Cant say enough about Jason, Heather and the staff here. Coddled us through the process of finding wedding bands (thats a good thing as a couple 25 year olds who have never done this before). Through multiple visits and mulling things over, there was never any sales pressure or anything of that nature. I came from out of town to visit family and my mom pushed me to try Diamond Vault as it is "the only place she trusts to buy her jewelry". I found a wedding band I loved here but was nervous to commit. Since I was heading home that day, they told me they'd hold it aside for 24hours (May have been longer, I think they were closed the next day) and if I changed my mind then I could call and take care of everything on the phone. These folks were very knowledgeable and honest. They answered all of my questions without any BS and were not pushy in the least. The selection is great, and the prices are extremely competitive. Oh my goodness, how to even express the gratitude and how truly wonderful the experience and ring is?! Let me start by saying I've known Brian for a good part of thirty years. I had bought jewelry from Brian before, fantastic person and salesman. 10 years ago, on our 20th anniversary, I asked Brian to upgrade my wife's diamond on her wedding ring from a ¼ carat to 1/2 carat, I bought her this ring when we got married in 1988. Beautiful job, diamond and affordable. Our 30-year anniversary was approaching in June and I promised my wife Jody for the last 10 years, on our 30th, I was going to put a 1 carat diamond in her ring for putting up with me for 30 years. We laugh together about that, at least I did. At any rate, I really didn't think I was going to pull it off. My health is failing and I was recently diagnosed with colon cancer, and not sure if I would be around long enough to get it done. I would tell her I'm getting you that 1 carat this year she laughed and said ok honey, because #1-with everything going on with our house repairs we didn't have the money to make it happen this year, #2-she just wasn't getting her hopes up and #3 we didn't know how my medical issues were going to affect time.
