I didn't want any special treatment from this business because of my previous Yelp review. So, I waited awhile, then we went back, picked out items, presented them for payment, showed my Veteran's ID, and this time received their advertised Military / Veterans Discount. The measure of good customer service is rectifying issues to the customers satisfaction. Businesses that develop and maintain a customer service mindset are able to learn from mistakes. Off Road Warehouse management acknowledged and accepted their previous mistake and avoided blaming me the customer. It analyzed honestly and objectively what went wrong. It implemented corrective actions. It actively sought to make and keep me and my family members as customers. Staff answered all our questions and provided adequate and alacritous service Selection was adequate for the type of store it is Organized Clean Disabled-friendly Family-friendly No one here offered to commit fraud to reward us, pay us or compensate us for posting 5 star reviews of this business. Blessed are those who provide good customer service. Good customer service, which we got here, is all about bringing customers back. And about sending them away happy - happy enough to pass positive feedback about your business along to others, who may then try the product or service you offer for themselves and in their turn become customers and then repeat customers. I rate 'em 3 stars. According to Yelp ratings' definitions, that's "Ok". That to me is an acceptable rating of something that does day in and day out what it is there to do. It's NOT a negative review because doing day in and day out what it is there to do is NOT an easy thing to accomplish. I added a fourth review star for their finally complying with their boast of having a Military / Veterans Discount. I added the fifth review star because their management provided good customer service when they publicly addressed and corrected the previous issue that led to my first not-so-glowing review. The essence of good customer service is forming a relationship with customers - a relationship that a customer feels that she or he would like to continue. I'll be back. Absolute waste of time and zero communication. I was told, "Come down whenever," so I drove from Tahoe to Reno--not once, but twice. Today, they suddenly told me my appointment was at 9 AM (which was never mentioned before) and that I'd need to pick up the car the same day... after I had already explained in detail that the car needed a lot of work and would need to stay. If you can't communicate clearly or schedule properly, don't tell customers to drive hours based on false expectations. This was a huge inconvenience, and I will not be coming back. read more

ORW in Corona CA is awesome!! I have a 2023 Silverado High Country 4x4, I walked into ORW and met Luis Tellez. The entire staff at ORW is very knowledgeable and take the time to assist you with your questions and concerns. I told Luis what I wanted, and he was very helpful explaining my various options. I purchased a 6"lyft, AMP Power Running Boards, Fuel Wheels with 35" Tires and the Tanoue hard cover. ORW had my truck for 2 days and the work was EXCELLENT! The technicians did a fantastic job. I took my truck back 2 weeks later and had ORW install a Pedal Commander which I love. I will be back soon for more work for sure, Luis we are not done yet my friend. read more

Had an alignment done 6 months ago, about 2 months ago I got new tires and wheels and asked if i needed a new alignment. They told me no, I should be completely fine. Well look now at my tires. I've dealt with a good amount of off road shops, and the whole crew at ORW was hands down the nicest, most professional, and most helpful crew I've ever talked to. What I originally needed done turned into a lot more when they started finding things I probably broke, and Dave was sure to communicate all my options very clearly to me so I could be out the door with the best possible setup for my needs and budget. As I said, everyone there was awesome, but I was on and off the phone with Dave all day and he really could not have been nicer or more patient. He wasn't there to sell me the most expensive thing he could, but rather to help me get out the door with the best setup for my needs.
