I have never been in this store but I received a pair of earrings from there as a gift, so I don't know if prices are fair or not. However, I can say the quality of the earrings is fantastic! At first, I wasn't sure it was my style. I tend more towards classics like pearl studs. But, I do love stones, and you can tell by the weight of the earrings that the stones are real and the metal was nice quality. I have sensitive ears and they didn't react at all to the metal. Also, once on, the earrings kind of look like classic hoops against my shoulder length black/brown bob haircut. These quality of these earrings has inspired me to make a stop in the store next time I'm in the area!

You know that friend whose house is impeccably adorned with the most unique decor you've ever seen? You know... The one who has incredible pieces of artwork, each with its own story from their travels to some far off distant land, carefully placed around their home in such a way they seem placed without purpose at all, yet are clearly placed intentionally to make you ask about or interact with them? This is the same friend that also has a fantastic sense of style and the jewelry that you can't stop staring at too. most creative and inventive pieces of jewelry and accessories to complete the look. Yeah. We all have one. Now tell the truth, you envy their sense of design and wish you could bring a bit of that inspiration into your home don't you? Well, at La Galleria, you now have a friend that not only has that crazy cool sense of design, they also have the worldly stories to back up each piece you may want, AND they'll happily help you find the perfect way to integrate it into your home. Think of La Galleria as the most interesting art collection you've every seen, only everything is for sale and has a sweet story to back it up. The items you'll find at La Galleria are sourced by the owners through their travels around the world, they hand select the artisans they work with, and the selection of products is ever changing. This store is inspiring, intriguing, and incredibly interesting. Having just one piece of anything in your home is sure to draw compliments and questions from guests, and lets be honest, that's all we really want when they come over! We're pretty fortunate to have La Galleria's second location in Reno. Check em out!

The owner, Marcy, explained to us that everything in the store are made by local artists. She let us be as we walked around the store looking through the many colorful pieces of art and toys and what have you. For some pieces, there are cards with the artist and their stories behind their inspiration for the piece. There's so much to look at for the color throughout the store is mesmerizing! Marcy and her coworker were so friendly and did a great job of wrapping our items and packing them in a little gift bag. I am all for supporting local artists. If you ever want to find a gift for someone, or toys for your kids, then I highly recommend checking out this shop for some unique ideas!

I hope they consider expanding there online presence by having an online store added to their website or posting new merchandise.

If you're tired of re-purchasing items for a single time use, the Waste Less shop makes it really easy to cut down on bulky packaging and re-using what you have. They even offer donated jars/ bottles so if you forget your own or want to try something, you only pay the cost of the product. I always enjoy going in on Tuesdays for refills on laundry detergent, shampoo, and body wash. (Tuesdays are 10% off for Tap Tuesday). Essential oils can be added for scent. They offers different products types like dry shampoo, sunscreen, deodorant, skincare, tinctures, tea, and some thrifted clothes for women and babies. Waste Less will also put on themed community swap events from time to time which is always very fun and nice to donate with purpose and to try new things for free. Whether you're starting to make the switch to more eco-friendly products or you're looking for more eco-conscious gift ideas, this is the place to go!

I also like their literal zero waste everything. It's a great place to go to get ideas on how to reduce waste and also fond reusable products that aren't always easily sourced. The price is a little high up front but when you think about how often you'll reuse items from the store it starts to make sense and ends up being cheaper in the long run. In addition the staff has always been very helpful and nice.

If you're gonna hire them to put in basic drip rock and a few plants, they're probably fine although where they lay the irrigation lines makes no sense at all, and makes it very difficult to plant after the fact which I had to do because 30% of what they planted died the first winter . They installed the water feature that has some type of leak underneath it because it is killing the evergreen trees behind it because they are getting overwatered. One of the drains for the water feature is a pipe that was 3 feet from the French drain that goes to the street so it was constantly a lake filled with water. The the irrigation pipes and electrical were run after the trees were planted right down the center section of that planting area which made it impossible to dig and replace the dead trees. I had to hire someone else to come out and reroute the irrigation line and the low-voltage lighting so that Moana could come out and plant replacement trees. Nothing they did make sense or was logical. It seemed to be the down and dirty quickest and cheapest way to get it done.

A good friend who is practicing witchcraft introduced me to this store and it was more than I expected. Not only does it sell various witch items, but it also sells nontoxic, zero waste products like soaps, lotions etc. And many of them support other small businesses. My favorite part is the gum ball machine that had small tarot cards inside. While I'm not well versed in this, the owner kindly explained the meaning and it was rather accurate to me at the time. So even if witchcraft isn't something I practice, I had a taste about a different culture by being here and browsing the unique items!

This tiny shop is worth a quick stop if you are in this corner of Midtown even if you are not super witchy. The shop keepers were super friendly and welcoming! There were 3 things that stood out to me about this little shop. 1) I was surprised to find a pretty decent selection of eco-conscious bath and home products, including Stasher Bags in various sizes and colors. 2) There is a TerraCycle recycle box for difficult to recycle containers (like makeup). I wish these were available at more businesses! These recycle boxes are not free to the businesses that have them, so keep that in mind. 3) Griselda, the Tarot card gum-ball machine! 50 cents will get you the cutest miniature tarot reading. There is a handy book next to the tarot-ball machine so that you can interpret your card. In addition to my favorite things above, Coyote Supply Co also has spiritual incense and candles, eco-conscious cleaning products, health and beauty products, and small gifts like cards, pins, and stickers.
