    Nail strip is too far from the floor and needs to be reinstalled and needs a ramp so that the carpet doesn't lift.

    DO NOT PURCHASE INSTALLATION SERVICES along with your carpet purchase. Hire a local company and seek for recommendations. Lowe's outsources installations to KELLER INTERIORS, who hires unreliable, unprofessional and unqualified contractors! Rich the Northern Nevada installation manager has scheduled multiple people to come to my house to redo work that the first installers half***ed and they never showed up. And without notice! As far as I know this is standard practice for them based on reviews on other people's feedback! It's been a month of these and they still have not fixed it. Even the customer service directly from Keller installations is unable to do anything. Lowe's just says they've escalated the case and do nothing about it. The carpet they installed was not installed properly, it was missing a ramp so that the carpet doesn't lift when it transitions to the floor. After seeing that it felt loose, I was able to lift it with my fingers. I'd much rather pay more money to a a reliable company rather than have to deal with all the beaches these clowns have caused me.

    Carpet not tacked, not under transition

    store was helpful, but have had a horrible experience with the flooring installation. constantly late, then when they screwed up transition from wood to carpet, told me to call a carpet guy. several calls to flooring specialists, installers, managers and no response. contacting AG, Contractor board and possibly lawyer. I paid 11k and have a flooring mess! lowes apparently uses unlicensed installerers. if you us3 them, keep screenshots of every call, copy of emails and photos , your3 going to need them! I'm contacting my bank to dispute the charge to get them to fix this

    I received a 20% off, one time use coupon from Lowe's by email. Went to the store to purchase some items and was told by the guy at the checkout counter that a Lowe's credit card was required to use the coupon. I read the fine print on the coupon to him; no mention of a credit card required. I left the items at the counter and departed. I called HQ customer service, and the rep couldn't clarify the matter and hung up. I called customer service at the local store, after two minutes, no one picked up the phone and the call was disconnected. The coupon appears to be a bait and switch tactic to get you in the store.....or a clueless employee (there are a lot of them out there) who didn't know about this offer. I'll go elsewhere to purchase those items.

    Alright location, the store itself is very tidy upfront and the further back you go the less they seem to have in stock. The garden area especially seems to run out of equipment, pots, stone, plants etc very quickly, leaving only empty selves for days. If you're looking for larger appliances they have plenty and seem to be well stocked. The kitchen and lighting area seem to have a heavy variety. Didn't have really any contact with staff with over 40 minutes instore -other than the pleasant lady at the self checkout.

    Staff always helps me find things! Clean store and easy to get to. Bathrooms are clean as well!
