THE OVERALL HANDS-DOWN BEST CRYSTAL AND JEWELRY STORE IN NEVADA ESPECIALLY AS A LIL MA' AND PA' SMALL BUSINESS !!! Whenever I'm in Reno, I always stop by and look at their hand wired crystal necklaces and new crystals! I have one in almost every color by now ANDD I don't feel bad because I'm supporting a local business. The "bang for your buck" is totally worth it. They do community events, scavenger hunts, giveaways, collaborations, reiki sessions to sound baths and MORE. They're LGBTQ+ friendly and love the community. I mean really...WHO ELSE is doing this?! The Helping Moon is a MUST visit if you're going to Reno, or even anywhere near by. The helping moon has become a weekend staple for me and my son! Love coming to visit to see what new crystals or bracelets are available! Love the bracelets here and they customize to your wrist size. I have bought my son a bracelet and the owner is super sweet resizing it to his little wrist. They have a great selection and a variety of different crystals, gems and jewelry at a great value in my opinion. Every time I have come in the staff is very hospitable and available to answer any questions I have, which is important to me, since im a novice in crystal collecting, lol! You won't find better service anywhere else on earth (maybe check the moon?). Alex is awesome, will walk you through anything, and will make sure they have what you are looking for - he ordered a ring for me in a size that wasn't in stock and it got here quickly. They're also all about community and want to support other local businesses, so drop in and network with them when you get a chance! Overall great experience, great people to chat with, and great value for their products. Love all of it read more

I had such a wonderful experience at this shop. I frequent crystal shops and I'm always looking for new ones. Andrew was the sweetest soul. My wife was looking for crystal's specific to block out negativity, and he helped navigate her in the right direction. She ended up buying all the ones he showed her! Aside from just crystals, they also have really beautiful jewelry. I was drawn to one of the necklaces and I will definitely have to come back for it if it's still there! The rings were gorgeous too. They had fun stickers as well, and cute zodiac related items too. I ended up buying a pendulum and a pendulum board to go with it. Super excited to use them. Thank you again Andrew for being so kind and helpful to my wife and I! We will definitely be coming back so soon. read more

If you are a crystal, or bead lover this is a great spot. They have a variety of stones and gems that will keep your options open. Each gem, stone and crystal have a meaning and a story behind them, and the knowledgeable staff will be able to answer any questions you may have on these items. The price of their items is well worth the time and the money. Huge selection of loose stones & crystals, a lot of jewelry, bracelets and necklaces. If you're looking for healing and clearing energy, this is the place to find the crystal that matches your needs. Helping Moon booth was the the very first stop the universe guided me to. And I am so grateful to have aligned with him! We chatted for over 15 minutes as I shopped. He is a vast vessel of knowledge delivered in the most respectful and kind presentation. While I was there, multiple patrons from previous year event stopped by to shop and say hello. Such an amazing shop with the friendliest staff! I purchased the most adorable butterfly ring at the Mothers Day farmers market. My fingers must have been swollen or something, because by the time I got home the ring was many sizes too large, and it was no longer fitting on any of my fingers. I reached out to the stores instagram, and without hesitation they told me I could come to their brick and mortar store and exchange it for a new one that fits! I told them I'd be in sometime during the weekend, and when I got to the store it was clear they remembered and were expecting me. The kind worker greeted me as soon as I walked in and when I said "my name is Allie and I'm here to..." he said excitedly "exchange your butterfly ring, I have the new sizes right here for you!" It made me feel so valued and appreciated as a customer. I will definitely be back, and recommend this store to anybody I can! :-) loving my new butterfly ring that now fits wonderfully! read more

The energy of this shop is incredibly fluid every time I walk in. It bends to you and your spiritual needs. Or at least it does for me. I appreciate how resourceful the owner is and how often they sage the shop. The price is always fair and noticeably cheaper than most crystal shops I've been to in the area. This is my favorite crystal shop in reno! The owners are so kind and genuine and you can tell how much love they put into their space. It's a smaller shop but every item in there is special. I found the shop through Instagram and study in the basement often and decided to check it out. The helping Moon has the absolute best vibes and Alex is amazing. He now remembers not only me but my sister and friends when we come in. Everything about this place is great from the decor to the pieces they carry they even offer drinks while you shop. Hello Reno! You may have seen us vending around town with our crystal booth these past few years! We are overwhelmed with gratitude to announce that we will finally be opening a crystal store in the heart of downtown (located in the basement!) in September 2022. Our mission is to create a sacred space for the community where all feel safe, appreciated, and loved! We cant wait to see you!
