Robyn, Showroom sales consultant, has done an amazing job helping us select and purchase nearly everything for our whole house remodel. Robyn knows the products and has assisted us with purchasing everything from sinks, tubs, toilets and faucets, lighting and new plugs, switches, cabinet pulls, fans. Ferguson's has great selections, multiple brands and has provided a great price value for us. Robyn has saved us so much time and money and is a wonderful consultant. read more

The return policy is horrible. My fault for not paying attention to the fine print. A project that took way longer to complete affected my bathroom project. Bought everything at the same time, needless to say my wife made a change to the bathroom set up. When I called to ask about items I need for the change whether they would have it in stock and about returning items I bought the guy says yes they will have it in stock and will take the items back as long as they weren't installed. Not the case. Nothing in stock. The cost of the new parts needed are pretty hefty and I'm now out aver a grand... will not recommend this place. Will not be using this place. There selection was nice but not fully complete. You could look at some thing that was close to what you want, but not exact ones. I had an appointment as they require, but of course he had to go to lunch and stop my appointment and reschedule. Because of the fires I had to evacuate my second home and cancel our second appointment. After a week he never called to reschedule but I had two easy quick questions that I wanted answered over the phone. I called him back left him a message and asked him to call me back. He had the front desk call me to set up an appointment which I explain to them that it was two easy questions I could do over the phone and then we could also make an appointment at that time when he gave me that information, of course I never got a callback. In the reviews I noticed that showroom manager left her name and number Sabina Kennedy and so I called her and left a message. I never got a callback. Then I knew this might not be the place for me. I am a customer and they should respect customers needs. I went to Monark Premium Appliances, they were so helpful. I walked in without an appointment just to look at what they had and they got me somebody to help me and I ended up spending $70,000. They were more than helpful and explained 100% of everything to me even for my range hood different options if I wanted to have one built what I could do to get that done. I never even knew I could have that option. Ferguson is not the only game in town and they are a business that seems to expect they are above there customers, but we shouldn't have to beg for them to do their job. UPDATE Manager called me today. Guess she wasn't in till now. Made excuses. Of course. Glad it all happened so I didn't use them. What happened to customer relations? At least I have my items ordered and I feel good about my choice. read more

What a continued mess. 1. The tub that was said to be made in Portugal is made in Poland. Faucet they could not get, I got it, made in the USA. He said it was made in China. The manager was supposedly going to respond to me, I emailed twice no replay. The tub was delivered today, Friday and I asked for next Monday. If I ever need to do this again, I will go elsewhere. I will tell everyone I know, go elsewhere. They appear to don't care about the customer. read more

My Kitchen and Bath Designer recommended Ferguson and, specifically, Mindi Seidel (Hynek), sales consultant. Mindi was great from the start. She helped me find my preferred JennAir line of kitchen products. Then, when we discovered that the JennAir Induction Range was no longer available, Mindi quickly found a Bosch substitute that was also the right size for my kitchen. (Problem solved.) Much later, when I was registering products, the online JennAir agent asked for a photo of the model number on the Hood, which I could not find on the installed product. Once again - here's Mindi, to-the-rescue: "Can you take the grates out of the hood and take a picture of the serial/part number that way?" Yes, I could! (Again, problem solved.) Mindi has always been willing to answer questions even after products were installed. It is so helpful to be able to stay in contact with the same sales person. I am very grateful for the good customer service at Ferguson in Reno. read more

Very poor follow up and customer service. I've left 4 messages to finalize my order. Can't get a call back or return email. I guess they don't want my order for sinks and faucets. I can spend my $$ elsewhere with a business that wants to make a sale. read more

Ferguson/Build.com was recommended to me by an interior decorator. I spent $30K+ on new appliances, etc. for a house I was building. One of the appliances was defective and I spent two months trying to get them to replace it. I was given the run around and told that it was my fault for not opening the box to inspect it within thirty days of delivery. Why would I open it if I wasn't ready to install it? I finally had to have an attorney write a letter. Within a few days, they magically had a replacement. I will not be shopping at Ferguson/Build.com again and strongly recommend that you don't either. The interior decorator, a family member, will not be recommending them either. read more

While selection is pretty much unmatched, their customer support is pretty abysmal. The salesperson we worked with is a really nice guy and super helpful. Unfortunately he is a total flake and very unorganized. Would never reply to emails nor return voicemail. Never once did he actually pick up his phone in the many attempts we had tried to call for updates on our orders. Eventually escalated to the manager who just provided excuses for employees lack of responsiveness blaming Covid and being busy. She too turned out to be just as flaky. Not the kind of service anyone should expect spending over $10k! So now we are left with workers standing around not even knowing how to schedule the rest of the job because we can't get any response on estimated arrival dates for our items. Their ineptitude is actually costing me money now! read more

The company attitude truly seems to be that if you are dumb enough to do business with them, then you deserve a painful experience. Purchased all our GE Monogram appliances from Ferguson in Reno, NV. Absolutely horrible experience. After (3) years the oven/ range has had to have been replaced by GE. ( the self clean function does not work, overheats the unit & ended up burning up the motherboard/ computer) Required 5 visits by the tech and multiple threats to get replaced. The dishwasher soap dispenser only opens about 60 % of the time ( after running for 3 hours you have to start over. ) The fridge / freezer combo is now not getting cold enough and the ice cream has the consistency of gravy. They promised to make a work order and have a rep reach out. Over a week and NOTHING!!! Then when you call 1-800 number for Ferguson True Blue warranty after several prompts it just hangs up on you. Cant even make this stuff up! Spent almost 20k on garbage appliances and garbage service!!! read more

No star would have been my preference. I found their showroom today and went in looking for a vessel sink and free standing tub for our master bath remodel. When I first entered, there was no receptionist, so I walked over toward the left. A salesman passed me and never spoke. He was not with anyone. I walked all around the store, passing another man sitting at a desk. I saw him look my way and I said hello. He said hi back, but never asked if I needed help. I continued on looking at both tubs and sinks. Another salesman walked right past me saying something about "hamburgers" to one of his coworkers in the back and went to a refrigerator and got something out. Needless to say, no one ever acknowledged me. My budget for this tub (I want a whirlpool type) and sink is $7,000. I'm remodeling our kitchen after this is done and that budget is $35,000 not including flooring. I guess they did not want my business. As I walked out, the receptionist was at the front. She looked right at me and never said a word. I walked out right after the guy that got his left overs from the fridge. It was about 10 till 4:00 on Wednesday. read more

We headed to Ferguson in the market for a kitchen sink and faucet upgrade. After being greeted by the friendly receptionist, we signed in and headed to the kitchen section. The show room is well thought out and they have lots of nice high-end stuff there. We are more medium end - seeking quality but not trendy or the most expensive. A couple of minutes later a we were met by Hollie, a Ferguson associate. She is very efficient and knowledgeable - could've up-sold us but she didn't. Hollie assisted us in choosing a beautiful quality sink and faucet that looks great in our kitchen. The order was placed on Monday and delivered free of charge on Thursday. I built a new home in Verdi, NV purchased all appliance from Ferguson. My washer and dryer Whirlpool are defective. have spoke with my buider and Ferguson for over 3 months. Ferguson will not stand by their product or replace they will not even talk to me. read more

Very nice showroom, staff was helpful but fortunately (for me) very little was in stock. Everything I was interested in had to be ordered and was crazy expensive anyway. Ended up finding perfectly good jacuzzi tub fixtures on sale at Home Depot for $400 cheaper than anything here. Again, my experience here was fine and with an unlimited budget and time, I would recommend. read more

Horrible customer service. Walk in and someone looks up from their computer, glances at us, and goes back to the computer, no greeting, no smile, nothing. Finally got a casual greeting as we walked towards the back of the store by someone walking out of the back still chewing their lunch. Not professional. At that time we were just looking and did not need help. As we wandered the store, we had stares from a few what I can only assume are "sales people" but nobody bothered to speak to us again, the whole time we were there. When we did end up having a few questions, we could not get anyone to stop their personal conversations and help us. I'm pretty sure conversations about football are not business related. Was it because we were wearing jeans and not Gucci?? Didn't think you would make a sale?? Never judge a book by it's cover, we have money to spend and WON'T be doing it with Ferguson. read more
