability to communicate what so ever. This store has set the record for hiring really stupid employees. I went in and told them my phone had died and I needed to replace it. Literally, I had to see 3 clerks before I got one that actually understood that simple sentence. The people didn't have a clue how to do their jobs. I finally got a nice woman, who understood the question. She sold me a phone, however, she neglected to tell me or get my approval for an additional insurance policy. Now I have spent 2 hours trying to get it cancelled. Only to find out I can't get into the plans website and they can't cancel it. AT&T doesn't have customer service in the evening. My mom wanted to upgrade her phone. She has an old flip you know the one with about a 1/2 inch screen. Upon walking in we were immediately greeted by Dallas a very nice and knowledgeable young man. Easygoing no pushy sales here. My mom explained what she was looking for and that she was on a fixed income so she didn't want to much of a difference in her plan. So he looked up her existing plan and we asked to see the cheapest per month smartphone which was an android phone. Since this is a major upgrade for my mom and we all have iPhones we figured she better go with one as well. So after about 30 minutes my mom now has a new iPhone 6 and even sent her first ever text in the parking lot!!! Although I am not a fan of AT&T Dallas was amazing and very patient explaining things to my mom in ways she understood. These 5 stars are for his excellent customer service!!! I have been with AT&T for almost five years and have had to come into this store a few times during that time. I always get fast and friendly service. The best part is that every time I come in here for something it is always an issue or problem with my phone. The great part is that every employee seems to really know what they are talking about. I don't think I have ever encountered an employee who wasn't trained really well. The only thing that is annoying is how they push U-Verse. I do have it now but before I signed up they would really push that and it got annoying as hell. But obviously it worked because they got me to sign up. I've been a customer for AT&T for nearly a decade and have never, ever paid an activation fee. When I called today (already receiving an activation free offer from the phone/online system) regarding acquiring a new product, he said "we never waive activation fees" and "I can't do that". Just so others who are reading this know - this is a flat out lie. He was also quite rude in his communication. I stopped in at this location after my trusty iPhone 8 decided to fall out of my pocket and demolish itself on the floor. Unable to get it repaired or find another phone, I decided to look online about finding a phone service plan and new iPhone within my budget. It was extremely frustrating and confusing, and finally when I was about one sneeze away from a breakdown I decided to call. A friendly guy named Meyer answered and he assured me that coming into the store would be much easier, and it wouldn't take too long. I was apprehensive about coming into a store right now due to COVID, but this location was very clean and everyone was very spread out. He was super friendly, and I barely had to wait at all. He answered my dumb questions and was super helpful at explaining things. Being my first time signing a phone contract and starting a phone service on my own, I was basically expecting it to be as complicated and confusing as possible. Online it definitely was, so if you're not into long, drawn out convoluted experiences online then definitely don't try to do it online and schedule a pickup. Just head over here! Every time I walk into this location there's someone there to check customers in. Which always makes for comfort if the store is busy and you don't know who's next. The employees are well trained and always helpful. And usually who has helped me walks me out of the store which makes for great customer service. There are always a ton of staff at this store, willing to do what it takes to help you find what you want, but Brandon was beyond incredible. He was attentive, efficient and very professional. We've been with AT&T in several states, over many years, but this place is the best we've ever worked with. We also pay for my parents phones, and we had a few questions about those, too. He answered everything with confidence in his personal knowledge, and a smile. The best customer service I've seen in an establishment in years. This store is awesome. We went in after having to deal with non customer service at Verizon, who told us to just GO ONLINE. Give me a break. We go into AT&T and are immediately greeted by Jimmy, who ended up being the greatest customer serviceman ever. Right then and there we switched our plan from Verizon to AT&T and got new phones with amazing customer service, plus the 5G features are amazing. My mom who is a Filipino was discrimated from this store! She has never been treated like this her whole life.She went in to the store to ask for help transfering her stuff from her old phone to her newly shipped iphone that she bought from att website. She was then told that they do not provide that kind of service and is unable to help my mom. However, 2 days ago my stepdad who is a Caucasian American went to the same store and asked for their help to do the exact same thing and there were no issues helping him. The manager was so rude too when my mom asked for a manager. Instead of acknowledging my mom's frustrations the manager asked my mom " what do you need?" Is that even an appropriate response coming from a manager?! And everyone was standing in front of my mom with their arms crossed. This whole situation is so fucked up! They even told me my mom that they cannot touch my mom's id or cellphone. Are you fucking kidding me?! This is the worst customer service I have ever heard. My mom even called ATT customer service and both the rep over the phone and my mom called the store to get their ID numbers and guess what happened they hang up with the ATT rep! Avoid at all costs! Where do I even start with this one? Me and my wife went in on 3/2/16, hoping to switch from sprint and save a little money. What a mistake. First visit was fine, and we left with new phones feeling good. In under a week, my phone started glitching out. I went in to the store to see what they could do. As one of the reps started looking at it, he said he needed to take it out of the case. It was a very protective case that snaps together over the phone. They attempted to pry it open, and the back panel cracked. Then he looks at me and says, "well, since it's damaged, it's no longer under warranty and you'll have to pay the deductible through insurance". Oh heck no. I immediately went home, started jumping through the 800 number hoops until I was finally able to reach a DM. District manager told me that since the phone was under two weeks old, the store can do a return and exchange right there in the store. I asked are you serious, because this store doesn't seem very helpful, and he said he was going to flag and put a note in the account to make sure it happened. Well, back to this store. Store manager, in a fairly haughty way, looks at our account and says "I don't care what headquarters or your account says, I'm not doing an exchange for you". It took over a week, without a phone, dealing with the headquarters until I finally got that issue resolved. But this nightmare doesn't end there. When we signed up at the store, we were told, and shown on paper, that our monthly bill was to be $161.75. And, our first bill would actually be cheaper since it would be prorated due to not being a complete month. Earlier this week, we get our bill, and it's $300!!!! With no overages our purchases! When you add up all of the itemized charges, the total comes to $120.20, which seems like a correct prorated amount. But somehow there is a mystery $175 on there. Numerous trips to this store, calls to the 800 number and emails has not resulted in a correction! You'd be better off with a pair of tin cans than trying to deal with this store or company!!!! read more

Such a great location. I have made the drive from southwest reno into sparks twice now just to have these great sales reps help me out. The staff has been so friendly and helpful. They were quick to greet customers and help out. Tim and Wes were so helpful and really took their time to make sure my phone setup went smoothly.
