Long story short, I had a bumper which was damaged and required a replacement. However, I would find out that the auto repair that I went to before A1 was trying to have me have my car "totaled" as they deemed the damages too great to repair, despite it was only the bumper being damaged. Desperate to save my car, I ran around town looking for a repair shop willing to replace my bumper and not have my car totaled. I found Dena Greenlee with A1 and after listening to my story she told me to come by. She listened attently to the issues and had the repair technicians assessed my photos. A rough price was quoted and there was an arrangement to have my car picked up and towed over. Before Christmas (roughly 3 weeks in all), I got my car back! I can't say how thankful I am to A1! Having to go through a car accident is very traumatic, so do go through your insurance and coordinate with them about what are your best options. See if you can come by to have your vehicle serviced at A1 and hopefully have your car fixed!

Took my vehicle in to have a lift kit installed and 9 months later I started to hear a noise when…read moremaking sharp turns. I got an oil change and looked underneath when on the rack and found both sway bar end links had popped off at the bottom end. Took pictures and found out they didn't match the sway bar end links that came with HRG Offroad 2 in lift kit that Folbeck had ordered. Took it in to Folbeck and Mitchell looked underneath and verified that indeed the sway bar end links had not been replaced with the new ones. The excuse was that HRG probably didn't send the end links with the kit. I pointed out that on the HRG website it shows a picture of all the parts included in the package and if they didn't send them then they should have informed HRG. It also states on the website specifically DO NOT USE OEM SWAY BAR END LINKS WITH THE LIFT KIT. I pointed this out to Mitchell also. He said he would order the new end links and put them on. The problem I have is there was no apology for not paying attention to detail for job they performed. There really is no excuse for not making sure you have all the correct parts AND following the instructions given by the manufacturer. There is no confidence on my part that the rest of the job was done correctly. To be fair, both Mitchell and Donny were very cordial and corrected the issue with no charge. But never admitted that they screwed up, thus no apology. Also to be fair. I took in my Ford F150 to have a leveling kit installed and they did a great job.
