My tile was late, causing me to send the tile installers home. The order was short (my fault); Nellie refused to place an order until I came down in person to pay which I was unable to do until the end of the day. When I called to talk with Nellie, she never called back. It's been a month. As other reviewers noted, her prices are at least double. I went to Sparks Tile and Stone, they placed my order immediately and offered a rush on the order, which kept the installers working. Take a look at the beautiful showroom then buy the product someplace else, Like Sparks Tile and Stone, where they appreciate your business and have fair costs.

Angela is an incredibly talented designer with an amazing eye for detail. When the polished version of the tile we wanted wasn't available through the Reno store, she went above and beyond by coordinating with the Salt Lake distribution center to have it shipped directly to our home. She even worked to offset the shipping cost by reducing the price of the material, which was incredibly appreciated. Throughout the entire project, Angela helped us coordinate tile selections, grout colors, caulking, Schluter trim, and all of the countless design details that can easily become overwhelming. She was conscientious, responsive, proactive, and always followed through on everything she said she would do. What impressed me most was her level of customer service. At one point, while traveling through California on a weekend, she personally picked up the Schluter trim we needed from another Floor & Decor store and brought it back to the Reno store so it would be available for our project. She routinely answered my calls and texts on her personal cell phone, even outside of normal business hours, simply because she genuinely cared about making sure our project was successful. That level of dedication is almost impossible to find today. Building a home is one of the most stressful things I've ever done, but having Angela on our team made an enormous difference. Over the course of this project, she became much more than our designer--I truly consider her a friend. I can honestly say I could not have completed this project without her. Ok I'm from the Silicon Valley and work in commercial construction and never once have a gotten the "this guy is bullshitting or shady" vibe. They are simply a LEGIT one stop shop for all your renovation needs and above all their prices are cheaper than the box stores in the long run and everything is custom for you. They are patient and flexible with me while I change my mind a couple times (obviously my indecision's are before it's manufactured) and they find specific things I have my heart set on, like a "fancy" sink lol. I come and and the guy rings the bell for will call. Wait 5 minutes and no one comes. Ring again. Someone comes. He spent 10 minutes trying to find my order and couldn't. Then I had to wait 15 minutes in line and then someone wrote up my order and I went to pay for it. They told me I had to drive somewhere a few blocks away to pick up my items. Fine. I did that. And I get there and they say they are out of stock of 3 of my four items. Why did they just sell me out of stock items and not tell me. Now I have to call on the phone and convince them I didn't actually get the three items I paid for and they need to credit my card. I didn't have the time to drive 2 blocks and back wait in line again. Update: they don't take phone calls on the weekend, even though they are open. !!?! And all of this took an hour, which should have taken less than 5 minutes and completely messed up my whole day of scheduled events.
