That would have been extremely helpful information to share during the phone call before I made the trip and purchased the battery. On top of that, they also wanted to charge an additional $40 just to register the battery after installation, which was never mentioned beforehand and honestly felt excessive. Between the website not working, the incorrect guidance over the phone, the wasted trip across town, and the surprise extra charge, the experience felt pretty disorganized and frustrating. I'd strongly recommend calling somewhere else first if you need a battery installed.

Now they are sold separately because driver and passenger blades are each different sizes. AND can range from $17 to $75 each. O'Reilly's had a convenient book in the wiper section for me to look up the size. Although it did take a few minutes to figure out the D and P after the serial numbers. Upon checking out the staff offered to help me install them. I appreciated the offer but said I needed to learn. Ya, 10 minutes later I went back in and took the help. The old ones were original and had been crusted on for 5 plus years and I Just couldn't get a grip tight enough to remove them. But sliding on the new ones was a breeze. It is fantastic to talk to a real person rather than a phone prompt or AI agent. Later in the day, I visited the store and there were four people ready to help. I recycled some used AA and AAA batteries. Then another associate helped me select some two prong soft white bulbs for my kitchen fixture. I had tried shopping online and some local hardware stores but could not find the right soft yellow lighting (2700K). All the other stores have 5000K which is a blue hue for daylight use. They have earned my business and I am definitely going back for any battery or light bulb needs. Fantastic team working there!

You can check online to see what parts are in stock and this location often seems to always have what we're looking for. They have no problem with.
