They have the deal where you get netflix/hbo with ads for $10/month. He told us the plan without ads is $20/month, so we asked to add that plan. What this scam artist actually did was put the $10/month plan with ads, the Netflix premium, and the HBO premium, all separately for a total of $34.50 per month. Yelp won't publish this review if I accurately describe what category of human being this individual is. During our time spent there, he proudly explained that he makes commission and makes more money at Verizon than he did working in IT. Now we know how.

Then I had to have the store manager to call them because *611 was not working. I could not get the credit back for the $21.67 that I charged 20 minutes ago. Obviously we were on hold for 8 minutes and the managers phone died. Started all over. Can't use my phone because it is connected to my Cricket account. On hold after I was told I would not get my $21.67 account. Cricket Corporate give your stores access to cancel and give credits!! Pretty pathetic customer service. The person I spoke with told me to go ahead and purchase the battery online and said they would install it when I came in the next day. Great. That sounded easy enough. I drove across town expecting a quick install, only to be told once I arrived that they don't install batteries on my vehicle's make and model. That would have been extremely helpful information to share during the phone call before I made the trip and purchased the battery. On top of that, they also wanted to charge an additional $40 just to register the battery after installation, which was never mentioned beforehand and honestly felt excessive. Between the website not working, the incorrect guidance over the phone, the wasted trip across town, and the surprise extra charge, the experience felt pretty disorganized and frustrating. I'd strongly recommend calling somewhere else first if you need a battery installed.

Then my mom bought me a gift certificate to this place, I wasn't sure why bc it was a fat waste of money for what I got. My mom had also got me this really cute ring but in the wrong size. When I went in to get another size they were out of the size I needed. So the woman behind the front desk told me she would order one for me and it would be in in 2 weeks. She also told me they would call me when it came in. About 2 1/2 weeks go by so I call, still no ring. THEN, they said another 2 weeks and that they would call me when it came in. NOTHING. Not even a Hey, we know youre waiting for this ring but it still hasnt come in yet. I have called a total of 4 or 5 times and NOTHING. They dont even know the status of the darn thing. So now I am stuck with an over priced wallet and a ring that I cant wear bc it doesnt fit. At IMEMINE, customers are not top priortiy. Its just a hang out for old women that arent doing their job.
