When I called, one of the managers initially said they would make it right by increasing the cash they owed me for the clothes they did purchase, and told me to call back for the amount. But when I did, I was told they didn't need to do anything since I had "signed something" that allowed them to get rid of my items. This is not just poor communication. It's bad customer service. They went back on their word, didn't respect my instructions, and left me with no resolution. I will never go back.
