What's the average cost of refinishing kitchen cabinets for a townhome?

Thanks for reaching out, James. It's hard to answer that question without seeing your kitchen, because no two kitchens are the same in terms of size/number of the cabinets, and configuration...all of those play a factor in determining price. What I… Read more

A good friend who is practicing witchcraft introduced me to this store and it was more than I expected. Not only does it sell various witch items, but it also sells nontoxic, zero waste products like soaps, lotions etc. And many of them support other small businesses. My favorite part is the gum ball machine that had small tarot cards inside. While I'm not well versed in this, the owner kindly explained the meaning and it was rather accurate to me at the time. So even if witchcraft isn't something I practice, I had a taste about a different culture by being here and browsing the unique items!

Coyote Supple Co is located inside the brick building, upstairs, in a small suite. Unless you are…read morespecifically looking for this eco-conscious, witchy shop, then you will probably walk by without even noticing. This tiny shop is worth a quick stop if you are in this corner of Midtown even if you are not super witchy. The shop keepers were super friendly and welcoming! There were 3 things that stood out to me about this little shop. 1) I was surprised to find a pretty decent selection of eco-conscious bath and home products, including Stasher Bags in various sizes and colors. 2) There is a TerraCycle recycle box for difficult to recycle containers (like makeup). I wish these were available at more businesses! These recycle boxes are not free to the businesses that have them, so keep that in mind. 3) Griselda, the Tarot card gum-ball machine! 50 cents will get you the cutest miniature tarot reading. There is a handy book next to the tarot-ball machine so that you can interpret your card. In addition to my favorite things above, Coyote Supply Co also has spiritual incense and candles, eco-conscious cleaning products, health and beauty products, and small gifts like cards, pins, and stickers.

A friend recommended we try it, and we couldn't have been more impressed…read more My only complaint is the name - it doesn't sound like restaurant and it's hard to remember! The food was amazing! And very reasonable. And the service was excellent. They make great sandwiches and pair them with the most amazing salads! Or, if you prefer, you can just get the salad. There were four of us for lunch, and we each got something different. I got the roast beef sandwich, and the spinach salad with it. It was SOOO good - and big enough that I took half home! My husband had the turkey sandwich and the Chinese chicken salad. We're going back next week, and the only problem is trying to figure out which delicious combination to try!

A locally owned small business one-stop-shop for everything culinary, they offer specialty kitchen supplies, a cafe, and a culinary school. The owners Lara and Jay greeted me, and were so kind and helpful. Eager to learn new skills and meet more new friends, I signed up for three classes - Autumn Soups and Breads, Slow Cooker, and Sushi, all taught by Lara and assisted by her generous and attentive staff. Don't worry, you don't need to be a master chef to take a class here. No matter your level of experience, Lara's chatty style is accessible and interactive. In the demo style classes, you watch, learn, and get fed! The Sushi class was hands on, so fun! After Lara showed us various techniques, we worked in small groups, with staff floating around and helping us when we had questions. The end result was sharing our creations with our group and schmoozing over a glass of wine. I was impressed that before classes, I was asked to provide a list of allergies. In class, the staff KNEW this, and when I politely declined samples of foods I could not eat, they went out of their way, without being prompted, to offer accommodations. For example, they brought me a soup bowl without pasta and cheese. Instead of feeling like an outsider, it was nice to be treated with respect and concern. The NTI philosophy of good cooking comes down to quality ingredients, the proper techniques, and the right tools. Now, that I've gone home and tried some of the recipes, the proof is in the results. You can't take short cuts if you want good flavor. Lara gave us the low down on where to buy the freshest meats, fish, and produce, gave tips on cutting and cooking techniques, and made recommendations for awesome cooking tools specific to the recipes she demoed. I've bought a few things from their store that truly help me in the kitchen. The vegetable peeler alone has literally changed my life. I'm looking forward to taking more classes soon. I feel welcome there, and I have so much I still want to learn. NTI is an incredible resource, and we are lucky to have them!

I seriously could have just sat there and admired the art all day. As I've mentioned before, Jason is worth every penny for his work. We've been expanding on an existing piece, and I love how if he's into the concept, he'll really take the idea and run with it. The attached photos are from this recent session and perfectly capture what I mean. You can see the colorful background elements I already had (like the green tree and biomechanical spine), and Jason is expertly integrating new, complex elements right next to them. I really appreciate his honesty throughout the process. He will tell you straight up what is going to look good and what is going to "look like 20 pounds of shit in a 2-pound bag." Even though this was definitely not my first tattoo, Jason and the entire staff actually educated me on parts of the tattooing process that I didn't even know. The shop is also immaculately clean, and it's obvious all the artists take a lot of pride in keeping it that way. Note: Please keep in mind that the photos show an unfinished tattoo. We are doing multiple sessions for this complex expansion, and I will be sure to upload the finalized masterpiece once we are completely done!

One brand was in one spot. Another brand was in another spot and the commercial wasn't another spot. Good grief, and why weren't the paper placed by the paper products today they have moved those around. Everything was flipped in the store which I know that's a marketing tactic, but you know what very frustrating for your customers not a fan of Costco today.

The employees are friendly and efficient, even when the place gets busy--which it often does. The checkout lines move surprisingly fast, and the self-checkout area helps keep things flowing. Prices are, as always with Costco, great for bulk buys, and the quality of their products--especially in the bakery and meat departments--makes the membership worth it. Parking can get a little crowded during peak hours, but that's pretty much expected for a good Costco. Overall, Costco Sparks is a solid location: good products, good service, and a consistently good shopping experience.
