EDIT: All is well! They must have just had some weird hiccup with their phone line. I emailed them and Nicki emailed me right back, and now a couple hours later the phone is working again. (Very glad, because these guys are great!) ORIGINAL REVIEW: Out of Business? I used Glass With A Twist a decade ago for a couple of hundred custom engraved pint glasses, and they were awesome... super high quality, and they replaced the few that arrived broken. I went to place another order recently though, and the phone number is out of service and no one is answering their chat, even during their stated business hours. Did they go out of business? That would be so sad! read more

I have used glasswithatwist.com several times for etched glassware. Their customer service and quality are amazing. When I sent in my design on a Friday, they had an improvement option for me on Monday morning that I was so happy with I asked if I could add to my order. I spoke with Nikki, and she was able to clarify some questions on ordering and shipping. Everything worked perfectly, and will absolutely continue to use them. read more

Impressive customer service! I ordered full color printed pint glasses for a client. The sample came out beautifully, but the quality of the order came out a little different, slightly blurrier than the sample. I called, they fixed the issue right away and reshipped, and we are very happy with the end product. Very responsive, professional team - shoutouts to Nikki and Nicki! I highly recommend them and will definitely work with Glass with a Twist again for our next project! read more

I was looking for an Anniversary gift for my brother and I worked with Nikki designing a beautiful wine carafe. I will use them for my next personalization purchase. read more

Needed custom beer mugs for Father's Day. After striking out elsewhere, I tried Glass With A Twist in Sparks. Their online design tool was smooth and pricing was clear. Once I submitted my order, I called and spoke with Nicki--she was professional, confirmed the details on the spot, and had the mugs ready for local pickup in just two days. The finished pieces look exactly as I envisioned. Great experience all around; I'll be back for more projects. Thanks, Nicki and team! read more

Background: My wife and I ran a trail race in 2017. We both placed in our age groups, I in first and she in third, and won pint beer glasses that had the race's logo screen printed on it. A couple of weeks ago, I broke her glass while washing dishes. I got the idea to replace her glass by having a copy made based on my glass. I called a number of local awards shops. None did silkscreen. One shop suggested I try looking on the Internet for shops that do silkscreen on glass. I found a number who did. Some wanted camera ready art. Some wanted a minimum of dozens of glasses. Both were non-starters. Then I found Glass with a Twist. The website looked hopeful regarding the minimum number of glasses to order. As few as one! So I called to see about duplicating the design. Nikki answered and asked that I send photos of the design I wanted. I took photos of my glass from different angles and sent them to Nikki. I included the request to change the first place indication on my glass to third place so it would more exactly match the glass my wife had won. Within a few days, she responded with a proof design of what they were able to create from my photos: a near perfect duplicate. They were even able to modify the design to include changing the finish place. Nikki included easy to follow instructions on how to place the order on their website. I ordered four glasses, just to have a few spares in case I broke another glass. There's a nice price break for ordering more than one. And they didn't charge me for creating the artwork. Glass with a Twist printed and shipped the order in a few days. The delivered product was beautiful. Perhaps even better than the original. It has a nice 3D texture that the original did not have. My wife was very surprised and pleased. Based on my experience, the service provided, and the product delivered; I'd give Glass with a Twist a very strong recommendation. read more

I just bought a couple dozen custom laser engraved rocks glass from GWAT for a group I belong to. They sent over a proof with a caution that my artwork could lose some details but, if it did, I can't tell. One of the things I liked was that they didn't have a minimum size order or buy by increments. Not only did they deliver, they delivered within a few days of placing my order. As our group grows and will need more glasses, I'm coming back to GWAT. read more

Glass With A Twist - Here is the shot glass art proof example and to say the least, I am very happy with my orders - Party Supplies Near Me - Reno, Nevada

Honestly, do not look elsewhere for custom glassware! This place is the best in every way -- price, value, speed, service, knowledge, helpfulness. We have been ordering glasses from them for over a decade for every big family event: reunions, weddings, birthdays... The glasses have always been a huge hit, and have continued to be wonderful reminders of the events for years afterword. Most recently, we needed 30 glasses for a wedding at the last minute, and Glass With a Twist was there for us. I am not the one in our family who has ordered the glasses in the past, and I didn't know we usually work with Glass With a Twist, so I looked at many different options, local and online, and they were all going to be terribly expensive for rushing the order and shipping, had limited options for glasses and etching, or all of the above. I thought I was out of luck, when my sister told me that Glass With a Twist was where we have always gone in the past. As soon as I called, Nikki was so helpful, and treated me as a VIP customer because of our past business. She accommodated our tight timeline and even got the glasses to us a day early. She was so helpful figuring out the design and font and choosing which wine glass to use. It was incredibly easy and pleasant to work with her. I was very stressed out about this whole process before I called Nikki, and by the time we were done with the order, I felt like this was the easiest and most fun part of the whole event planning process. And everyone loved the glasses! You will not find a better place for this sort of work! read more

Excellent customer service. Expeditious production time. I ordered my company logo put on wine glasses both silk screened and etched because I couldn't decide which one would look better. I just received my sample order and I'm still not going to be able to decide because they both look so great. I'll definitely be ordering from Glass With A Twist again. read more

Beautiful work, unmatched customer service. I needed 30 glasses made within 1-2 weeks for my grandmother's 80th birthday party and Glass with A Twist customer service went above and beyond with their level of service. They saw that my order was fairly simple and offered me to change my order and refunded me over 60 dollars when they could have easily fulfilled my order and moved on with their lives with a neat profit. So grateful for their honest, generous and awesome employees. You've got 30 customers for life. read more

EDIT: In response to the owner's reply, they did not do anything to warn me about the print quality before I paid. This is simply not true. I've found a different vendor that printed these same glasses with larger print and without any flaws. So his assertion that "it's not possible" is also not true. The fact is, their equipment isn't good enough for basic printing of images on these types of glasses, but they just hoped I wouldn't care so they could keep my money. If the printing wouldn't be free of errors, then they shouldn't offer them for sale. Simple as that. Do not do business with Glass With A Twist if you want any graphics printed well. I paid them to print 6 glasses with a small image on each glass. The print quality was very poor. Almost all of the curves within the image turned out to be jagged lines. Instead of offering a refund, they basically said that their printers weren't good enough to do a print like this. I asked them why they didn't bring this to my attention when I received mockups from their sales rep and they said that they "didn't feel the need to anchor in on any of those warnings since we anticipated a good print." Look at the pictures I've attached so you can see the mockup they sent vs the actual glass that was printed. To their credit, they offered to do the same print on a different type of glass, but that wouldn't work for my purposes (and I also didn't have any confidence that it would be any better). They then also offered me a 50% refund, but I was honestly appalled that they wouldn't give me all of my money back. To me, offering a 50% refund is basically saying that I'm 50% responsible for the poor results of this print job. I fail to see how my actions could possibly account for such a large (or any) percentage. There were several preventable steps that could have occurred, none of which were on my side of the fence: 1. The printing limitations could have been conveyed in the initial mockups I received from the sales rep. 2. A test glass could have been printed if there was any concern with the print quality going into this (which there apparently was a concern from the print manager). 3. They could've emailed me after the print job to point out the issues before shipping to see if I had any issues with them. After a week of emails back and forth, they've even rescinded their 50% refund offer because now they "don't see how any sort of refund makes sense." This isn't how a company should treat it's customers. Stay away unless you have a lot of time and money to waste on poor prints. read more

This is the second year I have ordered wine glasses as trophies for our golf league. I cannot say enough good things about this company. I sent them a logo that needed to be updated with a new name. They fixed it. I explained what I wanted, and they nailed it. I appreciate that they send a proof (if requested) so I could verify the sizing, layout and make sure everything was spelled correctly. Because each glass was unique, when I placed the order I didn't have the multiple glass order discount. Without even asking, I received an email from customer service letting me know a credit for the multiple glass purchase had been processed to my credit card. The turnaround time from when I submitted my order to the expected delivery date is very short. Great company. Great service. read more

I just received my second order from GWAT--a set of engraved glasses to celebrate my husband's birthday. The first order was in 2017 (for our anniversary). Both get 5-star ratings for overall service, design, customer service, attention to detail, excellent quality and excellent value. Thank you to the entire team for helping me design just the right thing and then for executing the order and delivering it on time. These are wonderful favors to give as mementoes for special occasions. Huge kudos to Nikki for holding my hand along the way. Highly recommended! read more

I needed to replace a custom-engraved cylindrical glass vase that I had accidentally broken (belonged to someone else). I took photos of what was left of it, along with dimensions and emailed them to Nikki at Glass with a Twist. She indicated that they could very closely match it. Within a day, they'd emailed me a proof to review. The engraved text, font, and leaf pattern were spot on. With only a minor change and a very reasonable price, I approved the order. In a week, I received the vase that is almost indistinguishable from the one I had broken. The customer service, the product, the price and the speed were all outstanding! read more

Outstanding service. My boss wanted custom engraved rocks glasses on 3 days notice and every company I called was unable to help, till I found Glass With A Twist. We ordered champagne flutes from their website for wedding favors. They did an impressive job in going from proof to production to a shipped product at our doorstep within a span of 7-10 days. We liked them so much that we ordered a couple of additional glasses from them with a different custom design. read more

I can't say enough about GWAT! I've ordered customized glassware from their business for the last 4 years as gifts for students and staff at my local high school. My students have LOVED receiving glassware that honors who they are individually and collectively. Recently, I placed an order for a retirement gift for my company's Program Director- - she was BLOWN AWAY by the detail and care that went into making her custom pitcher and mugs set. GWAT will always be a go-to in my book when it comes to quality gifts at a fair price-- you will not be disappointed! read more

I was looking for someone who could put our logo on highball glasses in a short amount of time. These arrive so much quicker than I thought they would and I am so happy with them! I'm writing to tell you how Over-the-Top happy we are with the job you did for our club glasses. I'm the designer who created the logo, and it was my idea to order these glasses, so for both those reasons, I cared deeply about how the job came out. The printing is super sharp and you held amazing detail - like the fine lines in the background and the very thin iron-work motif. Plus, you accommodated a certain amount of fussing before I finalized my order, then competently shipped to 6 different locations - with NO MISHAPS! Truly great service start to finish. From me and all the members who ordered, THANK YOU! read more

I went down a rabbit hole and did a lot of research before choosing to proceed with this company. I liked their customization/personalization options best as well as the ability to buy smaller quantities. I ended up going with the cylindrical engraved votives, and had reached out to customer service with my design to get some feedback. Nikki was not only friendly and responsive, but helpful in modifying the image for optimal results. She explained the process well so that we understood the guidance and logic behind the recommendations. The proofs were really helpful as well. While the check out process was a bit glitchy, the top notch customer service throughout the whole process (including check-out issues) made me forget about any glitches and overall left me feeling very positively about the process. In the end, we got the votives sooner than expected, and they are gorgeous. I'd post pictures but some are supposed to be a surprise, so don't want to at this time. However, we are thrilled with how they came out and would absolutely come right back to this company for any future glass personalization. Thank you!! Never change!! read more

I found Glass With A Twist from an internet search after a different company really blew my order. I needed 3 dozen custom imprint glasses for my sister's 50th birthday party. After Company X turned out to be a total disappointment, I had to scramble at the last minute. I worked online and over the phone with the team from Glass With A Twist. They were all so helpful and friendly: Odile, Nicki, Katrina, Casey. Fast follow-up, great communication. Glass With A Twist has a very good selection of glassware and styles. Three different ways of decorating the glasses! I had no trouble finding the right style of glass, and the text and image to be imprinted. I placed my order on Tuesday, they were produced on Wednesday, shipped on Thursday, and I received them on Friday - just in time for my sister's birthday! Sure, I paid extra for the overnight shipping; but even with that factored in, the total cost was still less than what Company X had wanted to charge me. And Glass With A Twist included a few extra glasses, just in case! While a lot of other companies outsource and off-shore a lot of their manufacturing and customer service, that is not the case here. Glass With A Twist products are made in America! My family and my fiance's family has for years gotten custom glassware to commemorate milestone birthdays and other occasions. Glass With A Twist will definitely be getting our business in the future! read more

I came across Glass With a Twist in a search for custom etched stemless wine glasses for our wedding favors. We chose to work with them because they gave us the most customization options, and the pricing was great for the amount of product that we needed. We were soon in touch with Amy, who guided us through the customization process. Amy was so helpful in helping us choose the size & placement of our design, and giving us feedback on what would look best on an etched glass. She pointed out that there was a small detail on our logo that would not show up well, and she was able to go in & optimize the design for the glass. We pored over several renderings before choosing one that made me, my husband-to-be, and my parents happy. Amy also made sure that they would arrive well ahead of our wedding date, so we would have one less thing to stress about! And when the boxes arrived, Amy recommended that we go through and make sure that we were happy with them & that they were all in one piece. They had sent a few extras too, just in case of breakage. But of course they were all in one piece, because they were packed with such care! And can I tell you that I teared up while I was going through each box? The stemless glasses were so beautiful and EXACTLY what we had hoped for! They looked so elegant with the etching, and the glasses were nice and heavy in my hand. We use our wedding glasses regularly now, and they look just as good as they did on the day I opened the boxes. Some of my friends have even sent me photos whenever they used our glasses in their homes, and it warms my heart to know that we gave them something that looks great and can be used everyday! We went through the whole process of ordering, designing, and receiving the final product in less than a month's time.
