Took a pair of rings, one gold with stones, and a costume ring with stones. Ask the stones from the custom ring to be put into the gold ring.. had to go once as on the paperwork said, both rings were costume , should've gone with my gut, feeling and just taken my rings back. Went to pick up my rings, and the gold ring had no stone on it and the costume ring had stone in it. Now, why would I want stones put on a costume Ring that was losing its color. read more

The first thing that I noticed when I walked into this establishment was that the two employees and the other customer were all maskless. There had not been a sign on the door requesting people to wear a mask. But what really got to me was the following: The one employee (the owner?) was doing some kind of repair job for the other customer, and he never once acknowledge my presence, never saying something like "will be with you in a moment." After about 12 minutes or so of standing there, I turned on my heel and walked out. I guess maybe they don't need any new customers. They will certainly never see me in there again. read more

The first thing that I noticed when I walked into this establishment was that I was in the right spot! I went in to find someone to work with me in creating a wedding ring for my wife whom I've been married to for 10 years, having used twist-ties from plastic bags from Safeway when we were married on the front lawn in the rain up in WA state (I am not kidding). Since we have now moved to NV I figured its a good time to make a REAL ring and it took a couple months of back and forth iteration with Pat to settle on a design and he then did a quick 3D print, I checked it out, then he made the real deal a few days later. My wife was ecstatic about the ring because it was very personalized to her and held significant meaning. Fortunately for me, she unpacked her bags and decided to stay; not bad really since I had picked him off the web based completely by his bio. I found Pat to be friendly, fun, interesting and no matter how many times I changed the design he hung right in there, didn't complain, and said this is the fun part of the process. The ring was not an expensive item at all so it was not that he made a ton of money off me but the experience of working with him was really fantastic and I would do it again when the opportunity arises.
