I'm writing this review after visiting the store twice and waiting in store for over an hour again just to return equipment. Now they do offer appointments, but let me tell you that I have watched more than a few of those people check-in and wait a considerable amount of time beyond their appointment time to be seen, and this is another indicator that something needs to be fixed. The process here is broken, and quite apparently inefficient and not designed with customer experience in mind. The entirety of my transaction took 5 minutes and could have easily been processed numerous times during the hours I spent standing around. This was made even more apparent after watching all of the associates repeatedly wander the store, in and out the backroom, and stop to check in on the same customers standing around waiting for updates and data migrations to complete on their devices, all while there's a store full of customers waiting, many of whom are obviously there for the same reason as I. At one point a manager/leader approached me and mentioned I'd been waiting quite a while, so I explained what I needed to do and he made no offer to help expedite the process. The solution is simple. Keep a register open just for equipment returns and make a policy that anyone walking in with equipment be served in between walk-ins and appointments as associates are freed up.

She accurately quoted the final cost and $40 upgrade fee. She discussed features and options with me for about 20 minutes. She ordered me a Gizmo watch with a blue band from the warehouse. She thought it would only take a day to receive but it did take 4 business days to receive it. I went into the store to check if Gizmo had been received. Jarrin found it for me. He was extremely patient when helping me delete the old device from the Gizmo Hub app and setting-up the new device. He spent over 20 minutes with me overcoming issues with passwords and permissions. I received excellent service!

    By far the worse experience with Verizon. Waited 15 minutes to be put into a queue, and was told…read morerep was just finishing up and be with you soon. 45 minutes later and one hour after walking into the store, rep said sorry for the wait. One hour and that included listening to one of the rep's talking cute dog pictures, breed and training. After sitting down asked about my account, phone options. Now I'm in the store a little over 1.5 hours. After my selection I'm told it will cost an additional $40 for transfer of data. When I asked for it to be waived based on my wait time, she answered no. I said, I am paying for the phone, you keep my account and you won't transfer the data. She responded perhaps I should go to the Apple store. I walked out and will never return. Went to Trader Joes cashier said how's your day and I said it was great until I went to the Verizon store. She said, I went there once and will never go back for similar reasons. Need I say more. Store needs a major revamp in customer service and customer wait times.
