What a miserable experience!…read more After spending over $10,000 on granite and tile I was shocked at the lack of service and respect handed down by the owner, Nellie. My tile was late, causing me to send the tile installers home. The order was short (my fault); Nellie refused to place an order until I came down in person to pay which I was unable to do until the end of the day. When I called to talk with Nellie, she never called back. It's been a month. As other reviewers noted, her prices are at least double. I went to Sparks Tile and Stone, they placed my order immediately and offered a rush on the order, which kept the installers working. Take a look at the beautiful showroom then buy the product someplace else, Like Sparks Tile and Stone, where they appreciate your business and have fair costs.

If I could give Angela more than five stars, I absolutely would…read more We had a very large and complicated project with eight bathrooms, and I honestly don't know how we would have gotten through it without her. Angela is an incredibly talented designer with an amazing eye for detail. When the polished version of the tile we wanted wasn't available through the Reno store, she went above and beyond by coordinating with the Salt Lake distribution center to have it shipped directly to our home. She even worked to offset the shipping cost by reducing the price of the material, which was incredibly appreciated. Throughout the entire project, Angela helped us coordinate tile selections, grout colors, caulking, Schluter trim, and all of the countless design details that can easily become overwhelming. She was conscientious, responsive, proactive, and always followed through on everything she said she would do. What impressed me most was her level of customer service. At one point, while traveling through California on a weekend, she personally picked up the Schluter trim we needed from another Floor & Decor store and brought it back to the Reno store so it would be available for our project. She routinely answered my calls and texts on her personal cell phone, even outside of normal business hours, simply because she genuinely cared about making sure our project was successful. That level of dedication is almost impossible to find today. Building a home is one of the most stressful things I've ever done, but having Angela on our team made an enormous difference. Over the course of this project, she became much more than our designer--I truly consider her a friend. I can honestly say I could not have completed this project without her. If you're planning a remodel or building a home, do yourself a favor and find Angela at Floor & Decor in Reno before you make any tile decisions. She is knowledgeable, talented, caring, and one of the best customer service professionals I've ever had the pleasure of working with. Thank you, Angela, for everything you did for us!

We walked in and was very impressed with the showroom. Basically allowed to roam the warehouse, take pictures of the barcode, and they can create an invoice with info and pricing. Although they only carry slabs (no prefab).. I liked the choices they had. I had seven different slabs and pricing was various $$$$.. Still surprised the prices were lower than I thought. Still need to find a fabricator, and probably one more estimate on slabs. Im really glad they are in town.

From start to finish, working with Elena at Kitchen Envy was a pleasure. She is a true…read moreprofessional. We did a full gut job of our home and Elena did all the cabinetry for our kitchen and 4 baths. From our first visit, Elena took the time to understand what I was looking for functionally and aesthetically. & Elena delivered! Our cabinetry is magnificent! While there were some issues, Elena resolved them. Elena is a prompt and great communicator. Elena has the highest standards for her work. I am pretty particular and detail oriented; Elena was dedicated to making sure the cabinetry was to perfection--my GC had insisted that he do the installation and when he did not get everything right or to Elena's standard's; Elena sent John, one of her GCs, and his team from Ferdinand Construction to make everything correct on her dime!! Customer service like this is rare, Elena really went above and beyond! Kitchen Envy and Ferdinand Construstruction are meticulous and masters of their professions. I have been living with my beautiful, functionally cabinetry for over 6 months and wouldn't change a thing about the design or finishes. Go see Elena at Kitchen Envy to fully enjoy the remodel process and to get quality cabinetry you'll enjoy for years to come. MORE DETAILS & ADVICE: Our GC originally had us working with another design studio. They were very difficult, did not listen, and made me feel like my cabinetry was being assigned to me. Having done other remodels, I knew it did not have to be this way, especially since even at a big box store we had had a better experience. Although my GC was not happy(he still got his 10%), I searched for another place to do our cabinetry. Fortunately, I found Elena at Kitchen Envy. The cabinetry portion of our project was delightful due to Elena and we are beyond satisfied. Elena was extremely patient and professional with our difficult GC. Additionally, I would highly advise anyone to go with one of the GCs Elena recommends for cabinetry installation as she seeks and achieves quality work. Elena got us 2 bids for install which were less than what we ended up paying our GC, as he insisted on installing. What we got from our GC was odd trim work, a panel dishwasher that stuck out more than 2 inches, a lot of complaining and excuses. Elena along with Ferdinand Construction simply came in and resolved all issues(most that I was not aware of)- wish I had this type of regard and outcome for our entire remodel project. Elena does not just sell cabinetry; she ensures excellence. AGAIN NOTE, she paid to have Ferdinand Construction fix the errors of my GC. If I have not been previously clear, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ELENA AT KITCHEN ENVY AND GOING WITH ONE OF HER CONTRACTORS!!

And I get there and they say they are out of stock of 3 of my four items. Why did they just sell me out of stock items and not tell me. Now I have to call on the phone and convince them I didn't actually get the three items I paid for and they need to credit my card. I didn't have the time to drive 2 blocks and back wait in line again. Update: they don't take phone calls on the weekend, even though they are open. !!?!
