I come and and the guy rings the bell for will call. Wait 5 minutes and no one comes. Ring again. Someone comes. He spent 10 minutes trying to find my order and couldn't. Then I had to wait 15 minutes in line and then someone wrote up my order and I went to pay for it. They told me I had to drive somewhere a few blocks away to pick up my items. Fine. I did that. And I get there and they say they are out of stock of 3 of my four items. Why did they just sell me out of stock items and not tell me. Now I have to call on the phone and convince them I didn't actually get the three items I paid for and they need to credit my card. I didn't have the time to drive 2 blocks and back wait in line again. Update: they don't take phone calls on the weekend, even though they are open. !!?! And all of this took an hour, which should have taken less than 5 minutes and completely messed up my whole day of scheduled events.

One did not match the other and it cost us $125 to return it. We bought a replacement for the return for less than the fee to return the original. Nobody should be charging fees to return things like that. Then the cabinets, though we love how they look were quite a pain. We went into order them and the original lady that we talk to was on vacation so the other lady was gonna come measure. She talked to the original lady and wouldn't come because the original lady wanted to do it. I guess because she wanted the commission to herself I don't know which delayed us by a week we were told we could rush the order and probably get it in 3 to 4 cause it usually takes five weeks when the order is finally submitted, they quoted seven weeks they pulled that in to five weeks, but measured wrong, which took a couple weeks to rebuild the cabinet. So the original five weeks has really been closer to 10 weeks when all is said and done. We never got status updates. I kept having to contact them. They really could work on their customer service. I also have since found that I could've had the cabinets custom made for about half the price.

We got a nice used refrigerator at a great price, and when we got home, we realized we didn't measure the depth and so it didn't fit. Imagine my surprise and disappointment when I read All Sales Final on the receipt. However, I still called and spoke to Sherri, explained we didn't want a refund but to exchange for one that would fit. She was so helpful and understanding and allowed us to make an exchange. Both the employees on the floor were also helpful and assisted with the loading/unloading. I recommend this place for all your appliance needs. It is locally owned and operated. Their guy removed the part (Spider Gear), it was a bit time consuming, but I completely understood as I had just done the work to remove my own and found it disintegrating on the inner stainless tub. Nicole charged a fair price for the used replacement part, but upon removal they could not tap the bolts out. Due to the pot metal (Zinc blend) on these Spider Gears. Nicole further discounted the part, so that I could proceed to take it home and tap these bolts out myself. Ultimately, the part did not work for me, as the metal framework (being softer than the bolts) cracked as the bolts were tapped out. However I was still impressed with their professional and fair conduct with this transaction and if I need a washer/dryer or any parts in the future, I will definitely come to them first. Shawn A.

We did have a gal ask us if we had any questions. Now I'm deciding on getting new bathroom counter tops to my kitchen, so more decisions to be made. I've been wanting new countertops for a while, but had to prioritize with the backyard and the interior of the house. Very impressed with the pricing and choices available.. In follow up emails and phone calls she was super accessible and very responsive. The cabinets arrived in the window that Dannielle had promised and they are sturdy and great quality. When we had an issue where one cabinet door arrived with a small split in the wood, Dannielle ordered us a new one right away, free of charge. I would use them again!
