Plus, his prices are fair and honest -- and he never tries to up-sell you. I recently worked with Dustin to pre-plan my mom's final wishes. She's 88-yrs-old and isn't planning on leaving this world anytime soon... but she's a planner! So when mom told me she didn't want to burden her family with determining (and having to pay for) her final arrangements after she passes, I gave Dustin a call to set up a meeting. Dustin was awesome! On his suggestion, we met at mom's home to discuss options and complete the paperwork. This was a nice option vs. going to the Funeral Home, which might've been a little more "jarring" or disturbing to mom. As an adoptive parent looking to build a family, there is fear and insecurity and lots of unknowns. Enter Adoption Choices of Nevada. We started working with them for an adoption of a second child for our family. They were so friendly and helpful. They were excited and informative of the entire process. We immediately were presented to an expectant mother and father who ultimately selected us. Here is what happened. We fell in love with our son's parents. We live on the East Coast and even though this wasn't our first adoption, it was our first time traveling across the Country to adopt. They were so helpful getting us to Reno and setting expectations on the process with ICPC. The agency and our adoption case worker, Lainie was available at all hours and facilitated as many contacts as requested so we could get to know one another. After all, they were considering placing their baby in our home. A call came in the middle of the night that our son was on his way. We immediately flew out to meet him. We stayed and roomed in with the baby (Bio Family's Request) and bonded together until and after discharge. The agency made sure to help our son's bio family getting them settled with a place to stay and I'll say this. Even after the paperwork was signed. The agency didn't lose interest with them and neither did we. This was our son's family. The agency guided us in the legal ways we could still assist them. Lainie did this because of her big heart. She connect with her clients and adoptive families. I'll leave with you this no matter where you are on your journey with adoption. The journey is filled with fear which can seem a mile high and mile wide but in fact; it is only paper thin. Once you step through that fear and ask for what you need whether you're an expectant parent or an adoptive parent, there is room for much love and greater understanding on the other side. Our family is richer because we have BOTH our son's biological families in our lives. Our boys will grow up with an abundance of love. We have had two failed matches (from other agencies) and then we received an email about a situation from Lainie here at adoption choices. She answered every question and a million emails from me in the span of a day. She called the hospital to find answers to questions that I had about medical situations. She just went above and beyond to give us all the information possible. We were able to confidently go into the situation feeling comfortable because of her. When she called to let us know that we were chosen she was just as helpful. She gave information about hotels and places in the area. Wonderful! When we went to the agency all the women were so nice. What this scam artist actually did was put the $10/month plan with ads, the Netflix premium, and the HBO premium, all separately for a total of $34.50 per month. Yelp won't publish this review if I accurately describe what category of human being this individual is. During our time spent there, he proudly explained that he makes commission and makes more money at Verizon than he did working in IT. Now we know how.

Then my mom bought me a gift certificate to this place, I wasn't sure why bc it was a fat waste of money for what I got. My mom had also got me this really cute ring but in the wrong size. When I went in to get another size they were out of the size I needed. So the woman behind the front desk told me she would order one for me and it would be in in 2 weeks. She also told me they would call me when it came in. About 2 1/2 weeks go by so I call, still no ring. THEN, they said another 2 weeks and that they would call me when it came in. NOTHING. Not even a Hey, we know youre waiting for this ring but it still hasnt come in yet. I have called a total of 4 or 5 times and NOTHING. They dont even know the status of the darn thing. Upon arrival I was greeted by Logan. He was quick to offer condolences and listen to what was needed. He took my information and spoke with management. When he was told I had to call the 800 number to get changes made I explained I was told to come in to a physical location with the death certificate. Logan went out of his was to call the appropriate department, authenticate the death certificate and get the name changed. Thank you!!!!!
