The price to program a new key for my car was significantly less than local locksmiths.

Their services are in their name! I wandered in here to check my main key fob for my s.u.v. The gentleman took my key, checked my battery right in front of me and replaced it. He tested it and I was good to go. He was sweet and didn't even charge me for the installation, just the battery. My key fob only had a dead battery and I learned they will replace my key fob for cheaper than Subaru and Autozone. I love being able to save some money. I think $700 for a key fob is absurd. If I can save you a buck, check here first for all battery and bulbs. My headlights are cheaper here as well. read more

I like that you have the option to buy just one battery so you don't end up with a pack of random batteries that will expire before you ever use another one. During my most recent visit I needed a new battery for my key fob (something I've only ever needed once in 7 years) and for $10 i was able to get the replacement battery plus they changed it for me. Totally worth it to pay to have this done and off my to-do list without dealing with the hassle. Also, they offer battery disposal up to 5lbs at a time. If you're like me and collect your bad batteries for proper disposal, Batteries Plus Bulbs will take those off your hands. If you throw your batteries in the trash, STOP doing that! Keep a bag with your battery collection, label it "bad," collect your bad batteries every time you change them out, and then drop your bag here for proper disposal! read more

Awesome customer service by staff (Kevin) first thing in the morning, to help with troubleshooting intermittent blaring horn on my Honda Civic. (Background: My Honda started to blare horns when I unlocked the doors and started up engine at Walmart parking lot about 9AM.....non-stop horns whatever I did: cut the engine, park the car, drive, etc...) They are located down in Canyon Center 10580 N McCarran Blvd Suite 113 by Sav More etc. Every time my Garmin Vivofit needs a battery and I replace them it stops working. After three experiences in two days as a damsel in distress waiting for saviors with jumper cables in hand and my car hood popped, embarrassment at my self-induced dead battery problems urged me to purchase a replacement at the close of a Tahoe overnighter. Peeking around online brought me to Batteries + Bulbs, where I found the most affordable options to avoid awkward battery jumps from strangers in miscellaneous parking lots across Nevada. To the relief of my purse, I paid $130 with a coupon, and will receive a $10 mail-in rebate in the next few weeks. This location (as I imagine with other B+B's locations) offered free installation with the purchase. I less awkwardly hung out in the parking lot between Sally Beauty and Silver Chopsticks while my old battery was removed and the new one was put in. I enjoyed a pleasant conversation with the super friendly employee who had all the tools I now know I would not have had at home. He added a spray coating of an anti-rusting agent at the end of the installation, which was appreciated after seeing the state of repair I had left my terminal posts in prior to the wire brush cleaning. I am thankful for for such attentive service and for the clean installation on the same day I ordered.
