    Very nice showroom! We really wish there were sales people on the showroom on Saturdays though. Obviously something for everyone here!

    What a great experience at Lowe's today and a big shout out to Saud the employee that helped me. I…read morewill say that Saud very authentically charming smile and easy demeanor was truly appreciated. No hard sell, just pleasant and with a subtle sense of humor. Good start... So my "Lola", yes I named my old refrigerator has been glitching and the freezer portion has ascended to the heavens. Last night she started flashing numbers on the control panel. Before it dies completely I decided to bite the bullet and go fridge shopping. My daughter actually directed me to Lowe's. My go to would have been RCWilly. She found a great sale going on at Lowe's and so this morning it became my mission to go find a new fridge. Great sale, outstanding customer service, and although I convinced myself I wouldn't be romanced by "craft" ice cubes, I will now happily drop craft ice orbs into my next cocktail. Thank you Lowe's on Kitzke! And thank you and RIP Lola for 16 great years of service!

Quality/Quantity - Consistent. The cleaner and more organized of the big box home improvement warehouses. Atmosphere - See above. Again, cool drive thru lumber department. Open 7 days a week from 6am to 9pm and on Sundays from 7am to 8pm. Plenty of parking. Service - Sadly still similar to their competitor. In the past, the service with this brand was better than their competitor. But I am a self service DIY person anyways, so service matters less to me. Curbside pickup available. Price - Slightly more than their competitor, but still reasonable. Owner Comment - Congrats on your success since 1921 with your 2200 locations and growing. You were #1, the largest hardware chain store in America, until 1989 when Home Depot surpassed you. I am a customer of both companies.

    We used Aaron's Rent to Own in Reno to stage our home for sale. The customer service was…read moreparticularly good, with a special shout-out to General Manager Jennifer who truly went above and beyond to get us what we needed in the time we needed it. Upon entering the store, my husband and I immediately noticed a much different, more positive vibe than we had at another furniture rental chain store. The staff were very helpful, pointing out pieces we may not have noticed on our own and letting us know what they had in stock in the back and what they were anticipating receiving in the next week. GM Jennifer explained the finance options, delivery times, and so much more. We came back a few days later with our realtor to make final choices and got our paperwork in order. The finances were a bit wonky, perhaps because we keep freezes on our accounts with the credit reporting agencies and we had just purchased a home, but Jennifer was able to straighten it all out. Most of the furniture was delivered on a Friday, but the dining set and screws to assemble the bed were AWOL, and we needed it all before 10am the next day for an open house showing. Jennifer worked into the evening hours then again early morning (before the store opened) and was able to find a dining table on very short notice and came out with another office employee before regular business hours to deliver it, ensuring our open house started on time. Kudos to the ladies who delivered the bulk of the furniture on Friday - they were careful not to hit the walls or door frames, which was appreciated as we had just finished repainting the interior of the house for resale. All this and furniture delivery is not their regular job - they usually work in the store but were covering for absent delivery drivers. The furniture was in decent to good condition (the bed was a bit wobbly, but since it was just for show it didn't make much difference, and the desk had a few noticeable scuff marks), what you would expect from gently used furniture. Everything went fairly smoothly (I had a hiccup trying to pay via the website, but a quick phone call to the store and I was able to make a payment). Based on the customer service, furniture selection process, and delivery, and with Jennifer at the helm, I anticipate the rest of process to go smoothly. I would recommend anyone needing to rent furniture short-term to make Aaron's Rent to Own in Reno their first stop.

    I was searching for a sofa and we found one that we liked, however when it came to delivery is when…read moreit all fell apart. The guys just looked at our door and got a measuring tape out and said it wouldn't fit. They never even got it off the truck. They told us a name of a different sofa that would fit. We had called the store two times already because they don't make it clear on delivery times and now we called again to ask about the other sofa. We went back to the store the next day and they were so rude. The sofa "that would fit " was more expensive and exactly what we did not want. After going home and talking about it we agreed that we would cancel the order. Won't ever go back.
