The work was beautiful and the quality obvious. I have scary thoughts now that we could have gone "less expensive", but I have always said when something is cheap, it's cheap for a reason! We walked in and was very impressed with the showroom. Basically allowed to roam the warehouse, take pictures of the barcode, and they can create an invoice with info and pricing. Although they only carry slabs (no prefab).. I liked the choices they had. I had seven different slabs and pricing was various $$$$.. Still surprised the prices were lower than I thought. Still need to find a fabricator, and probably one more estimate on slabs. Im really glad they are in town.

In contrast, in Bedronisans we were greeted warmly by Cherrice, who has many years of design experience. She easily helped us and had a number of very helpful design ideas. These ideas, coupled with their wide variety of tiles, meant we soon had a better design than we were thinking about together with the tile to implement it. They will deliver within our two-week schedule so we can complete the repairs before the holidays. If you need tile for your home, save time and effort by going to Bedrosian's first!

The biggest issue was not necessarily the flooring itself, but the lack of customer service and accountability after concerns were raised. When I contacted the company to discuss issues with the installation, I felt that my concerns were dismissed rather than addressed. Instead of working with me to find a reasonable solution, I was repeatedly told how difficult it would be to correct the problem. As a customer who invested a significant amount of money into this project, I expected a willingness to stand behind the work and provide constructive solutions. Good customer service means listening to customers, acknowledging concerns, and making a genuine effort to resolve issues. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. The communication left me feeling frustrated, undervalued, and disappointed. I chose this company based on the expectation of quality workmanship and professional service. Sadly, the response I received after the installation did not meet those expectations. I hope the company takes customer concerns more seriously in the future and improves its commitment to customer satisfaction.

I come and and the guy rings the bell for will call. Wait 5 minutes and no one comes. Ring again. Someone comes. He spent 10 minutes trying to find my order and couldn't. Then I had to wait 15 minutes in line and then someone wrote up my order and I went to pay for it. They told me I had to drive somewhere a few blocks away to pick up my items. Fine. I did that. And I get there and they say they are out of stock of 3 of my four items. Why did they just sell me out of stock items and not tell me. Now I have to call on the phone and convince them I didn't actually get the three items I paid for and they need to credit my card. I didn't have the time to drive 2 blocks and back wait in line again. Update: they don't take phone calls on the weekend, even though they are open. !!?! And all of this took an hour, which should have taken less than 5 minutes and completely messed up my whole day of scheduled events.

Everyone was so professional and went above and beyond our expectations with the quality of their work. They were attentive to detail. My husband had urgent surgery just as the work started. We had to live in our home with the major remodel of two bathrooms, kitchen, hallway, and living room was going on. They made it possible for us to live in the home comfortably while the 10-week remodel took place. The ADA bathroom they designed for my handicap husband is amazing! They made sure he was able to function in it. The remodel has now been done for 6-weeks. A couple of minor things needed attention. They have been right there to make there to take care of them. Having them in charge of making sure all the subcontractors did their jobs when expected. If there was a problem with them, DreamMakers took care of communicating with them about the issue. We absolutely feel we got our monies worth. People walk into our 40-year-old home and comment how they feel as though they are walking into a newly built home. Shawn did a walk-through on a Wednesday morning and promised us a quote by the end of the week or Monday of the following week. After those dates had passed, we sent a follow-up email asking if the bid would be completed soon. It's been more than two weeks now since our walk-through and we have not heard a word from Shawn or anyone from the design team. I am not inclined to beg for an estimate from them. As a family with small children, it takes a lot to coordinate appointments and we do not at all appreciate the lack of respect that this company has shown us by wasting our time.
